When I got these out of the box, I was very happy - the color was great (I had worried they might be too orange-looking, but they're not), the style is super cute, the quality is great (they don't look cheap), and they're very comfortable. These are a must-have for anyone who loves slouchy boots.

These boots are perfect for the fall/winter. Very comfortable and stylish and what I like most is that the upper is leather and the sole is rubber. It's a great boot for a great price!

I love these boots! I have them in three colors and I wear them all the time. I have high arches and added an arch support but I am on my feet a lot and I can wear these all day comfortably. I get compliments all the time. My go-to boot!

I just ordered these in the Tan leather and the color is perfect! I usually wear a size 9.5 or 10 depending on the brand so I ordered a 10 and they were too big. I exchanged them for the 9.5. I love how they looked with my black leggings and I can't wait to wear them with my skinny jeans. I own a pair of black boots but this color is perfect. Love the brown! I say these boots are true to size and I wouldn't order up a size at all.

Disclaimer: my feet are flat, wide, and have bunions so I am pickier than average. When I first got them, I felt they might be too narrow for me, but they stretched out after a couple of weeks, and now they're very comfy. The heel wore down after a couple months but they're still very walkable. I got them last year and wore them a couple of times a week all through fall and winter, and they're still looking good! I get lots of compliments and they feel good to walk in. I generally cannot wear any kind of heel for long, but these I can walk around for a relatively long time, so someone with better feet I'm sure could walk for miles.

I'm extremely pleased with these boots! Knee-length boots are usually impossibly tight on my calves but these are perfect! I recommend buying 1/2 size larger than your usual size to accommodate thin socks.

The style and material were beautiful but these are smaller even than what other reviewers are saying. I usually take a 9-1/2 or 10. I had to reorder an 11; I've never worn an 11 in my life! I hope they fit because I love them.

Gorgeous boots! The top of the boot is wide enough for me. My calf measures exactly 17 inches around, and these boots pull all the way up! They are a little snug with skinny jeans right at the top seam, but nothing uncomfortable at all. When I wear leggings, I still have enough room to put in a couple fingers. Not any paddy, but room for me to add inserts. They are fairly flat and stable which is exactly what I was looking for. You can totally dress these up or down. Love!

These boots are one of the best shoe purchases I have made in a long time! They have frequented by attire on a very regular basis since I received them. They are comfortable and feel wonderful on my feet. I hesitated to purchase these because of the relatively large size of my legs, but they fit just fine, even over a pair of jeans. I would absolutely recommend these boots as a versatile, fashionable, and comfortable addition to any shoe collection.

Love these boots! Goes with everything, and shipping was crazy fast. I've fallen in love with Zappos.

First of all, Zappos has great customer service. There was an error with my initial order for which Zappos was at fault. So they contacted me, offered a coupon and next day air delivery to replace my order. I reordered with my VIP Zappos and still got them the next day! As for the shoes, They are super cute and comfortable. I can't wait to wear them out. I'm 5'2" so I'm always concerned with knee-high boots making me look short and stumpy, but I really don't feel that way with these. I got tan, and honestly if it were up to me I would call this color Cognac and the lighter color Tan. But no one asked me my opinion.

I haven't worn these boots out of the house yet because I just got them and it's still hot out, but I love them! They are very stylish and comfy and the price point was great..The foot portion does not have support built in but I do not find this uncomfortable...you can easily add an insole. For the price, I think they are great. I got a 1/2 size larger which I would recommend.

These boots are fabulous! I was looking for a pair of casual brown leather boots for fall that would fit my larger calves, and these boots definitely do. As others have mentioned there is very little arch support, so you may want to invest in some inserts. I also found that they can be a little tight on the width of the actual shoe (I sized up a half-size), but all-in-all, this is a quality boot that is stylish, versatile, well-made, and at a great price point! Furthermore, Zappos always makes the customer experience so pleasant, which is an added value on top of the awesome boot.

I had never bought footwear online before...I like to try things on, but after going through the website & reading how easy a return would be I decided to try. I have been looking for a caramel slouchy boot with a low heel for jeans & skirts...these are absolutely perfect! Love the style...the leather is soft & great color. As soon as I put them on I knew they were not going back! Extremely happy with this purchase. By the way, saw very similar boots at twice the price at the mall...so I will add...great value too!

I like these boots. I don't usually get something so flat and like a bit of a heel, but these will be good for the office or lots of walking in the mall or around the neighborhood. They do slouch quite a bit so don't expect them to stand all the way up unless you are wearing something to fill in any gaps. They just kept slipping down my leg a bit, but that is okay because they look super cute that way. Not much support so I went up a half size so I can put in a cushioned support or wear socks. Nice boot for the price. Not very heavy or bulky.

These shoes were worn for about two years before I just recently cracked the sole of the shoe. They have been through Hell and back, I even wore down the wood of the heel from how much I wore them almost every day or every other day. I plan on buying them again very soon, and this should attest to their durability, comfort, and style; I wore them with dresses, jeans, skirts, shorts, everything and I received lots of compliments through the years even some just before their final dying days!

These boots are stylish and comfortable. I get lots of compliments on them! I do recommend getting a half size larger. However, if you need arch support, these shoes aren't for you.

I've had these probably a year and a half now if not longer, I love them. They have walked many miles with me but still look mostly new. These are the only shoes I get compliments on from strangers even though I have all sorts of boots and shoes. I think they have a kind of retro 70s vibe to them. In cool weather, I walk to and from the grocery store which is a good mile from me and these feel so super supportive to my feet. They are a bit hard soled so I do get a bit of jarring so I certainly don't recommend you walk miles and miles in them as they are not sneakers but I have with zero discomfort. I wear an 8, got these in an 8 and they fit exactly right.

Very cute, cognac color is great in person. Came with some sort of light colored marks on them, but it rubbed off. Great boot, comfortable.

I am really happy with these boots! I can walk for days in these boots and they work great for running all over campus. They fit great, felt true to size and pulled up nicely over my calves. I am petite, 5'2 and 115lbs so it's nice that the boots don't overtake my legs either. I didn't think the leather looked cheap or worn, and love the cognac color. Yet again, a Steve Madden success!
