I bought these for my niece after she admired mine. UGGS has "warm" figured out. I wish they would work on "support" a bit more. It's a very cute style. I'm glad that ZAPPOS is carrying this brand. My overall 4 star rating is because of the lack of support.

The only Ugg option that works for me. My calves are about 17". I do npt button the top and let it slouch stylishly (at least I think it looks cute. I would be nice if Uggs would do some larger calf sizes in their styles. I do feel like the quality has gone down a slight bit. The boots feel lighter than some I bought a few years ago; like the upper is lined in a thick cardboard not something more substantial. But it is the style and with wide feet I have few options.

These boots are warm and cozy and so comfortable. They are best in snow and dry conditions otherwise muddy conditions leave the fabric trim noticeably soiled and it is hard to wash off.

I'm a 9th grader in Illinois & I love these shoes! They're so comfy! My parents say it wasn't worth it for the price but that's a matter of opinion! My only concern is how long they'll last. But I wear them all the time! So, uh, yeah - buy these shoes. You won't find anything better than Uggs!

I have had several pairs of Ugg boots over the past 8 years. Not only has the price significantly increased, the quality of these boots have also significantly decreased. I never had a problem with Uggs before until this past year. I bought the Baily Button tall boots in a size 6. I wore them occasionally and they were super comfy at first. Within a few wears, the foot bed completely went flat. After about 5 months of owning them, one day while at work I felt a draft on my toes. I looked down and saw that the boot completely ripped off from the bottom of the shoe. How embarrassing!!! I returned them to Zappos with no hassle. I then ordered the Ugg Adirondack II boot to replace the Baily button thinking, WOW they are made so much better with Vibram. After ONE time of putting them on, they ripped. I used the loop in the back to help slide them on and the boot completely ripped down the back. I will never own another over priced pair of Uggs again! In the end of all this mess, Zappos has been extremely helpful and understanding. Thanks to them I WILL have a pair of boots that I will be satisfied with! Thanks Zappos for all of your help.

Disappointing rubbish... I felt compelled to write since I am so disappointed. The UGG boots I'd purchased in the past where incredible, marking the beginning of the phenomenon the company and product is today. With that said, I excitedly purchased these boots to take over for the pair I'd bought 10+ years ago. Well I guess the boots are now made in China and quality control must be nonexistent. My other pair has deep fluffy wool still evident after all these years (molded to my feet of course), the outsides though grungy still holding up; this "new" pair lasted 9 months maybe a year. The wool inside flattened and "shed" clumps in no time, and because the suede/hide part was thin, I was surprised and dismayed when my toes wore through them. All that money - what do I do with them now? Too embarrassed even to give them away. I went online and through a general search rediscovered the EMU brand I'd vaguely remembered that had been surpassed in popularity. EMU has styles Made in AUSTRALIA, and oh they are heavenly! (not to mention cheaper) reminding me of my first pair mentioned above. I can see the quality through the small details and am so, so happy I will certainly buy EMU boots again. Dear UGG, I have moved on...

These were my third pair of UGG boots, but my first pair of tall UGG boots. I have a very wide calf, and am also normally a size 12 in shoes overall. Once I unfastened the band on the buttons and slipped on the boots, my feet fit like a glove. They are super cozy and very comfortable. Also, the elastic went back onto the buttons effortlessly! I do suggest going a size down. Women with wide calves everywhere, if you want a pair of taller UGG boots, these are perfect for you! I can't wait to start wearing them.

I wanted the classic tall boots but have a larger calf and they were just not wide enough, especially if wanting to wear with skinny jeans tucked in. This style is PERFECT, the buttons up the side and design of the top allow more room, the furry top is cute too. And they look good folded down if that's your thing. Hoping the buttons on these do not pop off as another reviewer said, for the price paid you can bet customer service will get a phone call if they do! I wear a 10.5-11 and got these in a 10 and they are still roomy so would not advise going up in size go down. I have had a pair of the classic short for almost 10 years and they do stretch and loosen some with wear.

Please do not size down in these, unless you are a half-sized person all the time. If you are, it's okay to size down. Otherwise, just stick to your normal size. I am a size 8 and ordered the 7 and they were too small. I am going to return for the 8.

Ok, I hated Uggs when they first came out and have gradually come to like them on other people. I love boots, but am difficult to fit due to high arches and bigger calves. I finally ordered these boots the other day and they arrived today. They were a little snug going over the arch, but having the button openings helped and once on they felt great! I was a little concerned that the calf size would be a problem, but it isn't. The loops for the buttons are elastic and so the will stretch a bit (though they didn't need to stretch by much. They are warm and cozy and it feels like I am wearing slippers. It's true love!

The UGG Bailey Button Triplet is actually the first pair of UGG boots I have ever purchased because to be honest, for their price I wanted "prettier"....well they delivered....WOW! I love them!!! From the moment I put them on, that was it. I had to force myself to not wear them until I put a protectant spray coat on them but now I can wear them everywhere/any time (ok I may not be able to pull them off during the summer) :-) but trust me they will be nestled in their original box under my bed all summer until next winter....wait - I need an excuse to get another color....buy them, you will love them too!

I ordered these as a last minute gift. They came promptly. The best thing about them is simply the fit. It is great, comfortable for feet and walking. My others were too narrow, but when I found I could put an actual size to them-wonderful. I've gotten lots of compliments on them and I intend to order another pair by fall.

I love these boots, easy to put on and take off. You can wear them with all 3 buttons buttoned up or switch to how many you want to button. Very warm and comfortable, I wear mine without socks and my feet stay very warm on those cold days.

Very happy with my boots! Am a size 8 1/2 but by reading other reviews was told to size down and glad I did. The 8 fits snug and comfy...you don't want these flapping around on your feet! I am new to Zappos but will use them again...very satisfied!

Very cute and comfortable. I walked all day around the city and my feet didn't hurt at all. This is my first pair of Uggs and I didn't know what to expect. I will definitely buy more of the brand and from Zappos! They are great!

This was my first time ordering from Zappos. I did not receive my order in time so when I checked the tracking I discovered the train had de-railed. I called Zappos to inquire and the girl was awesome, she sent a new pair out that day and I received them the next day. Couldn't ask for better service. boots are awesome also.

Love these boots, have them in several colors. So warm and comfy. To be expected, with most Ugg Boots, order at least a half size smaller. And Zappos service is the best! My favorite store for shoe and boot shopping!

I love these shoes so much! It's a shame that the price went up. They're extremely comfortable, and the quality is very good. I would recommend getting the cleaning kit, especially if you live somewhere snowy/rainy.

Love these boots. I ordered size 7. I usually take a 7.5 or an 8. The fit was perfect, Love the style, comfort and would recommend.

These are by far my favorite Ugg boots. I love them so much! Have the Black & Chestnut colors. The fit is amazing and they look good with just about anything. I totally recommend to all Ugg lovers to add a pair of these to your collection, you won't regret it!

Great boot! I wear these and my other pairs of Uggs during the fall and winter seasons. I am already stressing how I will be able to work these into my spring and summer wardrobes without drawing odd looks. They are extremely comfortable.
