Bought these as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves them. They do need to be sprayed to protect them though. She wore them in the rain and they got stained a little bit. Zappos has the best customer service!

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my wife. After talking with family members already wearing Uggs and reading of reviews, I decided to go one size smaller. Unfortunately, this sizing did not work for a comfortable fit on my wife's feet. One call to Zappos explaining the situation and the proper size my wife needed was sent to us arriving in 3 days. Return postage labeling was included. I can't say enough for Zappos customer service! Will be buying from them again! The boots are great, but most importantly...my wife loves them!

I actually found that as an 8.5 shoe wearer, going up to size 9 was preferred.

This shoe is incredibly comfortable! Since I wear an 8 - 8 1/2 shoe (depending on the shoe) I was torn about what size to order. I've read so many reviews that say to order a size down and that they should fit snug because they stretch out. I went to two different stores, and both salespeople said that if your toe is touching the front of the shoe (in the size down) then it is too small and your toe might rip a hole and pop through. They both said for an 8 - 8 1/2 shoe they would recommend the 8. My big toe was uncomfortable in the 7, so I got the 8. I'm so glad I did! It's not "snug" on my foot but still fits fine. The only other thing I would say is that the boots slouch a little, so they don't look exactly like the picture. I sprayed my Uggs with the Ugg protector. They got a little wet, and the shoe is totally fine. I would definitely recommend these shoes for comfort and warmth!

I have always loved Uggs and Zappos and have been eying these shoes for a while. I ordered them last night at around 7:30 PM and received them today around 1:00 PM. This is why I love ordering from Zappos. I have never had a problem. This is my first pair of tall Uggs and I love them. I was worried because I have wider calves and the classic talls do not fit around them. I was happy to be able to wear these. I cannot wait to wear them out.

I had originally purchased the one button in the sand color but I like how these look much better! I have tall black Uggs without any buttons from a few years ago but these are much easier to get on.

Love these boots! Super comfortable. In terms of sizing, I am a size 9 and tried on a size 8 and 9 and the 8 was way too tight and the 9 was slightly too big but with socks it fit perfectly.

I purchased these boots last month (December 2011) and they are very comfortable with or without socks, and they go well with jeans!

Bought these for my grand daughter as holiday gift and she loves them. They are so nice and warm with the real fur inside. She likes being able to wear them tall or the short version.

I was very leery about ordering online since I had had a couple of bad experiences but my experience with Zappos was great! They delivered and ahead of schedule. I will certainly shop with Zappos again.

I do love these boots! The boot shaft is snug and great with jeans or leggings. My socks slide around inside with the new fur. I thought they would keep my feet warmer, but my London Fog rain boots do a the same job. They are super cute and fashionable. This is my first pair of UGG boots and received them as a gift. I'm still undecided whether I would buy a pair on my own, but I still will do a 5 star.

These are beautiful! I have never been disappointed with a pair of Uggs. They don't come in half sizes so I have always rounded down on the size because the sheepskin lining will wear down after some wear and it makes them roomier than when they are brand new.

Zappos is the best! I had to return my UGGS nearly a year after I bought them because the toe came undone and they replaced them. I had my new pair in 2 days! They are so incredibly helpful!
