I love them! Just a note, when you get them (because you know you want them), take out the in soles and take a seam riper to the Ugg logo tag. Then if you want to make them even more comfortable, put arch supporting insoles in and the sheepskin on top. Yumm! Love Uggs and Zappos!

Narrow in the calf. The wide measurement in the description is the outer diameter of the shaft, factor in the sheepskin and they are not for the athletic calf. Beautifully made...Ugg, where is the wide boot?

I bought these for France in winter and they are so perfect! Extremely warm, very comfortable and got heaps of great grip for icy ground. Can wear outside or around the house.

I bought the grey boot. They are comfortable and look great shaping over the calf. They work well with skinny jeans and skirts. The proportion is good if your thighs are not so skinny as the boot shape is slightly wider than your usual leather boot. I thought the black suede was too much contrast with the light sheepskin showing slightly at the top. I usually wear a 6 1/2 sometimes a 7. I got the 7 because the boot was a bit too snug in calf and foot length. The roomier size is perfect. The heel is perfect for comfort and a finer look than the flat traditional Uggs. These are not quite as warm in the foot because the sheepskin isn't as thick in the foot, but it is thick in the calf area. I have been complimented a few times already in these boots.

This is a fantastic boot, comfortable, warm, and sturdy. It is great to hike in all day or just wear on long walks. My other pair of UGGs, similar to this style, I wore so often (on the beach exposed to saltwater and hiking) after about 7 years, that I had a shoe repair shop refinish the soles, then I found these on Zappos. It was so exhilarating to find these-a new pair,as I have major difficulties finding footwear that are comfortable.These are so comfortable that I forget I even have them on! The shaft felt a little snug at first but after wearing it only a short time (like a few hours) they were fine. I have issues with "that" portion of boots most of the time. The customer service was outstanding and the delivery was very timely-within 3 days.

These boots are so comfortable. They have the fleece inside like other Uggs and you feel like you are wearing your favorite slippers. Only issue is that the calf is very snug; if you have problems with finding boots to fit over your calves, these are not for you.

Love the boots. Warmth and protection without the bulk of other winter boots.

These are beautiful boots and are perfect for winter. In the size 12, they look too large around my ankle, so I decided not to keep them.

I have always not been a fan of the 'typical' UGG boot until I'd come across the BroomeII. I have an illness that is called 'Raynauds Disease' and it makes my feet as well as hands fell like they are frost bitten. My UGGs are not only comfortable, and help with my illness, but they also look 'Heela' Good'. These boots go with everything, from tights and shorts,with a cute blazer, to just plain old jeans and a cute top with a leather jacket. If you want fashion and comfort all at once, these are your boots for you. I love them.

I love these boots. They are a winter must. They are so comfortable, practical, and yet still stylish. I have four pairs of Uggs and love them all, but I love these because they are leather.

Fantastic boot. Had to choose between this and the Jillian and went with the Jillian because I have the Broome in brown.

I love Ugg boots and now have a collection. This boot, Broome II, in Charcoal suede is a lovely dressy boot. It is fully lined in sheepskin and sole is very sturdy so it is a little heavier boot but I still love the boot and as usual get lots of compliments when I wear them.

Left boot was wide, could have worn an extra thick sock. Right boot was too narrow with a regular sock. I've never had this problem before. Also disappointed that the inserts didn't fit the boots correctly, each was a different length but neither was long enough.

I'm so glad I got these, I've been wearing them with everything. So comfy on chilly days. And they passed the ultimate test -- trekking all day around Disneyland, and survived with flying colors! I prefer wearing mine with socks, doesn't feel quite so moist.

Love these boots! I bought them for NYC last week and wore them 2 days straight while shopping all day and walking a lot. My feet were warm and comfy all day. I am a true size 7 and the fit was perfect! They have the comfort of the "traditional" Ugg but great style!

These are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. They keep my feet toasty warm in the cold weather too. Highly recommend them! I have a large calf that doesn't fit most boots (in fact not the other Ugg zip ups) but these were wide enough.

Was so excited for these, but they are too narrow in the calf for me. They seem to measure about 15" around instead of the 16.5" listed. Now I'm at a loss for what snow boot to buy - cant seem to find any others that are as simple, stylish, and comfortable as these would have been. Ugg, where's the wide calf and wide foot option?!

These boots were extremely well made. I ordered the black leather in a size 7. They are not shiny black which I really liked, but they look somewhat different than the photo here. They look a bit too much like rain boots for my liking as I wanted something a little dressier. I tried them on anyway to discover I can't even get them zipped. I have 15" calves and lacked about three inches from zipping all the way up. The foot bed actually felt very comfortable and I have rather wide feet and it fit perfect in that department. Thank you Zappos for free returns!

These are bulky boots. They are more winter boots, rather than dress boots. They are good for cold winter days, but not for dressing it up.

Was looking for a fairly plain (buckle/bead/chain/pocket/sequins free) pair of boots. Was willing to pay the high price. My Uggs last forever and I know they're worth it. Anyhow, these weren't 'the boot'. In my case, they were wider and pretty sloppy looking in the arch area and very uncomfortable! I wore them around my house and just wasn't willing to sink this many Benjy's into boots I can't even spend a day in at the mall. I wear my ultimate tall boots for hiking, marathon shopping and chasing a toddler. These Broome's just weren't what I'd call comfortable.

This is a great looking boot with lovely warm leg part. However, although these have a much better structured foot part than earlier UGG shoes, they were just not comfortable to wear especially under the ball of the foot. I do have difficult feet so others probably won't be bothered by this.

I'm so sad. I wish these worked for me! I really wanted them to! My regular Uggs are 8's so that's what I ordered but they we're too small. I got the 9's but they didn't fit quite right either (still a bit small). And they looked huge on my feet...almost like they were men's boots! Also, I don't have big calves but I could barely zip them up. No way you could wear with pants zipped inside. (Zappos of course is fabulous!)
