Liked the look, but felt a half size too small. Really pinch-y at the base of my high instep.

The shoe is pretty and seems nice quality but I ordered the wide size and it was NOT wide. It felt so narrow as soon as I put it on that I repackaged it up right away to return to Zappos. It is narrower than another similar pair of Nine West pumps that I have in regular width. Otherwise, if you're not looking for wide width, the shoe seems pretty nice and comfy otherwise. Oh and it was a little large, maybe order a 1/2 size down?

I got these shoes because I couldn't find any nude heels that weren't patent, so I broke down and got these. They fit the bill, though I have to admit they're not super comfortable at first. I hope they'll improve over time. Definitely as advertised, color-wise.

Nice shoes, quite comfortable (lower heel than expected); still debating whether I like patent leather (given how hard it is to clean up scuffs), but so far so good!

What you see is what you get - a great patent pump to add a splash of color. Fits true to size. Like most pumps, I wish they had more arch support, but I can always buy inserts.

I am really loving these nude patent pumps from Nine West. My feet run narrow so I often have a hard time finding dressy shoes that fit but the 8M fits my feet so well and they look great for work or a nice night out. They were more comfortable than I expected they would be, even in comparison to a popular pair of comfort pumps so I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. I hope they last a long time!

I wore these as a maid of honor for my sister's wedding. So that means, lots of running around, standing around and dancing ! They lasted the night, and were pretty comfy ( as comfy as heels can get). I also got lots of compliments!

Great shoes. I was looking for simple and basic black patent shoes, I am very happy with these.

These are generally comfortable shoes but if you have wider feet you might need to get them stretched. The only complaint I have with them is that after a month they are already showing signs of heavy wear but I do wear them 5 days a week for work.

I was desperate to find a resasonably priced nude heel and this fit my request! The right nude tone, intermediate heel height and all-day comfort. I really like this shoe.

These are very nice neutral shoes, and the price is right! They're not the most uncomfortable pair of heels I own, but I wouldn't call them all that comfortable, either. I did notice even after 1 wear they have little scuff marks in places, but they're not too noticeable. Great for a night out as well as for work. I usually wear an 8.5 but based on reviews went with an 8. They feel just a tad tight, but my foot was slipping out of the 8.5.

These are by far the most comfortable pumps I own. In fact, I'm ordering a second color as I write this review! I highly recommend them. My only complaint is that the beige patent scuffs easily. Order them, you'll be glad you did!

I absolutely loved the way these shoes looked. I have been wearing Nine West for ages, but these shoes did not fit right. They seemed much larger than they should have been. I am sadly returning them.

These shoes are very cute, but not the most comfortable. I tried to wear them to work and my feet hurt within an hour. I'll save them for when I will be doing minimal walking.

The color looks true, and the size seems right. Though with my 7½, although the length is right, the width is a bit tight, but I do not think getting a larger size is going to do any good. Like other reviewers wrote, the shoes are as comfortable as high heels can get. I had the taupe, which is close to my skin color that can extend the length of my legs with these on. And thanks for Zappos' great customer service!

Beautiful shoe! I did order up a half size. I usually wear an 8D. But width was a little snug. I had been looking on the Nine West site for months and here it was on Zappos!

The style is beautiful, but the wide doesn't feel quite wide enough. I vary between 7W, 7.5M, and 7.5W, depending on the shoe or brand. With these, the 7W really hurt my toes. The 7.5W felt a bit better, but was a little too long. Eventually I found Dr. Scholl s insoles and Heel Petals which made it possible for me to keep the 7.5W. Beautiful shape and black patent leather goes with everything.

I'm a solid 6.5 but these are way too small, probably a full size too small but I reordered the 7 incase. Other than that they are cute shoes, pretty simple. The toe hole is open a bit so if you don't want to show toe cleavage these won't work for you.

I really like the look of this shoe, but the are not terribly comfortable. If you are going to walk or stand for any extended time, they may not be the best pick. I am keeping them because they look great.

I was forced to buy these elsewhere since Zappos didn't have the patent taupe. But the patent taupe color is the perfect nude for my fair/pale skin, the heel height is not too tall to where it's hard to walk in but not short enough to look like an old lady shoe on my 23 year old bad self. These are really cute, narrow in the toe box (lots-o-pinching) for my slightly wide feet, but worth the price. Zappos - please carry the patent taupe! I'd like to buy these again eventually.

These shoes look great! They're pretty comfortable unless you have to stand in them for 4 hours. I went to an event where there was no place to sit, so my feet hurt after a while, but it could be because I'm not used to wearing heels. That night was the first time I wore heels in 3 years.

These shoes are really cute, but narrow. I got the medium width, but as soon as I pulled them out of the box, I thought they sent me the wrong shoes, because they just looked so narrow! They don't pinch my feet, but the edge of the shoe right above the toes hurts by the end of the day. It leaves a pretty deep indentation on the top of my feet. They look great for a night out, but also look good with slacks for work. I've worn them to work twice and I stand on my feet for most of the day. My feet do hurt at the end of the day even though I put the Dr. Scholl's pads in the shoes. Overall, the style is great, but don't wear these for an extended period of time. I'll only wear them to work again in the future if I know I won't be on my feet for most of the day.

I have a foot that's just a little wider than regular width on some shoes, but not others. I ordered a wide, and it was way too narrow. It almost fit like a narrow. Beautiful shoe. I wish I didn't have to return.

Shoes are fairly comfortable for heels; I frequently wear them all day without problems. However, the quality seems poor; one heel broke off within a couple of months of wearing them and the liners have not stayed in. Leather covering on heels has not held up well.

One of my friends absolutely swears by these shoes and has four pairs. I am not completely thrilled with them- they weren't bad, but it was very hard to walk on carpeting due to a lack of traction on the sole and the heel felt a bit unstable.
