These are very comfy shoes but they do run a little big. I ordered a half size down. They look great and feel good!

I bought these shoes because I was looking for something more stylish than sneakers to walk the streets of San Francisco during my first visit there. These shoes were perfect. My feet never hurt once! My only complaint is regarding the style, they look quite wide...however, I think that's part of why they're so comfortable. I like that these shoes can be worn with or without socks, although black socks don't quite match because the shoe is not a true black. These are just minor complaints though, I really like these shoes!

Keen never lets me down! I love these outdoorsy Mary Jane shoes! I would say they are slightly redder than what shows on my screen anyway, but love them nonetheless. I can wear brown, brick or even plum colors and they seem to go with each one differently. Keens have superior arch support with a removable foot bed liner. Would recommend these shoes for long walks in city or woods.

Awesome shoes! Keep in mind these are "normal" Keens - meaning they have a wide fit. So if you have narrow feet the shoe really isn't for you. I ordered my normal 8.5 size in Keens and they are a bit big, but decided to keep them so I can wear thick socks for our cold MN winters. Totally comfy right out of the box, I plan on getting a few more colors. Love!

Love these shoes! They're super cute and comfortable. A great alternative to sneakers for running errands. I had an earlier version of these Keens without the updated stitching and these are a nice improvement. I get lots of compliments on them and I like that they show my fun socks.

I ordered this shoe (two pairs) for a trip I was planning to Germany. They were perfect! I already have a different style so I knew the size would be right. The colors I bought, the greenish and reddish brown, were perfect for whatever I wore. They were perfect for the trip, sometimes with and sometimes without socks, depending on the weather!

These shoes are extremely comfortable. The only issue with them is that they are a little large for the size I bought. When ordering, try buying them in a half size smaller than usual.

The other reviews aren't kidding when they say this is a wide shoe. I have a foot that falls on the wide side, so I ordered these to compare them to the Keen Paradise MJ's I already have that are almost too narrow (both in size 8). It is a night and day difference. The Toyah is much wider all over. Like most people, my feet aren't exactly the same size and my "smaller" foot almost slides out of this shoe. That being said, these are really comfortable. I think more so than the Paradise. If you foot is the least bit wide these are the Keen Mary Jane style you want to invest in. A side note... I got the Gargoyle and I LOVE the color. A really pretty neutral gray/brown tone that could be worn with almost anything.

Fit well, but decided I didn't like the style. Want a bit more dressy show for travel to Europe. I always have luck with the way Keen shoes fit me.

I think these shoes run big. I wear 8.5 in their clogs, but have bought size 9 for their more enclosed shoes. But these are too long and quite loose in the heel for me. Think I'd still have the heel problem with a smaller size. The shoe is a little heavy, also. But, still cute!

I can't say enough good things about this shoe. I walk and hike several miles each week and wear good sneakers for it. I have high arches and a high instep and am right in the middle of a B-C width foot. I just developed tendonitis on my left instep from all the activity. I've found that all my Keen shoes are the most comfortable and arch-supportive during this time and are a relief from pain and swelling. This shoe is cute, too, and goes with casual skirts! I am a 7.5 in most shoes and that works fine for me with plenty of wiggle room in the toe box and for my high instep. I have the Madder Brown, which is a gorgeous port wine color that goes with everything. I would say this shoe runs wide since it works for me. So if you are a narrow, probably not so good for you. It is feminine, not as clunky as some, and so cute! Better looking on than in photo!

This shoe is nothing less than a Godsend! I have a slightly wide foot (measures exactly between a B and a C) and I have a very high arch and high instep. Add to that I just developed tendinitis in one instep from my speed walking. This shoe is so supportive and comfortable for my arches for long walks/all day wear, and it doesn't put pressure anywhere! I like a roomy toe box and this has that as well. I am a 7.5 in sneakers and this fit well in a 7.5. I am in love with this very cute shoe. Makes my foot look smaller and works with jeans and casual skirts. I hope I can find a Keen sandal with this much support. I'm sold on this brand. If your foot is narrow, you probably won't like them. They run average to wide.

The color was not brown at all, the toe box is too short, and the heel slips. Not comfortable at all, and not what I expected

I really wanted to like these shoes - and I am a fan of Keen, so I thought nothing could go wrong. Trusting the reviews, I got an 8.5 (normally wear a 9), and the shoes were too small. Had to return them, got a 9, and it was just huge. Unbelievable - got blisters just testing these shoes out at home. I don't really get what's wrong with this model, but it's just not up to the standard. Would recommend that Keen fans avoid them!

This shoe was quite comfortable, but it is actually of poor quality. The left side is already messed up; elastic band is broken already. I'd rather buy Clarks which are fine even up until now (1.5 years later) whereas these fell apart in less than 3 months.

I got these shoes to wear after a strained tendon in my foot caused a podiatrist to prescribe supportive walking shoes for everyday use. I put them on and within an hour my foot had relaxed and my tendons said thank you! I could actually cook in my kitchen without cringing at every step! I wear 10.5, sometimes wide, and so finding something cute in my size was an adventure that led me here. These are comfortable and say so, but they also say that I don't like my walking shoes to look like grandma lace-ups or Olympian sport shoes. Love them! Mine are in the madder brown - rich and versatile. Thank you Keen! I'll be back!

Be aware that these shoes run Wide -- but my wide feet love them right out of the box! As always with Keen, the toe box has plenty of room and the sole is just as supportive and comfortable as expected. If you have a narrow foot, these shoes are not for you.

It is so much fun to shop at Zappos. Their customer service is outstanding! I love my Keens. This is my third pair (different colors and models) and that is all I wear in the summer. Thank you for making the shopping experience a wonderful one!

I ordered these shoes in black for an upcoming trip to Europe after reading several tripadvisor reviews on what type of shoes to bring. I love them. Very comfortable, true to size and will probably have to order another pair before my trip as I wear them all the time.

Keen seem to be struggling with their shoe sizes this year. I have tried each of the MJ styles and none of them fit me correctly. I am normally a size 6.5 or 7 but ended up buying shoes that were an 8! Crazy.

After having bone spurs removed from the top of my foot and dealing with hammer toes, I'm always looking for a comfortable shoe. This seem to fit the bill. Great insoles, plenty of cushion, and good toe room to accommodate my hammer toes.

Quality materials. A bit clunkier than it appears. The sole is solid with good grip. I couldnt give it a 5 for comfort because the shoe is too stiff, stiffer than I like a new shoe to be. More importantly, the buckle on the side or the way its stitched is rough and gave me a blister, socks are a must.

I was so excited to get these! I've been looking for a replacement for my discontinued Saratogas, and is finally it. Comfortable, great arch support, sporty enough for dog-walks and outdoor activities, cute enough to wear with skirts. I've been dreading putting away my Venice sandals for the summer, and now I can have equal comfort for the colder months. I love my Keens!

These are very cute and comfortable. I wear them to work occasionally and my feet are so happy. The ball of my foot is wide and these shoes don't squeeze my toes like so many others.
