I really like these boots. They are soft, comfortable, and warm. They are also very well made. I live in the Midwest, so I wore them a couple of times out in the snow, and the soles are great! I did not slip when I walked. I also like the fact that they have a lower heel height, so that makes them easier for me to wear them for a longer period of time if I need to.

I love these boots! They are nice looking, well made and fit true to size unless you want to wear a heavier sock. They fit great if worn with a thinner sock.

Get a size down from your true size for uggs and they will fit great!

This was the best spent money ever. The first time I wore these, it was for a four day trip to Gatlinburg Tennessee. I walked and stood the entire trip, my feet never hurt and were never cold. All age groups can wear these boots, they are terrific! I wear a 7½, bought an 8 and they are roomy.

I bought these for my mom. She loves them! The quality of these shoes are very good! She told me they are extremely comfortable and warm. They look really good!

This is my first review ever. These boots are the best purchase I have made all year! I bought them for a trip to New York City. These boots were perfect the first day out of the box. We walked for 13 hours and I never felt even the first twinge. I have plantar fasciitis so that is saying a lot! Not only were they extremely comfortable, they were warm as well. Thanks Zappos for the great boots and the even greater customer service!

I bought this pair of Ugg boots in black leather. since this was my first pair of Uggs, I wasn't sure of the sizing. Normally a size 7 or 7 1/2 would fit with thin low cut socks but with these boots I sized up to an 8 and they fit great. Lot's of room in the toe box as i have hammer toes and they are very comfortable. I'm so glad I bought these and am happy with the comfort and style.

I love these boots! Yes, they are a little tight, but the leather will stretch and they are so comfy and warm. Unlike other Uggs, they run true. I'm an 8 and an 8 fits great with or without socks.

This is such a great boot: warm, comfortable, easy on and off. The shelling lining makes them super warm. Great fit.

I got these boots for cold, snowy winters. I ended up wearing them long into the spring and as soon as fall came, just because they are so comfortable and easy to wear. They are attractive, too! My one complaint is that the leather laces are a little stiff, so it's hard to tie a really good knot that will stay tied. That definitely wouldn't stop me from buying these, though!

Love these boots! Be aware, though that the insole is not lambswool. It is leather. I tried putting a replacement insert in, but then won't fit your foot, unless you have very narrows and order med width, maybe. Great boot, however.

I normally wear a 5 to 5.5 narrow foot. This boot was way too tight in a size 5, I could have not wore socks and it would have been better but still not comfortable. So order a size up to get your right size. I love the boot its warm but not too warm so that you're uncomfortable. Customer Service was terrific when I called to say they were to small, how do I return them. She sent out the size 6's (Thursday) saying they would arrive Monday, but they came the very next day! Incredible. Love doing business with Zappos!

I have been searching for a cute pair of winter boots that look cute with jeans or leggings and a skirt...I found them! I love these boots. I am an anti classic Ugg boot kind of girl so I hesitated in my purchase but I am so happy in my decision. They fit great and are really warm. I can't wait for our first snow. Zappos is a great company! Fast delivery!

I am starting my 6th winter season with these wonderful booties! I love them. Remember to weather proof each season with the Ugg waterproofer. They still look new and I wear them all the time!

Love these boots! Easy off and on and so comfy. I get compliments all the time. I usually wear a 9 to a 9 1/2 and got these in a 9. Perfect fit!

I've been looking at this boot for a year and finally treated myself to it. I have a wide foot and this fits me perfectly. It's very comfortable and I love the look of it.

It's more than I like to spend on this type of shoe. I use them for all terrain and cold weather and they have been very comfortable for standing/walking all day. I bought both colors in leather and decided to keep both. I usually wear 8 or 8.5 and I got the 9. I might prefer the 8 if I wanted to wear without socks. The sole is not lined with shearling and I wear them with socks so the 9 works fine.

I have never had more comfortable shoes - these are amazing! Never liked the look of Uggs particularly, but these are less clunky then most. Very true to size. Big fan of these shoes.

I love my Ugg boots. I have had mine for about 4 years and they look like they did when I bought them. I use a light brush and then spray them with water repellent. I have bad feet and these are great. I can wear them all day. I have a different color in these and am very tempted to order the Chestnut. I absolutely love mine!

Sure wish this boot came in the brown color of the old Cove style! I love that boot! I have it in the brown leather and black leather. I have worn out the brown one. Do not like the new Gravy color. Hope the leather ties stay tied on the new boot. Could not keep my boots tied! Will take advice of one of the reviewers and tuck my laces in! I will order the Expresso suede instead of the Gravy color. Please make a darker brown color for the leather boot! I am very cold natured and love wearing the boot in winter.

I love these boots the have style instead of like their original Uggs. These boots are warm and comfortable the first time you put them on. I have only had one person say she didn't like them and I think it was just jealousy. They look great with jeans and a skirt.

These are the first UGGs I have bought. I got them for a November trip to Fairbanks, AK. These are the best boots. They are so warm and comfortable. I highly recommend these boots!

Zappos Rocks! I exchanged another Ugg boot that did not fit for the Caspia. These new boots came before I even got the other ones in the mail. I love the Caspia. It fits well, looks good, and is a great winter boot. I am a fan of the regular Ugg boots and have worn them for several years. These boots are a great alternative to the regular Uggs. I have a narrow foot and I like the way these boots fit. They are comfortable for walking and nice and toasty when the weather is cold.

Love these boots - so comfortable from the first time I wore them! I used a previous reviewer's advice and tucked the laces and they rarely come undone. Very pleased with the arch support too!
