I love Uggs. I have bought knock-offs and they just don't compare. They are comfortable and so warm. True to size they fit just perfectly. Be sure to treat them or they could get stained from the salt/snow. These boots are the bomb.com!

I love these boots. I have them in black also. I wear a 6½ and I ordered a 7. They fit perfectly - it is like walking on a cloud. My calves are large for my size and I have trouble finding boots that are not too tight around my legs. These are wonderful. I love Uggs.

I bought this pair of UGGs after the holidays, and I absolutely love them. They are super warm, comfortable and fashionable! Zappos sent me the first pair and for some reason, the inside sheep skin felt rough so I was able to return really easily and they sent me a new pair before I had even postmarked the box! Zappos is awesome and I will buy another pair of shoes elsewhere! You rock Zappos!

The representative I talked to, after I realized that I had placed my order for the wrong boots, helped me make the order correctly and canceled the original order. The boots are just what my grand daughter wanted, and having such a helpful representative surely made my purchase easy.

I bought these for my daughter they came in 2 days! Yes, 2 days! She loves them wears them a lot. Be sure and treat them or don't wear them in the rain; it will ruin them.

Love these. This is my first pair of Uggs. I wear a true size 10 and my calves are on the thicker side. I got the black. I ordered a size down and I was surprised to find out that the size 9 fit perfectly! The black color is a true black and you won't find that they are at all floppy. They are chunky like you'd expect from Uggs, but they don't look sloppy. Very comfortable and warm.

I just ordered these boots and I love them! Zappos is awesome and my boots arrived the day after I ordered them. I wear a 8.5-9 size shoe, so I was very indecisive about whether I should order an 8 or a 9. I ended up ordering an 8. When I first put them on, they did feel a bit snug. I debated exchanging them for a 9, but after a day of wearing them they feel like they have loosened a bit and fit perfectly, however, they are more comfortable and roomier without socks. I also want to mention that I have rather large calves and finding tall boots that will fit over them is usually a struggle, but these boots fit very comfortably! The buttons make it easy to tuck in jeans.

Friendly very fast service and always glad to help even on Christmas day I had got the wrong size and called on Christmas to leave a message and to my suprise they was there and ready to help me resolve this problem with the size my wife couldn't wear. Anyway fast and great service

My daughter loves these! We worried that the lighter color would get dirty quickly but we got the care kit, and the boots still look great even as she's wearing them constantly. The sand color is gorgeous with her blonde hair and goes with everything.

These boots are super cute, and so comfortable! They go with any outfit. I get complements on them all the time!

These were the first pair of Ugg boots that I've owned. They are by far the warmest and most comfortable boots I've ever worn and I would like to buy more and slippers. These are the best, and well worth the investment.

I love the boot! Same issue with other black Uggs: wear socks so your feet don't turn black.
