These boots are incredibly comfortable and they look great. They're true to size and give plenty of support. I'm addicted to Zappos and tend to overbuy, so as usual, I ordered three pairs of boots. These were the keepers and the others went back. So easy to shop at Zappos!

These boots are very comfortable and I love the way the sides were made. Even with my fat ankles I can wear them with comfort. I had to buy a 1/2 size larger since they don't come in 1/2 sizes and I normally wear an 8W. They fit well with sock. Highly recommend the UGG Caspia.

Recieved these boots for Christmas this year. Love them! Very comfortable and fit well. Ordered a half size up from shoe size. Great look and go with everything I own. Many compliments on them.

I had a similar pair in brown suede and knew I loved the fit and the comfortable sole. Shoes delivered promptly. Totally happy with purchase.

These boots are toasty warm and extremely comfortable; the foot bed is well padded plus the shearling is wonderful. I had been looking at them for at least a year. For me this is a lot of money for one pair of boots but I would highly recommend them for comfort and warmth. The only negative thing I can say is about the rawhide laces, it is hard to get the tension right and they often do not stay tied. I can wear them without socks or with very light weight socks.

These boots are fantastic. They are warm and comfortable, and they are not slippery in snow like other Uggs. Zappo's is amazing. I have no idea how they ship so fast. Great purchase all around

These are the best boots I've ever owned. I bought these for a week long trip to DC and Williamsburg. We walked at least 5 hours a day, and my feet felt great. They were warm, but not hot: so comfy. I hope they last forever.

Love them - very cozy. Ran small - order one size larger. Only comes in whole sizes.

I bought these for my daughter for her birthday to replace her old UGG boots. She took them out of the box, put them on, and we went out to dinner. A little more stylish than the original UGGs but just as warm and comfortable, she says.

These boots are absolutely worth their weight in gold. Took them as a side thought to CO with me and they saved my life. Unlike most UGGs, they run true to size, have gripping bottoms so no slipping on ice and are amazingly cushioned and comfortable. The laces even loosen and tie for ease of fit. Fave boots and look great out on cold nights.

These are very warm and comfortable. They have excellent arch support. If you are a 1/2 size, definitely order up.

These run true to size. They are light-weight and extremely comfortable. I can wear these all day. They feel more like slipper booties. They look great with jeans!

Bought these boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter living in NY, she didn't take them off for the whole time we were visiting, she loves them.

I generally wear an 8-8 1/2 but ordered these in a 9. They fit perfectly! Very lightweight and warm.

These are wonderful casual boots, just right for going out for the evening or going to work. They are comfortable, good looking, and easy to get on and off.

I love these boots: super comfortable, like slippers, and very warm. I do tuck the lace in to keep it from untying. I always buy 1/2 size larger in Uggs.

This is an extremely comfortable boot- no "break-in" time needed. It runs 1/2 to 1 size large. I wore them new for two days straight: trip to Germany - Garmisch and Rothenburg. Awesome! I recommend this boot to all.

Love love these boots! Very comfortable, all day wear. They are so comfortable I don't want to take them off. They are a bit on the narrow side, so if your feet aren't narrow I would buy up in size. I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and purchased an 8. They are a bit snug width wise, but lengthwise are a perfect size 8.

This is a very good-looking boot, not clunky, and others reported, it runs a half size smaller than usual. For me that's good news. I usually have to return Uggs because they're too big for me; and I can't go down a whole size. On the other hand, they have no arch support, and they don't take an orthotic, so this boot tends to buckle across the instep if you have arch problems.

I got these for Christmas and they are the best, wore them all day they are so comfortable.

I love these boots! They are a bit snug, however. I should have ordered a larger size :( I thought they would stretch if I wore them some, but so far (1 month later) they haven't and now I can't send them back. So, believe the reviews and get at least a half size larger (I don't remember if they come in half sizes)! The lining is thick and comfy and that's probably why they are snug.
