I ordered these boots for my daughter for Christmas. They are perfect. She loves them, they wear incredibly well, are so toasty, and retain their shape. Zappos was incredible in how quickly they were delivered, less than 48 hrs from ordering them on a weekend. I'm only upset my daughter and I aren't the same size!

These were a Christmas gift for my daughter. I found this style Uggs on several websites but ordered from Zappos because I have an excellent past experience with customer service. I knew that she could easily return the boots if she was not satisfied. There were no hassles! The boots fit and she was delighted.

Easy to order, they were delivered quickly and in excellent condition! Great company to order Uggs from and I plan on ordering from them again in the future.

This are my first pair of Uggs. I am on my feet all day, and always wear boots in the winter. I must get another pair, because after wearing these boots, nothing else is even close to comfortable. I never knew my feet could feel so good! I usually wear a size 5½ or 6. I bought the 5 and they fit perfectly. I resisted buying Uggs for years, because I thought they looked cloddy. These do not. They are so pretty. I have them in chestnut, and will probably purchase a few more in the other colors. These are great boots!

I love these Ugg boots, which also function as outdoor slippers. They are very comfortable, and warm, but could use a little arch support.

I did not like how Uggs looked when they first came out but the look gradually grew on me but I still did not buy them because of the price. I heard from so many people how comfortable Uggs are. This Christmas I got them as a gift and I cannot believe how comfortable they are and how many years I missed out on wearing these awesome boots. I will not judge a book by its cover again! I love my Uggs and I actually think they are cute now, too!

I absolutely love these boots! I love them so much that I bought a pair for my son's girlfriend for Christmas! I bought a size down and they fit great!

Just saw these boots in Nordstrom and thought they'd be a nice winter boot. I know many Ugg styles are not actually practical winter boots as they aren't waterproof, but I was looking for a replacement for my well-worn (and water-repellent) Uggs Brooks. Bought these Bailey Button Triplet in black and they look smashing with the black pants I was wearing. Love the warm and soft shearling liner! I usually wear a 6.5 shoe, so I bought the size 6 and they are snug but not too small.

Love these boots! The only thing I would say is if your a half size like me go up a half size. They run a tad small.

These are very comfortable and warm as usual for Uggs. They do run about one size smaller (I wear a firm 9 and had to exchange for a size 8). The only consideration if you're buying for icy weather is that the bottom soles are rather smooth and don't grip ice well.

I purchased these boots for a Christmas gift. The most amazing thing about this entire transaction was the speed of delivery. I ordered on one day and received the boots the next day! No charge for postage! Maybe I was just lucky. The boots were exactly as ordered and the customer service policy as per returns is fantastic (no shipping to be paid and no hassle to be endured). This was my first Zappos purchase but I can promise it will not be the last. Way to go, Zappos!

My favorite pair of Ugg boots. I am 5.5 in shoe size; I bought this boots a size 5. They fit perfect!

These were a Christmas gift for our 18 year old granddaughter. She loves them, says these and a pair of Ugg moccasins that she has are like walking on clouds.

Wow! I bought these UGG Bailey Button Triplet boots in Sand and they are gorgeous! I will use the spray protection on them as the color is so light but the spray works well so no worries. The very light fur peeking out looks fabulous and these are just as comfortable as any other UGG. The buttons make it easy to tuck in pants or to roll down a nice fur cuff. As with all UGG sheepskin boots, order 1 size smaller than your normal shoe size.

This was my first time to deal with Zappos, What a good experience, I was able to follow my delivery online. I would have no hesitation to recommend. Just a great experience.
