I bought these boots to wear on a trip to New York City. They were incredibly comfortable. I walked all over the city, my feet felt great and they looked great! They are now my favorite pair of boots.

I love these boots! Very comfortable and I have received many compliments on them. I normally wear a 9, but actually tried them on at Dillards before ordering them from Zappos, and decided to go with the 9.5. I ordered them on a Sunday and they were waiting on my door step when I got home from work on Tuesday! Awesome service. Will continue to order from Zappos!

Soft, supple and instantly comfortable. Wax first though, as they are made from absorbent pigskin and oil can be difficult to remove! My daughter loves these boots. Too bad it is winter and she can't wear them as much as she would like.

Online these boots appear to be 'scrunchier' than they actually are in person. In person they are just slightly slouchy. I'm very pleased with the purchase of these boots. True to size. Very comfy to wear.

Cute! I have been looking for flat black boots for years, and these fit the bill. Cute, comfy, can dress up or down, great price! Not too pointy, and the rouched shaft is just the right height on my 5'3" frame. The leather on these is slightly distressed, but not worn out looking. I think it just makes them softer. The lining in the shaft is like some kind of fleece, and makes these feel warm. Great for jeans, leggings, and skirts/dresses. I will wear these over and over.

These are my first pair of boots and I love them. My foot is wide, so I went up 1/2 size. I wore them all day Christmas and they were quite comfortable.

Boot looks great! Feels great, and fun to wear. I just love shoes that don't have to be broken in or that break my back with heels that are just too high.

Very pretty boot. Upper is a nice soft leather. But there's zero padding or arch support. I got a half size bigger after reading the reviews, but they're a little big, so I would say they run true to size. But I'm going to put an insole in them to try and male them more comfy, so I'm glad I got the bigger size.

These boots look great with skinny jeans or leggins. The calf is not as wide as I would have liked since I have large calves but with the slouch, they fit good. The boot is a little narrow across the toe but is still very comfortable.

These black boots are cuter in person than in the picture. I think they are more comfortable than my $60 amazon ones. I think they could have more cushion in the footbed, though. I look forward to many years of wearing these!

Beautiful boots, but they seem to run a half size small. I really wanted to keep them but my toes were crunched.

I wear an 11 and with a medium athletic sock on these were about 1/2 size too small. My calf measures 15" and these were quite ample although not in the least bit figure flattering. They are going back.

Cute boots! Ordered regular size, fits great! Can't wait to wear it int he fall. Wish I could've gotten the Cognac, but the black is also nice. I was half worried that it would look cheap or plastic but it doesn't!

The quality is great and the boots themselves are very comfortable! You can dress them up for a night out on the town or dress them down for a casual look.

I had a credit on my Zappos account and really needed a plain black pair. I chose these being that I am a huge fan on Madden Girl/ Steve Madden boots. Of course they came the day after I ordered them and the fit great, just like anything they need a little breaking in but they're comfy and I know they'll hold up. If you have larger calves, these may not work; I have relatively average legs and these fit a bit snug. Other then that these are great for fall and winter! And who better to buy from then, won't buy shoes anywhere else! Thanks Zappos!

These boots are pretty comfortable for office and casual wear. The feeling of the leather is a little cheap - not very soft. But still it's a good pair of boots for the price.

The boots were comfortable & felt true to size. Had to return unfortunately because they were too loose on my calves.
