I ordered these shoes in a 9 (usually wear an 8.5 to 9) and the pair that arrived is humongous. They are at least one full size larger than any other 9 I’ve tried. However, the shoes seem to be very well made and I think in the right size, they will be very comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and I’ve been looking for some shoes that don’t hurt my feet. The sole on the Clarks Wave Run is cushion-y and there’s good arch support. I like the sort of “rocking” action of the soles when I walk. I’m not overly fond of the shiny leather but it’s not a big deal. Overall these are reasonably attractive. I’m going to reorder them in an 8. If they fit, I will also order them in the black suede. I sincerely appreciate Zappos customer service and their simple and easy return procedure. I have very hard-to-fit feet and Zappos makes it easy for me to try on a variety of styles and sizes (especially without the additional stress of driving shoe clerks up the wall :o) ).

These were amazingly comfy and looked great, but they were too wide and the width didn't provide the arch support my feet needed. I may look at these again in medium width.

Loved the styling and comfort, but the shoe was too tight on the top of the foot.

Great product and customer service can't be beat in today's market place. The shoes arrived 2 days after placing the order and were like they were advertised. I would recommend Zappos!

I really wanted to love these. When you’re first slipped them on they felt like great support. But the toe box is a bit too tight after a few hours and they squeak inside with every single step. Disappointed.

This was extremely comfortable right out of the box, but I just could not get past the clunky look. I wear an 11W, might be cuter in a smaller size. Too masculine for my taste.

Not a wide shoe at all. Not as nice looking as I had thought it would be. Returning.

This is a really great shoe. I ordered a pair in black leather and it took me about 5 minutes to break them in. I've been wearing them since and I love how comfortable they are. I was so excited I ordered a second pair in brown. Same great fit, but the leather is dull and looks cheap, so I'm sending them back. Great shoe overall, but hated that brown color.

I love these shoes! The leather is soft and they are so comfortable. Look just as nice with jeans as they do with my work slacks.

This was the most awesome shoe for my sore heels. I did not need my arch support for my plantar fasciitis!! I'd buy again in a heart beat and several pair! I have the black and brown

An earlier positive review on these shoes that I sent that there is one thing I forgot to mention. Several people have said they have trouble getting these shoes on because of tightness. Some other shoes that I've been wearing I've needed a shoe horn to put them on, with these shoes my feet slide right in, no problem at all, another thing that I love about them!

I was a little skeptical of these shoes because even though Clarks are my favorite, my last pair was not comfortable at all. After reading so many good reviews on these shoes I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I put them on they feel wonderful. I've worn them several times and still am loving them! Ordered my usual size and its a perfect fit. So glad to find a comfortable pair of shoes for walking, standing & shopping.

Love these shoes. I am a repeat buyer. It is an old Clarks model they don't make anymore. Have worn them a ton for 4 years and are starting to get tired. Thrilled that Zappos has them!

I love Clarks shoes. The soft leather and support, but I have a problem with a narrow heel. I am a 9W, flat foot, overpronator. I tried several styles and had the same problem in every pair of Clarks, they all slipped in the heel. I love the wide toe box, but does anyone know if they make one with a narrow heel in wide sizes? I was so sad to return these beautiful shoes!

This was the second pair I ordered. The first pair was too big - this one fit perfectly. Like the style, but comfort is the most important thing for me. Would recommend these to others.

I love these shoes!!! They feel awesome and I don't need to wear my arch supports as I do in cheaper shoes. I can wear these all day! Perfect with socks also. I love Clarks! Everytime I get one to fit I wear them for years!!!!!! I think I'll buy another pair of these. I wish they had them in the nubuk color.

These shoes were incredibly comfortable from the first time I put them on. They look great with jeans and slacks. I hope Clarks continues to make them for a long time and does not make changes to them.

This is my 4th pair of Clarks Wave Run shoes! I love them and they are so comfortable. I am a teacher on my feet all day, a plantar fasciitis sufferer and I can wear my custom orthotics in these shoes. But for some reason this pair of 7s didn't fit me like the other 3 pair so I ordered a 7 1/2 which is the size I normally wear in other shoes.

Bad knees here and so I need a shoe that doesn't make my knees ache. These are the ones. Comfortable immediately with the right heel height and level of arch support. I've worn them three days in a row now and I notice less knee pain and stiffness in the morning. My only wish is that they were a little less clunky looking - that the same shoe insides could have a little "less" on the outside - more Mary Jane like, perhaps.

These shoes fit just perfectly, and they are so comfortable, right out of the box. They are cuter in person than on the website and I have even worn them with business dress clothes (pants and a jacket). Yet, they also feel right at home with jeans.

Got this for an upcoming trip in which I will be doing a lot of walking. They felt instantly comfortable on my feet!
