I never know whether to get a 5&12 or a 6. These seemed a half size larger and the heel is loose, but they are very comfortable.

Very nice shoe. I ordered a size 7.5 and they were huge! 7 fit my foot perfectly but the top ridge by my toes rubbed/was tight. After stretching them out for about a day they feel wonderful! The leather seems to get softer over time. I have a high arch and these feel much better than most shoes, soft but supportive.

I really liked the shoe except for two things. First, the color wasn't what I was looking for. I wanted a light grey/tan to go with my string colored pants, but the gargoyle was dark grey. I also didn't love the amount of black rubber sole on the toe of the shoe. Otherwise, it was a comfortable shoe with fantastic arch support. I'll definitely look at Keen again for shoes, but this one had to go back because of the color.

Beautiful shoe, and the green is perfect! However, I have a narrow foot and even sizing down 1/2 didn't do it. Sadly, they are going back.

Great! Just what I expected from Keen's. Great cushion in the foot bed, wonderful arch support, well made shoe and oh so comfortable. And very cute too, they don't make my feet look big and I wear a 10. They run a little wide, large toe box. This way I can wear with or without socks. But when my feet swell in the later afternoon after being on my feet all day, they will still be comfortable. Great for my knees, back and hips. I had to do some looking though, not all of Keen have this great foot bed, but it worth the look. And Zappos service makes it easy. Love Zappos and Keens.

Great shoe, very comfortable. In general, size 5 is a little too big, but wearable. This shoe in a size 5 was too big, but I wore them with thick socks and it fit OK (but didn't look great).

These shoes are great for style, comfort and the arch support is great and what I was looking for in shoes. I will order more of this style in other colors. They are now almost the only shoe I wear. I get lots of compliments on them too. Love Keen!

These are probably the most comfortable, best-fitting, and most supportive shoes I've ever owned. I wear them every day as my work shoes. As a pastry cook, I've spent 5-day stretches on my feet for 10 to 12 hours a day, and these shoes have carried me through that. Even similar shoes (including, most recently, the Keen PTC Mary Jane II) don't come close -- they rub my feet, and my legs wear out much easier. (Specifically, I notice that the Toyah's material is a lot more flexible than the PTC, and the PTC has a bit of a heel.) I would feel really comfortable wearing these shoes pretty much anywhere -- even taking them out for a day hiking on an easy trail. My only complaint comes about because I enjoy wearing these shoes without socks. After 8-or-so hours wearing them sockless in a warm environment, I find that the shoes don't breathe as well as I wish they would, and they stain my feet black daily. On the other hand, the shoes are so ridiculously comfortable and supportive that I find it's worth having moist, blackened feet!

Great for wide feet. Super comfy. Like wearing sneakers but having the stylishness of Mary Janes. The color is more red than chocolate brown. Love these shoes!

Cute, well made shoes with good support, but they run very large. Needed to order a full size smaller.

I have a difficult time finding shoes that give the support I need and the style while working on cement floors for 10 hours a day. These shoes gave the support and the style. I am returning all of the Keen Mary Jane style shoes because the strap must be unbuckled/buckled with every on/off...a real pain. This could be easily resolved if Keen had put the velcro connect like most other shoe manufacturers. This was my first try with Keen shoes. If they change the strap to velcro I'll buy.

I have the Toyah in brown and black. This shoe is amazingly comfortable, very true to size and just awesome in general. I know that once these give out, I will be purchasing a replacement!

These shoes are everything you'd expect from Keen. Great arch support and comfort. Didn't need a break in period. Love these shoes! Runs true to size. Wear them all day on my feet at work.

I really like these shoes. I bought them for hiking in the summer because they do well with both rough terrain and water. I always wear a size 8 in shoes but ordered a 7.5 per other reviews and they fit perfectly. I wore them for hours of hiking the first day and did get a blister but I was not that surprised. I have worn them many times since and they have done very well.

Super comfortable shoes right out of the box -- I even wore them with blisters from another pair of shoes with no problem. I work on my feet all day, and these are great shoes for that.

Great Arch support- very comfortable. I wore them the first time with socks to break them in a bit, then they were comfortable to wear barefoot (no blisters or scrapes on my feet). The 9 was perfect and I am usually an 8 1/2 or 9.

These are slightly cuter than pictured (but definitely "sporty"); they are also slightly lighter colored. Fit and arch support are wonderful, as usual with Keens.

These shoes are excellent, extremely comfortable, and very very supportive. I'm a nurse who works 12 hour shifts and these shoes rock. I leave without any pain in my feet. The only problem is the leave black marks on your socks. Highly recommend though if you need a comfortable supportive shoe.

I bought these shoes for a lot of city walking on a trip to China. They fared exactly as I had hoped, extremely comfortable!

These are truly one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. No break-in time, perfect right out of the box. They are slippers for my feet! These are not feminine shoes, but rugged and durable.

Really love Keen shoes, and these are just a smidge dressier, so I don't even feel badly about wearing them to work. Generally feel true to size, comfortable for my slightly wider feet. Huge Zappos fan!

This shoe feels like I'm wearing sneakers! Pretty good support and not too clunky looking, goes well with skirts and jeans. Put these on the first day and wore them all day with no rubbing or blisters. Great shoe!

Instantly comfortable right out of the box! They look great with jeans or khakis.

I have big-time foot problems so I can't wear just any shoe. So far, this shoe is working for me, with my own footbed inserted. The gargoyle color is a little darker than I expected, but still a neutral color. These shoes seem to run a little wide for me.
