After a whirlwind of ordering shoes, sending them back because they didn't fit, and then ordering another pair and sending those back, too, at last I have a pair of shoes that fit my feet, bunions and all. The Keen Toyah MJ was just the ticket. Nicely made. Plenty of room in the toe box. Keen doesn't make a women's wide shoe and at first I was sure I'd spend the rest of my life in athletic shoes that looked like boats. I was wearing a size 9 wide because I needed toe room. That meant my shoes were loose and floppy and I had to wear all sorts of orthotics just to keep them on my feet. With this shoe, I'm back to a size 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly right out of the box. So, eat your heart out Dr. Scholl's I don't need you anymore. And Zappos, thank you for your patience, good humor and your free two-way shipping policy. Now, if only Keen's made women's cowboy boots.

These are fantastic shoes. Felt great right out of the box, very comfortable and cute. My feet are quite wide, and the toe box on these Keens is nice and roomy. I can tell I'm going to be wearing these a lot.

I have just purchased my third pair in 3 years, a black and a brown to wear any time plus a black to stay cleaner for going out with friends. Wear them 3 seasons with heavy or lighter wool socks. So comfy and I can stand/walk all day.

Loved them! Just had to get smaller size.

I chose these Keen Toyah MJ as a replacement for my previous pair. I love them. They are comfortable, durable, and easy to put on and take off. Depending on the season I wear them with socks - or not.

I struggle with needing a wide toe box and with needing a 10.5. Keens are great for both, and these shoes didn't disappoint in the least. I manage a clothing store where I walk around from 8-10 hours a day, and these shoes have been awesome through the Christmas season.

Super comfy right out of the box. I am on my feet for 8+ hours a day and these shoes feel great all day long. I love the green too - adds just enough color to otherwise boring work outfits :) Zappos quick delivery is always appreciated too!

Perfect little mary jane for the slightly rugged. This shoe is light, comfy, stable, and cute. The elastic in the strap allows for easy on and off with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable shoes right from the start. Nice and wide shoes. Decided to get the closed toe, laced up version for our trip, however, in case of rainy days/wet feet.

I love these shoes! I have 2 pairs of Presidios and I thought those were really comfortable, but the Toyah MJ's are even better! I wear them for work, running errands, etc. my feet never feel tired and my back and hips don't hurt. My very favorite thing about great shoes, not being "aware" of my shoes. When I can focus on other things and forget about my shoes, that makes life so much more enjoyable. I really like the style too. They're so cute and they have the Keen toe bumper, which I love about Keens. Keens shoes are the best! These do run a bit large. I usually wear an 8 in Keens, but in these I needed a 7.5. I can't say enough good things about Zappos! It's the best place to shop. I buy all of my shoes and my sons shoes from Zappos. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have several pairs of Keens and this Toyah was my first slip on, but I am sending back because it is just a bit too big, slips on my heel. If I make the strap tighter, it's too tight across the instep. I love Keens and hope I can find a style that will work.

I love Keen shoes. they are always comfortable, cute and they always have my size (11). This model is a good shoe for about town or even moderate hiking.

I was looking for a walking shoe - comfortable, supportive, but cuter than white athletic shoes. I called Zappos telephone support to inquire about sizing due to various reviews I'd read about this shoe an about Keen's in general. Customer service was swift and helpful, tho' they didn't have a "consolidation" of review information I'd hoped. I ordered my regular size and Zappos was fast. Upon receipt of the shoes, I reported to my friends that "expensive" shoes really did feel better! These shoes are a bit "clunky" but are supportive and comfortable (a full day of walking around Yellowstone National Park) and look decent. I don't like the working buckle -- wish it was decorative on an elastic. These shoes and Zappos excellent service had me placing another order within 2 weeks!

This shoe was what I hoped it would be after reading reviews. I, too, wish the buckles were easier to use. The holes are are too small to find or stick through easily; then they don't come apart easily either. Once on, the shoe is comfortable, offers good support, and is surprisingly good looking.

I just love these shoes! They run a little big so get a size smaller. I had been have foot problems and after I got these shoes for work my foot problems have almost disappeared! Very good support!

I've been wearing Keens for about 3 years now, but this is the first time I've tried this style. I find it very comfortable and supportive. I'm a hairdresser and I stand all day so this is very important for me. The only thing I would change about this shoe is the strap closure -- in this day of velcro and magnetic snaps, I have become lazy and I don't like having to "buckle" my shoes!

I bought this shoe to wear during a long weekend trip to NYC. Walking around the city usually causes severe blistering, but not with these. I wore them a couple of times before traveling to break them in, but it wasn't necessary. They were good to go right out of the box. The weekend was an all-weather adventure-- hot and sunny, then cold and rainy. Without socks, with tights, with socks -- this shoe was comfortable and cute. It was especially good in the rain--my feet never got wet or cold. It doubled especially well for daytime wear and evening/Broadway show wear. Some have said that the left shoe fits a little differently than the right, and I did notice that. It wasn't enough to bother me, though. It's hard to find a shoe so versatile and comfortable, so I was willing to put up with a very slight quirk in the sizing (so slight I wouldn't even bother with a sole insert). I'm looking forward to this shoe being great for all seasons in South Texas.

Some are saying that these feel big. It is my opinion that they fit just like Keen sandals, not like you would expect a Mary Jane to fit. I work hard, on my feet, usually 8-10 hour shifts sometimes with almost no break. I have been rotating these with two other pair of work shoes (another set of Keens and a Sanitas) since July. They are awesome, supportive, and easy to clean.

These ran a little smaller than the Whisper sandals I bought last year. I gave them to my daughter, who is on her feet all day, and she loves them.

I bought these shoes because of their multi-functionality. They are durable and comfortable to take on long walks, yet professional enough to wear to a conference or work. The shoes rubbed my heals a bit the first day of wear, but were broken in quickly after the third day of wearing and walking. For me comfort and functionality are key, and this shoe does the job!

Love these shoes! They look professional enough for work, but are comfortable enough for me to be on my feet all day. I can wear them with skirts, capris, or pants. I use orthotics which is one reason why I love Keens because I can take out their insoles and put in mine.

I just bought my second pair. I travel to many countries across the world. I take two pair of shoes, hikers and the Keen Toyah. I love them because they serve as my "dress" shoe and you can walk all over in them as well. I use an orthotic and the shoe accommodates that quite well. They have been washed after travel and just keep working at home as well.

I loved these shoes as soon as I took them out of the box. The left foot was fine but the tiny little bunion on my right foot "screamed" as soon as I put it on. The 8M (I normally wear 7 1/2 - 8EE) was wide enough but the vamp cut right across the bunion and the leather felt very hard. I was so disappointed because the shoe was otherwise very comfortable, even without socks, and they would have been perfect with any of my crop pants, jeans and shorts, especially on rainy days. I would absolutely recommend the Keen Toyah if you're looking for comfort and don't have "testy" little bunions.

I like Keen so I say they are wonderful. I read the other customer reviews, then decided to order 7.5 on a "true to size" and "felt a half size larger"; well...not true, I wear a 8 in Venice, and a 8.5 in Sula. Now I know I m an 8 in Toyahs! If you are a 7.5 like me in other shoes, order a half size up. Great shoes for work, travel and fun.

These are my 2nd pair of the Keen Toyah MJ. I liked the first pair so well that I had to buy them in another color. I have knee and ankle problems and these shoes take the pain away. The support is great and I like the room in the toebox.
