I love these shoes, I've had them for SIX years ad they still look great. I am now in my 50's and had my first negative heel Earth shoes in my late teens. I find these shoes to be ultra comfortable durable and they provide great support. I am now morbidly obese so when I wear shoe multiple days in a row, or more than several times I really stress them. Kalso Earth is my favorite, and in my opinion, best line of shoes.

I love this shoe. I have arthritis and a lot of problems with my feet and this keeps my weight more even and keeps my feet happy. I have this same style in different colors in my closet but couldn't resist when I saw this cute print. I can take out the nice thick cushioned insole (good arch support) and put my orthotics in if I want. This style cushioned insole is a bit different than my older Earth shoes. I like this one much better-much more support. I'm very pleased that more shoes come with removable insoles. The service at Zappos.com is the best I've ever found.

My problem feet say that these are the most comfortable shoes that they have ever worn! They have an extremely roomy toe box which gives my toes plenty of wiggle room. Mine are years old, and it speaks volumes that the style is still current.

I have a thing for Mary Janes. These were to replace my longstanding favorite pair from Rocket Dog. These have got to be the most well made shoe I have ever owned and worth every penny! Wore them straight from the box sockless with no rubbing or blisters. Wish I could say that with every pair of shoes I've ever owned. Will be purchasing more, thank you!

These shoes are so so comfortable. Wide and deep toe box, good arch support. I have arthritis at the base of the big toe and I can wear these shoes all day. :)

I ordered the wide because I love as much room in the toe box as possible. I almost always wear an 8 and the 8's felt too large. The strap across the top was the only thing keeping them on, so the strap felt a bit uncomfortable b/c I had to pull it so tight. I ordered them in a 7.5 and it was a world of difference. The strap wasn't the only thing keeping them on anymore, so the strap felt comfortable and didn't need to be secured so tightly. I was looking for a shoe I could wear to work and wear casually with jeans b/c I'm suffering from plantar facitis from running with poor form. So many reviewers commented that these shoes were a shoe they could wear successfully with PF and they are right on! My feet felt great. I walked all over the National Mall for 3 hours in a different pair of Earth Shoes and my foot didn't bother me in the slightest and I limp when barefoot, b/c its that bad right now! I can see how they might snag a pair of nylons w/ the velcro on the strap so I'd just be careful with them when you put them on. I do suggest ordering a half size down. I didn't need any particular adjustment with them. You do feel a bit strange for a few minutes when you take them off and walk around w/o the negative heel any longer but that's not a bad thing. Its just a different feeling. I plan on buying more Kalso Earth Shoes. I know they will help me while I'm healing and I'm generally a fan of "funny looking clunky type of shoes" anyway, so I really like this style!

Very comfortable right out of the box. They are a little wide for my narrow heels, but they have a roomy toebox for my bunions and a pair of socks solves the width problem. Overall a great purchase!

Love Earth shoes but I avoided buying these shoes for a while because they look a little stiff in the picture and the strap looks like it falls in a weird place. I was wrong, though. These shoes are a dream: super soft, flexible leather and the strap feels well placed with the negative heel. Bonus - they look cute, too. I highly recommend them but if you don't agree, Zappos is hassle free online shopping at its best.

I have wide, duckfoot-shaped feet, so I have problems finding shoes that are comfortable. I really like these. I do agree with what one other person said - that the strap it a bit far back, but you get used to it. This pair replaced my old soft walk shoes, and I love them. Do be aware that the heel of your foot will be slightly lower than your toes. It works great for me. I highly recommend them. I will be buying more earth shoes in the future.

These shoes are SO COMFORTABLE! I bought them for daily wear to work and was so impressed with the fact that I could spend all day in them, walking around, with no discomfort whatsoever! I would also add that I have worn them through two pregnancies and have no doubt they kept me more comfortable than I would have been in other shoes! LOVE THESE!

These Kalso Earth Solar shoes are the most comfortable shoes in the world! This is my fourth pair (others in red, tan, and dark brown). I am presently overseas and needed a far more comfortable pair of black shoes, and I immediately knew what to order--these Earth shoes. I'm able to wear Earth shoes all day and my feet are never tired.

I had tried Earth shoes once before and didn't like them, but I decided to give them another chance, and I'm glad I did. These shoes are dressy enough to wear with my opera gowns (seriously!) and yet comfortable enough to walk a mile or two from the free parking to the show. They are super-funky-looking, a good thing.

I've had these for a couple years now, and they have held up very well. I get compliments on them all the time! My only wish would be for them to come in a wide width. With the bunions getting bigger, I'll have to get rid of these someday, but until then, I'll be sporting them as often as possible!

As for the black Solar Earth shoe ordered? They are fabulous! I have been wearing and continue to wear this same shoe in brown since 2007. Was thrilled to find this style still available. My search ended when I learned of Zappos. This shoe is the most comfortable shoe I own - the craftsmanship is outstanding, solid, durable shoe. Great fit and thus the reason I ordered a second pair because I wanted a different color. Zappos is the place for me! Thanks.

I absolutely love these shoes! I work part-time as a sales associate in a clothing store so I needed a pair of shoes that will be kind to my feet. These shoes are extremely comfortable with a wonderful arch support that makes standing for hours much easier on my feet. They are also very cute because they look like MaryJanes and I get compliments from my co-workers on a regular basis.

These shoes are so comfortable! Great for walking around the city all day, and yet nice-looking enough to wear to work. Great for wider feet, excellent arch support, and the design of the sole really propels you forward as you walk.

These shoes are wonderful. I worn them with a long dress for a wedding and they were so comfortable and good-looking. I think this style runs a little big since I had to order and return a number of times before getting the best size.

These are the best shoes ever! I have had back surgery and 3 foot surgeries and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I don't even need to wear my orthotics since they support my high arch due to the negative heel. They also make you stand up straight. They do run 1 full size too big.

This is my third pair of earth shoes. I love them. They are very comfortable from the minute you put them on.

Took these out of the box 4 hours ago and just do not want to take them off! Only input is that the strap needs to be wider to offer even more comfort. Thank you Zappos!

Awesome! Love them...they do feel like a slipper. I wear a 9 to a 9 1/2 and I would recommend going up a 1/2 size. I got a 9 1/2 and it is just big enough to wear socks in the winter. I would highly recommend if you like comfy shoes!

These are great shoes! I put them on and started walking, no breaking required! And... They are a sassy style to boot! (or not to boot) the soft leather interior is dreamie! Love these shoes!

These shoes are the best shoes on earth! I work on my feet and have a bunion and a hammer toe. I could walk miles in this shoe. Great arch support as well. I wish they made a cute ballet flat. Order a half size down. They run a bit large.

Love these Solar Earth shoes! Very attractive, super comfortable--toe box in medium width has plenty of room for toes. Also, a small split in the top has extra give across bunions, which are the typical source of discomfort for me in this style of shoe. Great to find a shoe that has a square-ish toe; I can wear a 8.5 easily with a light sock in this Earth shoe when normal pointed toe shoes usually have to be a size 9 in order for my toes to fit inside the toe box. Also love the slight negative heel. I wanted to try this shoe because my toes get irritated by banging the front of shoes due to heel height or walking downhill. Have no problems with this shoe, so I am very pleased.
