The shoes are nice; however, the color in the picture is much more cream toned than the dark taupe they actually are. The soles are very slippery too - the heel is plastic tipped, so is slippery.

These are some of the only heels I can find in size 12 with a large enough toe box to fit my long toes. They are cute in the patent. Not much padding for the ball of my foot, but I need something that fits, so I'm keeping them.

These shoes are just as beautiful as Kate Spade, but more affordable, and to me, more comfortable. I would have kept them if the heel were not so high! They are more like 3½" high. Sadly, my knees and balls of my feet cannot handle them.

I got these shoes in nude a couple of years ago, and after breaking them in they became one of my favorite/go-to pairs of heels. 2+ years later I still have my original pair and I ordered a 2nd pair in black. The first pair held up very well: I've worn them regularly both for work and for going out because they are comfortable and easy to walk in. 2 things to be aware of: 1: The shoes do stretch (1/4 size or more). so if you're in between sizes, I'd suggest rounding down. When they're new, you want a fit that's snug: not super tight but if they're a little loose consider trying 1/2 size smaller. 2: Break them in before you wear them out for real. I didn't do this with my first pair (mistake). This time I just wore them around for about a couple of hours of walking/standing (short errands, around the apartment, etc.) to break them in, and now they're good to go.

This is my go-to work shoe. I do have to wear an 8 1/2 in these when I normally wear an 8. I just purchased my third pair after having worn the other two out. They are reasonably comfortable for an 8-5 desk job. I would definitely recommend them to others, and actually two women from my office have the same pair and like them as well.

This is a beautiful shoe. My only minor complaint, not even a complaint is that it is a tiny bit too big but I've put an insert in to help with that. I usually take a size 12 in Nine West but in this shoe I could probably do an 11 for a snugger fit.

I really like this shoe! It's a really comfortable shoe, especially given the height of the heel. My only complaint is that there isn't any cushioning in the ball of the foot, and after a whole day of standing and walking my feet started to hurt. But that should be fairly easily fixed with a gel insert! I bought several pairs of nude pumps to try and thought this one was the most attractive. I usually wear an 11 in dress shoes, but based on other reviews I ordered a 10.5, and it fit great.

These shoes are so wonderful! I feel like they are very classic and it's a plus that there are so many colors to choose from. I got the pink puff color and was hoping they would be a little more nude-colored than they were. With my pale skin, it just washed me out and I ended up returning them. I am hoping that the black leather will become available in a size 7 soon because I will definitely buy these in that color if they do!

Ordered these in the white..tried them on and found this pair of shoes to be 1/2 size smaller. I have serveral pairs of this label and they al fit perfectly. Really disappointed to return but they don't fit so no choice. Zappos you are still the best!

A nicely made, reasonably comfortable shoe. I wear these to work and can wear them all day without discomfort. I could not see this in the pictures (surprised me when I opened the box), but the brown shoes have a wooden-looking heel - it's not wrapped in the same leather as the main shoe. Looks nice, though.

Perfect for social events or work. Very comfortable! Scuffed up insides of toes after a night of dancing at a wedding.

I've had these shoes for about a year now and I still love them. They're the kind of shoe you can dress up or down, and have a classic style to them. That's the best kind of shoe, the one you can wear with a dress or a nice pair of jeans. After a year of wear, they've held up quite nicely, and are still as glossy as the day I bought them.

Very cute, I wore these to a formal event to add some color to a gray dress and got many complements, but I could wear them with a pair of jeans to dress them up as well. Nice fit too!

I am on my feet tons in heels. This heel height is not too tall, which is helpful and aids to the comfort of the shoe without it being a flat. It is longer at the toe portion of the shoe, so not too much "toe clevage." I would buy a pair of these pumps in a different color.

These shoes are very pretty, but very narrow for Nine West. I have owned a lot of NW shoes over the years, and have always been a B(M) fitting, in a 9.5 to 10, but these are very snug, and in a patent I don't expect any stretch, so if your feet are at all wide, I would stay away from these. Otherwise, they are lovely shoes, so long as you are not on your feet all day!

Great looking, economical buy Not the highest quality available, but are certainly worth this price. They look great on, break in easily and feel relatively light to walk in.

I love these shoes, but I will have to send them back. I have never worn a W before but these shoes are narrow. They are out of stock on W so my search will have to continue. I was buying them to go with a dress I'm wearing to a wedding in 2 weeks. I might come back and get other colors later. The heel was just the right height too.

It is a lovely shoes but I have no luck with them. At first I ordered my regular size 6 and it was way to small. Next day I ordered size 6, 5 and it is too big! So sad. I guess I need to go with different brand and try them on first at the store and I hate shopping. Always prefer online on Zappos.

I like the shoes but they are way too small so have to return them. Not sure do I need one size up in size.

I love these basic shoes. Unfortunately, like with most patent leather dress shoes I have tried on, to me they seemed to run very narrow. I measure a solid 6½M and wear this in all my other shoes. In this style, I found that the toe box ran very snug; I needed a wide in these shoes and definitely would not have been comfortable in the 6½M. The 7M felt better in the toe, but was still an obvious mis-fit for my feet because my heel slipped. Perhaps it happened to be the pair that I received. Still, I would recommend ordering the wider size too and returning what does not fit. Thanks, Zappos, for free returns!

I like the style - I wear a 5 or 5.5. The 5.5 was way too big and the 5 M was too narrow for me. If a w had been in stock I would have gotten it. Classic shoe.

These shoes are so cute! I think the color looks great (Taupe) and liked that there wasn't any 'toe cleavage'. I also like that the toe is rounded as I have long toes and tapered shoes generally don't fit. They are also pretty comfortable for heels. Unfortunately, the the right side seems a tad too narrow. I tried a second pair in the same size to make sure it wasn't just a fluke, but had the same problem. I do love that these come in a size 10.5 which is very difficult to find in a heel. Overall, if I had a slightly narrower right foot, I would love to wear these.

These heels were great! I'm a true size 5.5 and would have preferred the wide size because I'm also flat-footed but got the regular width (Zappos ran out of the wide size). After a few hours however, they stretched out a bit and were relatively comfortable (for a heel). Not something I would wear if I were on my feet all day but relatively comfortable for a patent leather heel.

I am on my fifth pair of this style shoe from Nine West. I wore out three pairs of black patent and recently bought a new pair of black patent and the nude patent. I wear these shoes nearly every day to work (which is why I wore them out). They look great with suits and dresses/skirts. The black patent is simply a classic look with a lovely rounded toe and nice height heel. The patent makes a wonderful neutral backdrop to any outfit especially printed dresses. The price point is spot on. I receive a lot of compliments on these pumps from women and men.
