This is a wonderful shoe. I'm on my feet most of the day, and it feels good all day. My feet don't hurt, my back feels better, and my knees feel better. I love a stable shoe. I still wear my orthotics inside so I love the removable insole.

I have always loved NB. These shoes live up to previous their claims. I wanted a walking shoe and this one is great. No breaking in period and no extra insoles needed. I had knee problems and ankle problems when walking and these shoes seemed to alleviate almost all of the discomfort. Would definitely recommend and purchase again when I need to replace them.

Love the 846! These are my favorite sneakers, and I have one in all the colors. They are very comfortable, with good arch support and great overall support. It's very sturdy construction. They are great walking shoes.

These are the most comfortable sneakers I've had in a long time. I would prefer that they had a wee little bit more arch support, but can wear them just the way they are without adding any. Highly recommended!

If you over pronate, and your looking for a light walking shoe that's true in size and width and then purchase this shoe. I added my own orthotic to get extra arch support.

First of all, I love Zappos! These New Balance tennis shoes are so comfortable, fit and mold to my feet and I wear an AFO on my left foot. No problem getting my feet into them.

Love these shoes! Love Zappos. It took trying 3 times ordering shoes that didn't fit before I called for help. They were so nice and knew their product. These fit perfectly and really do correct a roll problem that I have. Thanks guys!

I have been searching for some really comfy shoes for work since I'm on my feet so much. These New Balance fit the bill to a "T". I wear them almost every day and my feet feel great! These are the best shoes I've ever owned.

I have bunions and hammer toes and arthritis in the tops of my feet. My feet are a mess, basically, and it's hard to find shoes to fit me. I am a "perfect 8.5 Wide" or I used to be -- I chose to get an 8.5 WW and these shoes have plenty of room in the toe / front of my foot area. I walked in a local parade and have worn them non-stop some days and have had no problems. I did add my own arch support because I am totally flat-footed. I would recommend them for sure...at least try and you can always return them (thank you Zappos!) with little hassle if for some reason they don't work out for you.

I have a narrow foot & getting a good fit in athletic shoes is hard. I only buy this NB line & have them in several colors. Made well & wash well. I love them!

New Balance WW846 - good fit - narrow heel, roomy toe box. I have high arches and these fit beautifully. The laces seem a little short, but still a great walking shoe!

I received my New Balance shoes in the timeframe as described. I love them. They are very comfortable. I put my own orthodic in them and they fit just great. I would highly recommend this shoe.

Bought these shoes in black for a trip to Italy where we were walking and hiking all the time. Can't imagine not having these shoes for the trip. They were fabulous. Also had orthotics put in just for the additional cushioning. Never a problem with my feet. I'm back for a pair in white now.

I have purchased two pairs of this style. They are very supportive and comfortable. The combination of the wide toe box and narrow heel is difficult to find. I would like another pair, but don't want just plain black. Black or Grey with a grey or navy stripe would be wonderful. More style -- please!

I have had a very hard time finding shoes that fit and do not make my feet hurt. I cut a small portion of the foot pad out (arch and high sides of the heel) and my orthodics fit perfect. I am very pleased with this purchase. I love having feet that do not hurt at the end of the day.

This walking shoe fits my narrow foot better than most shoes I have tried. Very light yet stable when walking on rocks or city sidewalks. I am glad I found them.

These shoes are the best and most softest I have ever had! I got my dad some as well in men's 846 and he loves them. They are great with the IPR3030 Pressure Relief Insole as New Balance website recommends these with Diabetic Neuropathy. Excellent shoes and service from this company! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These are attractive, sturdy, and provide great support for person with foot, leg and back issues. New Balance shoes have always been a first choice for me. They are a bit expensive, I think, but for my needs, it is the price I must pay. These are highly recommend to those who enjoy walking and who need top quality shoes.

This is a nice balance (no pun intended) between a cross trainer and a dance shoe. It's not as clumsy as former models of New Balance.

These replace the 845, which I loved! They feel great, roomy toe box which is what I need since I have wide feet and normal heel width. My orthotics fit well. These shoes have great support for the side of my foot. My feet tend to push out towards the side, and the wide last on these helps keep my feet from doing that. I bought a pair of white and a pair of black so I can wear them with jeans and black pants. I wish they would come in a neutral gray or something.

As always, a terrific shoe. These New Balance shoes built on the SL-2 last are my go-to shoe for fitness walking. I ordered on Tuesday and received on Wednesday, the usual Zappos service Thanks for a great product and service.

I walk 5 miles each morning on hard pavement. These sneakers offer all the support and comfort I need. I will definitely order the same ones again.

These walking shoes are even more wonderful than they were! They have been redesigned with more definition to the sole, seem to be lighter and the shoelaces are a more manageable length. They also look more fashionable.

Hands down one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I work on concrete floors and put in 12+ hour days, and these shoes feel like I'm floating. Seriously. I don't even feel my feet. I highly recommend these to anyone who spends long hours on their feet. They might not be the cutest shoe out there, but they keep my feet pretty cool with the mesh breathing vents, and they put a pep in my step! Thanks Zappos!

For two years I have been trying to find a pair of walking shoes that feel right and look good and finally I found them with these New Balance shoes. They were comfortable right out of the box, perfect fit, with a nice snug heel box, and even look good. I am so happy with these shoes.
