Anything UGG makes is wonderful, but these look fabulous! I have a skinny leg and they fit beautifully.

Really great-looking and oh-so-comfy. Others have reported these to run small. I found them to be true to size.

I've been resisting purchase of Uggs for quite a while, but I wish I hadn't! I have loved wearing them! I was worried that they would be too hot, but I wear them without socks and they are awesome!

I love my Uggs, just one thing about them I want you to all to know, is that these boots run big. I usually wear a size 8 and half so I bought size 8 and they are still big. I bought the regular bailey buttons in a size 8 and they fit perfectly, but for some reason the triplets run a little big.

The wrong color was sent to me. I recieved a black pair of boots,not the ones I ordered.

Purchased for my daughter, she loves them, very comfortable. Packaging was impeccable like always. First pair of boots were defective but had no problem returning them or getting refunded on my card. Every company should be like Zappos. Customer service is great, very pleasant people to deal with.

I love these boots! I wear a size 8.5 and I ordered a size 8 and they are perfect... Highly recommend getting a 1/2 smaller as they were on the bigger size.

These were so comfy right out of the box. I cant wait for it to get cold in LA (though it rarely does!) so I wear them out!

I bought 2 pairs of Uggs for Christmas. One was the wrong color so we exchanged for a different color. When they came in my daughter decided she wanted another color yet again! This time being frustrated with my daughter for the 2nd exchange just for color I made her handle the exchange herself. At 13 she was able to do this without any problems. Zappos is top notch in customer service. It's the only place I buy Uggs. Exchanges are easy and the customer service on the phone is A+. All exchange shipping was free also, both times!

I wear size 9.5 D width (I have wide feet). We all know Uggs come in whole sizes, and to round down as a general rule. I rounded down to a 9, and they fit great.

These boots are great. Easy to slip on/off and they are incredibly soft and comfortable. I have really wide feet so I was worried about the 'b' medium width, but they fit wonderfully. They aren't cheap, but they are a good investment. I wear my pair almost every day; they are a highly recommended pair of shoes!

I love these! They are like slippers. I wear them all the time, they do not make my feet sweat like some shearling-lined boots would. I ordered my normal size and wear them without socks. I like them so much, I ordered a short pair for my husband!

Love this boot! It is not as wide as some which is excellent since your foot does not move around in the foot bed. Love that I can fold it over to make a shorter boot.

I have had several different styles of Uggs, and this is by far my new favorite pair. They are so comfy and cute, and I love the versatility provided by the buttons. Definitely order one size down from your normal shoe size!

Love these boots! They keep your feet very warm. I wear a 9 1/2, and the 9 fit perfectly. The plan is to have all the colors by January!

I can't keep these off of my 10 year old daughter! She was a size 5 last year but the 6 was too small this year. Zappos was so awesome, they shipped the 7 before I returned the 6. These are great boots and hold up incredibly well with daily child use from fall 'til spring. You can never go wrong with a Zappos purchase. This company truly aims to please!

These have great fur, and are great quality. They are totally worth the price! They are very versitile and warm. They can be used flipped out or not.

These are great boot, I am a size 8 and they fit perfectly. Zappos provided excellent delivery. I contacted Zappos before I ordered these boots and asked them if they would be delivered before a cetain date as I was over in America on Business. They could not have been more helpful.

I absolutely love these boots! I live in the very northern part of Wisconsin and it gets cold here. My feet are always warm and toasty, and I have gotten complimented on them each time I wear them.

These were for my daughter for Christmas. I got them for 2010 Christmas. One of the buttons came off a couple of months later. My daughter was going to contact Ugg, but I suggested we start with Zappos. Called them and they sent out a replacement pair and asked that I return the old pair. What Customer service! I got them the next day because I was a priority customer. I will definitely shop with them again.
