These boots are adorable. They are extremely comofortable, fit well, and look awesome. They only come in whole sizes; order up instead of down.

I wanted some Uggs that had more support on the top and sides and also more age appropriate for me. I wear them with jeans and casual slacks. Love them!

I loved these boots. I ordered my current size, but they were too small. Returned those and ordered the next size up. They fit perfectly, but one side squeaked, so, I returned those with no problem. Zappos even sent me the new pair before I had a chance make the return and they are terrific! Warm, comfortable and now my favorites! I love both my boots and Zappos service.

Very comfy and warm. I wore them right out of the box for a whole day and no problem. Have had several compliments. I have a wide foot and this style fit me fine.

Love them! I live in the South, but was traveling to Canada, so needed more than what we wear at home. These were very comfortable, always warm, and did not feel bulky!

Great warm and comfortable boot. Wish the lining went all the way into the foot area. My feet are always cold and these kept them very warm.

Hesitated buying due to the cost, but have had the Classic Tall Uggs and they have worn like iron; can't wear them out. These Caspias are a great looking boot, stylish and very comfortable. I wear with bare feet. If planning to wear a light sock, I would go up a half size.

Like these boots very much. Laces do tend to come undone but then I just tuck them into boot if I don't want to be bothered tying them. Need to order up a half size if you are in between as they do seem to run smaller than regular Uggs. Always a pleasure to deal with Zappos too.

I live in the Northern Michigan snow belt, and these boots rock! They are warm, waterproof, like walking on pillows, and they look great with jeans or tights. But order one size bigger so you can wear your Smartwool socks!

I bought these for an outdoor wedding in Michigan in February. I love them! Kept me warm and looked great! I have them in brown and black.

Love the style and color! It's important to order a full size larger that you normally wear.

This is my first pair of Ugg boots. I am very happy with the style, fit, and comfort of the Ugg Caspia boots. The comfort and support of the insole is tremendous. The shearling is warm, but not too warm. My feet are not damp when I take off my boots. An accommodation that I have made is to wear silky socks, rather than knit socks. My silky-socked feet slide into these boots much more easily than a knit socked-foot did. I wear an 8½, or sometimes an 8. I ordered a size 9 and am glad I did so. As always, Zappos had my order delivered in the blink of an eye! I am so pleased with the product and service!

These are warm and comfortable, with a cushiony inside footbed. I usually wear an 8 1/2, and all the reviews said that these ran a bit small, so I initially ordered the 9s, but they were too big and I sent them back for the size 8s, which were snug, but they are lined with sheepskin and that packs down pretty quickly - and each time I wear them they fit more perfect, forming to my feet. They are SUPER warm. In fact, I wore them when it was 40 degrees outside, and they were too warm - so it has be to be 35 or cooler for me, and I tend to be the type who is perpetually cold, so that's saying something.

Alright. So I wrote a previous review about these shoes but now I have to make an adjustment to that previous positive review; these shoes are downright painful to wear. They hurt so bad that I even bought insoles because I loved the look and sheepskin feel of them. They still hurt my feet. I can't even walk reasonable distances in these shoes without being in pain - they are just not functional in comfort and in longevity. The cherry on top for me was that they now have tiny spotting on them after taking great care of them - I've only worn them three times in great weather there is no reason why I should see any wear on them whatsoever. I can only imagine what the boots would look like after tromping through snow or rain. So after another day of pain at the expense of these boots I spoke with an online representative, Vincent, who was so phenomenal and so patient with me. No questions asked he gave me store credit for the item and I returned them to purchase the Nuptse North Face boots. On the upside Zappos has earned a lifelong customer in me - seriously I have never experienced better customer service in my life! This is a wonderful site that I plan on purchasing from time and time again.

The boots are really cute but they do run small. I wear a size 7 and ordered a size 7 and they are very snug. I was a little disappointed the insole isn't sheepskin.

love this boot but the older style I think called the Cove has a leather tab where the laces go through this really helps to pull on the boot. The black newer style I ordered I find very difficult to pull onto my foot. Wish the old style was back. I love my brown pair I bought like 5 years ago. I live in them!

These are great boots. They are comfortable, stylish and made to last. I bought them for a 10 day trip to Sweden. Very comfortable to walk in all day and keep your feet warm. Tie the laces around your ankle for better comfort and support. I wear an 8½, and order a size 8 for classic Uggs but with the leather/hard sole Uggs I have found you need to order a size up.

I love the boot, and it fit perfectly, the only problem is that I am not certain I am going to keep the boot after having it for a few weeks...haven't worn it as our climate suddenly turned hot, and it does not really warrant that warm a boot except for a few months a year. I bought it a little late in the season so am trying to decide if I should return it. Its a great boot though.

I love these boots. I wear a size 7. They are true to size. Nice wiggle room in the toe box. Very comfy.

I have high arches and need more support for my feet than traditional Uggs offer, but these are great! And they are supper toasty and warm. Only down side is that sometimes they can be too toasty.

Love these boots - they are so comfortable and warm. They were a little snug at first, but I usually wear a wide. Within the first 2-3 times wearing them, they feel perfect! So glad I made this purchase!

Love these boots! Very cozy and not too Uggly, if you know what I mean. Both my mother and I own them. She lives in Northern California and I live in the South East. They wear well in both climates, keeping feet warm and dry.

These are the most comfortable boots I have had in a long time. Comfortable inside and out. I really have liked wearing them.
