These shoes fit well. The heel was a little lower than I am use to, but should not be a problem. Zappos sets the mark on customer service.

I buy a pair of New Balance walking shoes every year. They come in narrow, which is essential to me. I have to buy a size larger than I normally wear in other shoes, but now that I know that I always order the larger size.

Was a Nike Air person for years and then started having feet problems. Decided to try something new. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box and foot ailments seem to be easing. I would definitely recommend. Many wrote size seemed small so I purchased a half size bigger than I wore in the Nikes. Had to return and get my regular size.

Great shoe! I have a bad hip and these are the only shoes I can wear, until I have my hip replaced. I suppose I will be wearing them for a while as I recover.

These are very comfortable. They are worth the extra money.

I walk 4-5 miles per day, I have worn this model shoe for 5 years. It is the best support, fitting, and most durable shoe I have found.

At last a walking shoe with a wide toe box, supportive arch that really corrects my over pronation without orthotics. But most amazing of all, this shoe actually does have a narrow heel and laces comfortably without compressing my sensitive instep. Now for a darker color for winter please! I have tried other New Balance shoes and could wear them with orthotics but they were never supportive enough in the heel and ankle. These are fabulous!

Love New Balance shoes! On a recent trip, walked from 110th St (North Central Park in NYC) to 34th St. My feet felt great! Love Zappos service! Since I have a high arch, also bought insoles!

Unbelievably comfortable shoes. They fit my orthotics perfectly and were recommended by podiatrist as excellent everyday shoes. My feet do not hurt with these shoes and I can stay active on my feet all day when I wear them.

I am delighted with these shoes. They give terrific support and are totally comfortable with my orthotics inserted. Not to mention the great Zappos service!

I bought this shoe because it was recommended for my use since I have plantar fascia. They really are comfortable. I've bought two pair so that I always have one pair clean.

The tennis shoes are a perfect fit and the most comfortable pair of tennis shoes I have ever owned. I bought an extra pair the very next day to leave at the office.

These shoes are especially comfortable. Recovering from recent ankle surgery, the rollbar was a great help. They run a little narrow in the heal. This was perfect for me.

I have Diabetes Neuropathy and these shoes are awesome for walking! I have so much less pain and fatigue afterward now.

Very comfortable. I sometimes wear a wide with, but this shoe has plenty of room in toe box area, so a medium width worked fine. Good arch support.

The shoes fit well. I am pleased with them. I have only worn them a few times, but I've worn them to work in and they are comfortable to teach in.

These are wonderful shoes. I have been having heel pain after walking (fast paced for 30-45 minutes but not race walking) and decided to research walking shoes. These were one of the two highly ranked for pronators. After ordering a 9M I had to return them for a wide, but am glad I did. The toe box is very comfortable and roomy (lots of height as well as width and height was there in regular as well), while the heel fits securely. I still have minor heel pain but it is much improved. By the way, last year I had purchased a 9M in a New Balance running shoe (and it still fits fine). I had also tried the Asics Gel Foundation Walker in a 9M but it was too small.

I love shopping with Zappos! I am always pleased with the service and that is the name of the game. I got my New Balance shoes next day. You cannot beat that! I love Zappos.

Love these shoes. The fit is a little snug, but great for working out in the gym. The styling is noticeable with the hot pink accents & the pink breast cancer ribbon on the side. I have had several comments on them.

A sneaker with enough room for my toes! I started power walking with a friend and these sneakers are wonderful. No cramped toes and the arch is just right. Great sneaker!
