I usually wear 6½ or 7, and I ordered both sizes to figure out which size fit better. At first, the 7 felt okay and the 6½ felt a little tight, but after wearing them around my house for a bit, they stretched out a little. I kept the 6½ and they fit perfectly! I have them in the black patent and nude patent. They are my go to heels. They are simple but stylish, and they are the most comfortable heels that I have ever worn. I have not gotten any blisters or anything from them, and my feet do not feel sore even after wearing them all day at work. I would highly recommend them!

Great classic look & very comfortable. I have narrow heels, but I did not have to put heel grips in these. Perfect for the office.

Gorgeous, comfortable, easy to wear all day! I have these in white with a floral print too, and they are definitely my go to shoe for any occasion. Nine West did this one right!

Just got these shoes and love them so far. The heel height keeps them comfortable and the rounded toe box ensures that my toes don't get squished.

I spent over a year looking for comfortable/tolerable heels for special occasions, specifically for all events relating to my wedding. These shoes are not only cute with a round toe and decent heel height, but you can walk all night in these. I wore the black patent leather, 8W to dinner and dancing fundraisers, my bachelorette party and rehearsal dinner, and as a backup pair of wedding shoes. I've worn them many other times whenever I need to wear heels, and one pair has lasted through at least 20 wears. These are the only heels that do not cut up my feet and there's plenty of room for my toes. I usually wear anywhere from a size 7 to 8 and the 8W fit me well. I tried the 7.5W but ended up exchanging them for an 8. I'm looking forward to getting the red. Also, I've tried both Nike air pumps and I think these shoes are far more comfortable. Save a lot of money and get these shoes!

Love this shoe! I have it in Brown Leather, Black Patent Leather, Concrete Patent Leather, and Bone Patent Leather.

Great show for the price. Wished that I could buy Louboutin's but alas, not in my budget. Comfortable for a heel and nice cut, flattering toe, etc.

I found these shoes to be my exact size/fit, and very comfortable for our daughter's wedding too! But, the real reason I write is the exceptional customer service I rec'd from Stephanie. 3 days before the wedding, my shoe tore at dance class! Stephanie was an unbelievable assistance to me -- what a wonderful person...she was friendly, helpful and sincere. I ret'd a couple of items too, with no question...a terrific experience all around!

Perfect work shoe, not a surprise coming from Nine West. I could wear this shoe everyday, all day. The color is a little darker than shown on the computer but still a perfect nude color. I wear these with everything. I'm usually a pointy toe shoe person so going with a rounded toe was a switch for me but I have all good things to say about this shoe. Perfect.

I ordered these in the "concrete" and I am in love with them. The color is amazing...unlike any shoe I own and that's saying a lot. It's like a dark gray, but prettier...like a slate color. It is a neutral and will go with anything. The heel itself is a little shorter than most I own, but that makes it super comfy. I ordered a 7 1/2, and I'm always either a 7 1/2 or an 8. So if you're in between sizes in shoes, go smaller. I adore these and will be ordering them in more colors soon.

These shoes are great. This is my second pair of the same black heels. They are very comfortable, and I have fairly wide feet and was able to fit in these regulars nicely.

I bought these for a wedding. They are super cute and sexy, not matronly, like some pumps can be! I never wear heels, and I was not sure if I could handle these, but 3" seems doable. And they are snug without being too snug. I will not have to worry about them slipping off. You can wear the taupe with anything! I did a bad thing and ordered them directly from Nine West (because they were cheaper with free shipping), but they delivered a pair that had been worn! Super gross! Zappos, I will never stray from you again!

These are taller than I am used to wearing, these pumps posed a challenge initially. My first wearing was uncomfortable because my toes were cramped at first but the shoes slowly stretched throughout the day. Subsequent wearings have been much more comfortable. I am not sure if I like the added height but that was a conscious decision to go with the higher heel on my part.

These shoes look nice, feel nice, and really go with everything! The heel was a little higher than expected, but that hasn't been a problem. Great shoes!

The 10 1/2...the chupacabra of shoes sizes. Wore them to a wedding and received tons of compliments on them and best of all, my feet where not killing me at the end of the night, and that included chasing after a baby and getting lost finding the reception site!

I love this shoe! I have been looking for a classic dark brown pump for a whole and this is it. It was a tad snug in the width at first, my foot is a little wide, but since they are leather after wearing them several times they now fit like a glove.

These shoes are dead sexy with a kick ass heel but I am a standard size 10 and they are too small. I would need half a size up or even a full size. Even though they were tight, they felt they would be comfortable if they were the right size, so I am going to try again and order up.

Really the perfect pair of heels for work. Was looking for a pair of black patent heels for work outfits, and found these. Glad I did. The leather is soft and the round toe very pretty. Tried them with a pair of jeans and they look great also. I ordered them in a wide and the toe box was still very tight. Almost returned them then i Read all the reviews about how they stretch out after a few wears. This is the case, they stretch out and now are my favorite pair of shoes for work. Heel is a little higher than I expected, but its the right width (not too thin) to make them super easy to walk in all day.

The shoe is too narrow for my foot. I stretched it for about two weeks and it is better now. I wear a medium width. Does not slip off the back which most pumps do for me. Very high arches. Would buy again.

I ordered these in the black patent. Very pretty shoe, and well constructed. Just the right height - not too tall and sexy for work, and not too matronly. I usually wear a 7M in most shoes, though my foot tends to be on the wide side. The 7M felt small in both length and width so I exchanged them for a 7.5W. Still a bit snug on width and I probably could have gone up to an 8. I felt the vamp was too short, as there was some "toe cleavage." I prefer to have my toes fully covered. I don't usually have a problem with Nine West fit, but it just didn't work out with this particular style.
