Comfortable and stylish shoe for extra wide feet (or people with foot problems). This shoe does not look super wide, but it fits well.

I am 68 years old and have worn New Balance shoes forever. This is my 3rd pair of 846W. I find the shoe comfortable, well made, and supportive for my daily 30-60 min. brisk walks. The laces that came with the shoe were too short so I called New Balance and they sent me a longer pair. Great company.

Very comfortable shoe but I did need to use my own orthotics for support. Seems very true in size.

These shoes are comfortable and true to size. Balls of my feet don't burn like in other tennis shoes.

Wonderful sneaker right out of the box! Didn't even need to break them in. Excellent toe room, arch and heel support. Zappos service, as always, outstanding!

I have several foot problems and neuropathy, arthritis, Morton's neuromas. With these shoes I was able to add a full length cushioned insole and also another ball of foot cushion to increase cushioning, and it worked great for all the walking we had to do on a recent trip. Even with the additional cushioning I added, my heel didn't slip. These were the most comfortable shoes I have had for a long time for my problem feet. I'm going to buy another pair while they're still available!

The front of my foot is very wide because of bunions, while the heel is fairly narrow. These accommodate both without slippage at the heel. Good arch support. And!! they don't make my feet look huge!

This is a great shoe for walking. I have a narrow heel and wide box and this shoe was perfect for my foot. Wore them all the time on a weeks vacation. No blisters, no rubbing, no complaints. Truly, built for comfort not fashion.

These shoes are the most comfortable that I've ever bought! They provide good arch support and my foot doesn't roll inward like it has in some other shoes. I'm wearing these practically every day; my feet love them.

These shoes are still going strong in April! Great pair and I believe my first pair of New Balance, way to go!

A very comfortable and lightweight shoe. I have foot problems and wear orthotics. These shoes are deep enough that my orthotics fit great. Zappos' service is outstanding.

I do love this shoe - my foot's hard to fit; it's narrow, but hates a narrow toe box; and I have a narrow heel but cannot stand for a shoe to be too tall in the back; and I'm an over-pronator! It may be a little short, so if you're thinking maybe the 8 or the 8.5 -- go with the 8.5. But the best thing about this shoe is you can get it from Zappos! Aren't they just the best? (No, I'm not on the payroll.) But I've been buying my running shoes from them for a couple of years now and they always are at my door within the week...and aren't their communications just the cutest? Oh yeah!

Wonderful shoe. Have worn NB for a very long time. I take out their inserts and pop in my orthotics. I recently tried another brand and was literally sorely disappointed! There's never any break-in period and they help make my feet happy. I've had successful major foot surgery (3 procedures) and have very wide feet. Gotta love New Balance and especially Zappos!

I wear a 12 narrow. These shoes fit perfectly. I usually order the blue, but this time I got Pink. I love the color, and especially knowing NB supports the cancer fund. I have knee problems, and these shoes give me the support I need. Great shoes!

Best walking shoe ever. No 'breaking in' time. Super comfortable the minute you put them on.

Shoe runs true to size & seems a little wider than my usual B width. I really like this shoe. I just love Zappos. Keep up the good work.

These work well for my wife who has Plantar Fasciitis. These shoes provide the proper support for her feet.

Love these shoes so much that I ordered another pair today in pink! They felt great on and have the support for my weak ankles/pronation with the Rollbar technology. The cushioning is super, the best in any NB shoe I have had before! Can't tell too much about the arch, as I wear custom-made orthotics in my shoes for flat feet.

These were recommended by a shoe salesman for my painful plantar fasciitis. I have 3 pair now, in different stages of wear. I actually washed my first pair - successfully. In summer you have to wear socks so the feet don't sweat & smell. I found my perfect shoes, hope NB doesn't discontinue them.

I bought these to wear while standing for days on a concrete floor. They were very comfortable and my feet did not hurt!

Love this shoe! I am on my feet 16-18 hours a day and these shoes give me the suppport I need.

Due to wide feet, I have difficulty finding any type of footwear but these fit perfectly and are very comfortable. My legs no longer ache at the end of the day. They are a bit "clunky" looking but I gladly trade that for the comfort they provide. Plan to purchase another pair in a different color for gym use.

I've been wearing New Balance walking shoes for many years. I had a problem with plantar fasciitis and since wearing them have not had the problem reoccur. I won't wear any other brand of walking shoe. Zappos sent my shoes out even faster than I expected. I was very happy with the shoes & the speedy delivery.
