Very pretty, but NO padding under the footbed. I can't imagine wearing them for any length of time. Close to a half-size too large, but I think a half-size down would have been too small.

Cute shoe, way too narrow. I am usually an 8 with a slightly wider foot. I ordered an 8W and could barely get my foot into the shoe.

This shoe is beautiful and looks more expensive than it is. Unfortunately, I could not put the shoe on foot! I have wide feet and ordered the W width, still to narrow for me. With regret, these will have to go back.

These are cute but not comfortable. I usually wear a 10.5 in heels, sometimes a size 10. The toe box in the 10.5 was too tight. The shoes were not soft.

I'm a bit disappointed by this shoe. Although it is a nice-looking, classic pump, there are two specific problems for me. First, the shoe feels [at least] a half size smaller. Second, I ordered the white, but the color is cream--not at all the white I was expecting.

I purchased the shoe in white patent, however upon arrival the shoe is a very yellow white, not a pure white patent as I had hoped for. I will have to return them.

The shoe is gorgeous. Bought my regular size, and it felt so tight, just above where my toes start. A good looking shoe, but definitely more snug than I am used to. Got the shoes today, and unfortunately am sending them back. I don't think a bigger size would help, it's the contour of the shoe.

These heels are uncomfortable and hurt my feet. After four times wearing them, one of the heel broke off. The quality is questionable.

I was super excited to receive these shoes but was quickly disappointed! There was a rip where the patent meets the inside of the shoe. Such bad quality for the money! Have to return them because I can't imagine what they'd look like in a couple of months. These should be sold at Payless Shoes for $16.99!

I love these shoes. In fact, I own three pairs, one in black, one in taupe, and one in brown. They are comfortable, they look sleek and stylish, and I can wear them all day without too much discomfort. I would have given these shoes top ratings for overall except for the fact that they seem to fall apart. The leather where my toes bend has cracked on each side of the foot and the seam around the top has separated from the shoe. The rips are in the fabric; it cannot be fixed. This has happened in all three pairs, in all six shoes. Lovely shoe, cheaply made.

I usually wear an 8 - 8 1/2 and have a wide foot. This 8W is way too short and narrow. This shoe, in no way, is a Wide shoe, although marked as such. I've worn other Nine West shoes, size 8, and they've fit better than this style.

I have worn them so I am keeping them; however, they are really cheaply made and within a week of general 9-5 wearing in the office the heel has already started to come loose. I think I am done with 9 West. Too bad as I like their conservative yet contemporary styling

Narrow! Narrow! Narrow! I've never purchased a wide shoe in my life, but I tried these shoes in my normal size and a half size bigger, and they were both way too narrow for my foot. Such a disappointment because the shoe is cute.

Ouch ouch ouch. Looks very very good, but why is it that shoe makers think your foot is going to mold to the shoe ? I got this in the wide sizing, and it is still too narrow/flat in the front. The stiff patent leather bites into my foot at the inner front corner of the opening. Nothing you would notice immediately, but after 2 hours of wearing them, it was really painful.

Holy moly! The toe box on this shoe is so tiny! I have average width feet and could barely squeeze my foot into the front of the shoe. They are as cute as can be....but there is absolutely no way I can keep these!

Poor quality- these shoes are literally coming apart at the seams with only moderate wear. Truly disappointed because (a) I foolishly paid full price at zappos for a crummy product; (b) they are pretty cute with a rounded toe that isn't "too" round; and (c) they were actually pretty comfortable for regular office based walking. The stitching on the interior side of the shoe (You can see it in the above pictures) is simply coming apart. I would avoid these shoes completely and its not a bargain its just cheap if it falls to pieces in the first few months of moderate wear!

I wore these shoes for the first and last time. These are the most painful shoes ever. They run too large, which is probably the issue. Aside from being too big, the shoes are just plain old painful. Do not buy this shoe...unless you're a masochist.

The patent leather on these shoes split within 2 months of purchase, wearing them a total of approx. 15-20 times. Very cute, but poorly constructed. Very disappointed.

I ordered the black ones. When they arrived they were comfortable, perfect height, could wear with everything. Loved them! But before I had worn them even ten times, the seams along the top began to crack and fray and pull off. The inner lining on the sides wore through. Not long after, the heel broke off when I was walking normally down the street. None of this has ever happened to me with any other shoe, so I thought it was a fluke and bought another pair, because they really are so perfect otherwise. Once again the same thing happened. I finally had to throw them away today because the patent leather started to rip down the side, near the arch. Adorable shoes, but really poorly made.

Do not buy this shoe. I knew I should've returned them when I pulled them out of the box and one was warped. I rarely wore them and the shoe split apart on the side. It cannot be repaired. Worst quality shoe I've ever had.
