I just received these in red as a birthday gift from my husband--so excited to see the Zappos box that I didn't notice it wasn't wrapped. :) Felt true to size and a great option for petite girls who like the hunter style. I wore them out walking for three hours out of the box and my feet felt great.

Bigger than expected. I don't have any similar boots to reference for comparison, but for athletic shoes I wear an 11 in Nike, and 10.5 in Brooks. I got these in 10 with plenty of wiggle room left over even while wearing thick merino wool hiking socks. no arch support but I did not expect that in a rain boot. I have athletic calves and there is plenty of room in the boot shaft, again, a very pleasant surprise. They are deceptively trim in appearance. pleasantly surprised how easy these were to put on and take off. I expect I will get many years of use out of these. And thanks to Zappos as all went splendid with orders and returns until I got the correct size.

I've been looking for a pair of rain boots for a long time now, especially with cold weather around the corner, but I've never found a pair that fit AND looked good on me. I finally broke down and decided to invest in a pair of Hunter's. I'm a short girl (only 4'11) with really athletic calves, so I decided against the Tall boots initially. I'm really glad I chose these, because not only did they end up making me look taller, but they also didn't get stuck on my legs when I tried to pull them off. My calves measure about 15.5", so it's snug in the shaft when I wear jeans, but roomy enough in the ankle and foot to wear thick socks with. If you're on the fence about these boots, go for it. As a side note, I was really impressed with Zappos' delivery service. It was supposed to take 4-5 days, but I received my order in 2. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Usually wear 7 1/2, ordered the 7, fit perfectly. Really comfortable. Ordered the original Green, awesome color!

Love this neutral, muted green. It's the perfect color for transitioning into Fall or Spring! Also, being only 5'4, these shorties measure up length-wise. I also suggest purchasing the sheepskin insoles, which are sold separately.

My daughter needed rain boots and she is a size 8.5. We bought sizes 8 and 9 and the 8 fit well with enough room for heavy socks. Looks great and the boots will give her many years if use. The rubber material feels 'thicker' than other less costly rain boots!

These seem like nice boots. They do fit a little big. I have this exact size in a pair of Hunters that I have been wearing for 19 years, 8 in men's, but these were about half a size bigger on my feet. They seemed to get stuck en route to Hawaii somewhere in Kentucky, so the trip that I ordered them for came and went before I got to try them on. That is unusual for Zappos. I will return them.

I love these! They're cute and fashionable and match with everything! They're not the most comfy but who's buying them for comfort right?!

A classic! These boots are meant to work whether it be in the garden, mucking stalls or going for a hack on your favorite steed. They do make a fashion statement all of their own. I have had the tall boot for casual riding and just purchased the shorter height for gardening or a sloppy, wet walk in the woods with my Corgi.

Awesome boots! Fit is great, look is amazing and just in time for April showers. I would recommend to everyone!

Love them, but the 9 is too big and the 8 was too small. I feel like Goldilocks. Unfortunately Hunter boots doesn't come in half sizes...that'd be the perfect size.

Very happy with this purchase. I usually wear a 10 in boots but I bought these in a size 9. They fit perfectly. They do irritate my ankle bones (not sure what those are called) a little but I have still been able to wear them for an entire day.

I love my boots so much.They are extremely comfortable.They are also good in rain and snow because of the rubber grip bottom. I order my regular size n I still have room in them.

I originally ordered the tall boots but they were too tight around my calf. The short boots are a perfect fit and protect my feet from the rain and snow just as well. They are comfy, easy to clean and very cute in my opinion. The picture is true to color and style.

I love these boots! I'm 5'3 and felt like the tall boots would take over my legs too much. These are perfect for my short legs! They are the most comfortable pair of rain boots I've ever owned.

I love these boots! And of course I love Zappos because I ordered them on Sunday & it's Tuesday & they're already here! They are so stylish & comfortable. I recently had foot surgery & just started being able to wear shoes again, but nothing has felt comfortable for my foot like these boots!

Like all rainboots, they're a little hard to get into/out of at first. (I haven't had an excuse to wear them since buying them, so I can't say for sure). I'm usually closer to a 9.5 or 10 in shoes, but I saw the reviews so ordered small - size 9, and I think any bigger would be too big. Also these fit both of my feet (one of which is longer and the other is wider). These seem like good investment rain boots and cute, too! I can't wait for rain (#drought) to try them out in!

I tried other boots, but came back to Hunter, due to the durability and fit. I ordered my usual size and they fit true to size with a light sock and a thin insole. You will want an insole during extreme cold. They are hard to get off because they fit well around the ankles. I just brace the heel under my bed frame and pull my leg up. Straight leg and skinny jeans tuck into the tops no problem, but the tops aren't really big either. They are worth the money.

Great boot style, great fit when they're on. Felt comfortable walking for the short time I was able to do so while around my house. Slightly difficult to get on, and nearly impossible to get off. I thought they'd have to be cut off. Anyone with high arches, beware!

Where fashion meets function! I love these boots. I already own a tall black pair, but wanted a short pair so I ordered these green beauties. The color is like an army green, very subtle.

Purchased as a gift for my mom. She keeps them by the back door so she can quickly take out the dog and not worry about getting shoes messy. She has stepped in mud and poop. I've learned it's a faux pas to keep them immaculate, they are supposed to get dirty. She does however clean them when there is poop.

Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Monday, just in time for Tuesday's Nor'easter. Comfortable out of the box and my feet are warm and dry. Boots run large, but an insole and thick socks made them perfect.
