These are stylish, pretty, and comfortable at first. My only complaint is the right sandal is too loose now from the straps stretching out, and it's frustrating because I can't tighten them anymore. Now my foot gets sore from holding on with my toes for dear life or I will throw the sandal off my foot!

Unfortunately, these sandals were too wide and I need to change them, but there is no return form in the box. What am I to do?

cheaper version of the once really comfy Granada I had 2 years ago. The foot bed is narrower and the leather over all is very thin. The straps changed. Will keep this pair but will definitely not buy again.

I ordered the Granada in the tobacco oiled leather. While there is some uniqueness to each pair since it's oiled this color was awful. It was way too light and looked like it had been beaten up. I returned them and ordered a new pair. Hopefully, the new pair will be closer to the color on the website.

The fit and size are true. Rubbing a blister on the top of both feet from breaking in the new straps. My last pair did not do this.

The top strap is too low over the instep to provide comfortable support when walking. prefer the original arizona or florida styles for more adjustability.

Not as comfortable as my first pair just like these. I have a high arch and the sole to strap height seems to be less and not as much left in the arch.

The fit was accurate. However the leather was so stiff that it would have caused major blisters before they were broke in. If you plan to wear a foot covering with the sandal, it would be ok but barefoot the leather was just to hard.

I’m very confused by earlier reviews. I have had a narrow foot my whole life. No one with a truly narrow foot could say these are too narrow. I had to try on with socks and still had extra width. They also run longer than other brands, and the toe bed seems to turn the wrong way. I had seen a review on that but didn’t get it until I got them and put on. I have been looking for a comfortable brand with a narrow width. This is not it. Have to return. For whoever these fit, very cute.

I have at least 50 pair of Birkenstocks. I have this style but with the regular foot bed so I wanted the soft foot bed. I got these in the leather and found the edges of the leather too sharp on my feet so I had to return them and order a different style that was in the non leather upper. They arrived and are fine. I have severe arthritis in my feet and have had several surgeries, as a result my feet are very tender. I have many pair of leather Birks but they are old and worn in and don't have that sharp edge to them. I am sold on the soft foot bed. For the past 25 years I have only worn Birkenstock or sneakers but can't wear a closed toe shoe any longer.

I was very disappointed with the feel of the soft foot bed. I have worn Birkenstock's for years was disappointed with the arch support.

The color was shown as oiled tobacco. These shoes were taupe color. The picture did not look taupe, it looked tobacco. Sending them back

I bought my first pair of Birkenstock Gizehs four years ago when I was pregnant with my second child. They quickly molded to my feet and I wore them nonstop for months, including exclusively for a two week walking vacation while I was six months pregnant. My feet changed after both pregnancies (arches fell a bit, feet now a little bit wider - C width - across the tops of my feet) and my Gizehs were now uncomfortable almost immediately after putting them on. Initially, I tried to just reorder the Gizehs, but the widest part of my feet extends over the sides of them, which I don't like. I ordered the following sandals to try and replace the Gizehs: Yara - kept, love these and the ankle strap, definitely keeping them, feet do slide a little but nothing uncomfortable, will try tightening the straps, takes an extra minute to put them on due to the straps, like the toe strap, feet definitely fully fit on footbed Granada - returning, uncomfortable both times I tried them on, thinking that it's the multiple cutouts in the straps (which look cute but hurt my skin if I try to walk), feet definitely fully fit on footbed Arizona - deciding, super comfortable trying on but they look so clunky, also feel like my feet slide forward a lot, feet definitely fully fit on footbed Mayari - deciding, super comfortable trying on, just wondering if they're too similar to the Yaras, like the toe strap, feet definitely fully fit on footbed

I really wanted these sandals to work. Every other Birk sandal I've purchased has been great but these rub the top part of my foot so much that I have bruises on both sides. Sending these back.

Thanks to Zappos generous policy for ordering, I ordered several pairs of Birkenstocks to try for my plantar fasciitis. My first was the Mayari...no comfort foot bed...unbearable for me. Then I ordered several styles of the comfort foot bed. I like the shoes but even the comfort foot bed is uncomfortable for me where I am now in this battle with plantar fasciitis. I especially liked the gray suede Arizonia...those straps comfy...the leather Arizona straps are very firm and not much give. I have a narrow foot and for most of the styles, it required me to use the last hole for a snug fit. So, I was a little concerned that when they were broke in/stretched...I would not have another hole to tighten them up.

I have had 2 previous pairs of Birk Granadas that have always been wonderful once worn for a while. As my bunion has expanded I find I can't wait for the softening and stretching to happen, so I regretfully have to return these.

I typically wear a 39 regular in Birkenstock sandals. I wanted a dressier sandal than the Arizonas so I ordered these Granadas. Even with the straps loosened all the way, the straps were tight across the top of foot and hurt. I returned them.

I’m not sure what’s going on with Birks! I like the style, length was good (my usual) but they were so narrow even though marked medium.....back they go ?

Although the shoes are very cute, I found the leather very rough & uncomfortable on my sensitive feet. I loved the soft footbed.

These were just too uncomfortable to wear. The straps rubbed my foot and the footbed was hard. I've had other Birkies, but none were as uncomfortable as these.

the footbed is longer than other styles of the soft footbed. I had to return them.

I've worn Birkenstocks for over 20 years and own about 15 pairs. This shoe is somehow made differently in that the leather upper portion of the shoe (the straps) is much tighter than any I've ever tried on. I could tell that someone had already widened them to as large as possible and yet they were still to tight and uncomfortable. I really wanted these to fit properly but am returning them.

Very disappointed in these Birks. The size was perfect and the soft footbed has just enough give to make them comfortable without the usual break-in period that comes with traditional Birkenstocks. However, the leather straps were extremely stiff and uncomfortable; they rubbed against my feet and I could tell I'd quickly get blisters in the process of breaking them in. For the money, I want sandals to feel good right away, so I'm sending these back to try something else.

The fit was amazing, usually Birkenstocks too wide. The buckle placement is too far on the top of my foot, rubbed blisters after .5 mile walk. I returned these.

I really wanted to like this shoe, but it was not to be. It fit nicely and felt great. But... my second toe, (which is much longer than my big toe) felt very uncomfortable against the slightly raised lip at the top of the shoe. I kept sliding my foot down as I tried the shoe out, so I knew I'd keep doing that if I kept them. As Birkinstock sandals all have that raised lip, I won't be buying any in the future. Too bad for me!
