I'm a nurse and this is by far the best shoe I have found for comfort, arch support, and it really does work the lower body. I love it and will be buying more.

I love these shoes x 1000! I needed a pair of black walking shoes I could also wear to work with my 'professional attire' that were good for stretching my torn and injured fascia. I have owned two other pairs of Earth Shoes and figured the Exer-Walk was worth a try. Other than looking a little bulky, they are extremely comfortable and needed no break in time. I'm on my feet between 8-12 hours a day and I couldn't ask for a more comfortable work shoe that also complies with 'professional dress code' requirements.

I am very happy with my Earth Exer-Walk shoes. I will order this brand again.

I have these shoes on NOW. I love them, they are totally true to size. I am on my feet all day long for up to 9 hours and they feel great. Worth every cent (and dollar!)

The most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. The ability for a woman to get the right width as well as size insures a perfect fit. And the Earth shoe has made my need for an orthodic a thing of the past.

These are great shoes, especially for me with a bad back. I even use these to exercise at the gym, and it really helps me last longer on the elliptical machine.

These are awesome. I can totally feel the burn up the back of my legs. No break in needed. I did order a half-size down - I normally wear an 8 but the 7.5 fits perfectly. Hope that helps you figure the fit. These are the best walking shoes I have ever owned.

I love my shoes! I have a narrow heel which can be a problem. Not with this shoe. It also has a nice wide toe box. When I walk with them on I feel like I am giving my legs a workout.

I love these shoes, I have a white pair and a black pair. I have a lower back issue and these help immensely as the heel is not higher than the front. The slight incline from back to front feels wonderful and even with my orthotics in the shoe it still helps (I have very high arches). Additionally the shoe is very lightweight.

They are a bit stiff, and it took me a week of constant in the house use to break them in. Have just come back from two weeks tromping around the UK, and they were marvelous. As for the silly claims on burning more calories, who cares? The shoes remove weight from the forefoot, and that seems to really help many of us with forefoot issues. Note: The first time I had them on for a few hours, I felt really tipsy for a few seconds when I took them off, but no problems since.

These shoes were comfortable as soon as I put them on. I walk everywhere, I don\'t own a car, and I still love them. I will be buying more for work shoes.

I love the Earth Exer-walk shoe. It is the most comfortable and the best support shoe. I love it because it helps keep my foot aligned and my feet don't tire. I can walk and walk and walk. I also love the easy way to order from Zappos. It was my first time and I will continue to order from them.

This is my fourth pair of Earth Balance Shoes, and I was not disappointed. I have had previous back surgeries and also have mild planter fasciitis, so I need a quality shoe. These shoes are supportive and comfortable, they are a little "stiff" the first few times you wear them. I even use them to do my "walking workouts." The heel technology is excellent. I highly recommend these sneakers. My only complaint is that I wish they made them in a non-leather version.

I love Earth shoes! There is something about the negative heel that makes my back and legs feel great. This pair was purchased for the hours I spend working in my yard cutting grass, using the weed-eater and doing yard clean up that is too dangerous for sandals. They are my 7th pair purchased over recent years and I would never go back to regular shoes again. If some new styles come out for fall in leather I will purchase more for shopping, working, and just plain walking!

Comfortable, light, looks pretty good, didn\'t take any breaking in. Will buy it again. I like Earth Shoes because I have a Morton\'s neuroma and they put much less pressure on the front of the foot.

The most comfortable athletic shoes I've ever worn! I wore them all day to run errands and due to the negative heel my lower back didn't hurt at the end of the day, and that's never happened before. They are very light too. Excellent product. I'll be purchasing more Earth shoes. They make a difference in my posture, big time.

Wow! Terrific shoes for walking! I really felt that my posture improved. Because it makes me walk with bigger strides with a sense of walking uphill, I really feel that this shoe is effective! I also love the comfort.

I really like these shoes. The size is true. They are a little snug in the toe box and right under the laces, but thin socks allow for a perfect fit. If this is not an option for you then order one half size larger.

I can't say how happy I am to have these shoes. I think they are the most comfortable walking shoes ever, with the most support of any other shoes I have found. I love them!

Lighter weight with a roomier toe box than the Earth Ambition but, it is just as comfortable. The Morton's neuroma doesn't hurt. Big plus! The Desert Butter Leather goes well with jeans and khaki pants without looking like you have on run of the mill tennis/athletic shoes.

A surprising shoe. Yes, the negative heel technology feels a little odd when you first put them on. However, my lower back is much looser and my feet feel really good even after a long, long day.

Love these shoes. Very comfortable and can definitely feel that other muscles are being used when I walk with them.

Very nice walking/jogging shoe. I walk a lot on a gravel road and this shoe holds your foot well and handles the rough road very well. Good fit and support!
