I was happy with this shoe though it did feel larger than marked - both in width and length. The issue came after only 3 months or so of abuse from me. The stretchy bands fell apart rather quickly and I had to ask Zappos (love you guys!) to return the shoe. I ended up getting another brand and am leery of Keen shoes. I may try them again because all those excellent reviews can't be wrong and Zappos can't make it easier to send back defective shoes.

These shoes are really nice looking and are constructed for wear in all kinds of weather. They are exactly what I was looking for but beware...Keen has a serious quality problem with the sizing. I ordered three pair of these shoes and have officially given up. The first pair swam on my feet. The second pair (in a half size smaller) was too tight, almost as if it was a full size smaller than the first, and the third pair was really whacked. One shoe fit and the other was too big, even looked visibly different. I am really disappointed in Keen. A pair of shoes at this price with the Keen brand should not have these problems. Zappos provides a wonderful service. It seems wrong to send shoes back and forth because of a manufacturer's poor quality control. When I order Birkenstock shoes, they fit every time. A size is a true size. Shame on Keen.

These shoes stretched out in about 4 hours to the point that my back heel would slide up and down. They are chunky in style and if I don't have long jeans they look dorky. But I got some mean blisters on my heals from this shoes. The soles are super chunky and ugly. Just not a cute shoe. I was very disappointed and returned them.

I was looking forward to having these shoes for work because Keen's offer great support, but they were like boats. I have wide feet anyhow and these were even wide on me. They are the second pair of Keen flats that I've tried that have been super wide. I would have tried a narrower size but they don't offer it.

I've successfully ordered lots of shoes from Zappos so I suppose I'm due a shoddy order. I also own a pair of keens similar to this style. When these arrived, the shoebox wasn't banded, the shoes weren't properly packed, one was unbuckled, and the toe on the left shoe was defective. Back they go--which is a chore considering my remote location. Come on Zappos! You've set the standard high; don't start letting me down now.

These shoes have a ridiculously wide toe box. Looks manly and no longer feminine. I admit they are comfy, but my feet look like giant boats. Returning them.

I was really hoping that this shoe would be the one but sadly it was not. I can see that people with wide feet would like this shoe and I even think it would have been okay for my not so wide feet but the arch hit too far forward and it wasn't a soft cushion arch either. It also seemed that my toes were touching yet they were slipping off my heel. Odd fit for me. Oh well, back for the hunt!

The shoes looked used? Scuffed and scratched. Not up to the usual Zappos speed? But very cute shoes! Can't wait to get the replacement.
