These are as comfortable as everybody says. A little bit of heel slippage on one of my feet, but that's me and not the shoe since the other one fits perfectly. I have not worn this brand of shoe before and I tried a size 11 since the company does not sell size 10.5, my normal size. To my delight the fit is great, but that is why I am checking the feels a 1/2 size smaller than marked box.

I bought these and did not have time to test them out before I took a trip that required a lot of walking. Talk about a great shoe! It was perfect, so comfortable, great support, no rubbing or blisters after walking in them all day. I have a wide foot with high instep and these are perfect. Plus they look great, I'm so tired of tennis shoes. A wonderful alternative.

These shoes are awesome. I was on my feet for eight hours the first day I wore them and my feet felt fabulous.

Due to health problems, walking is difficult for me. These shoes get me out and moving! They didn't turn me into a marathoner but are very comfortable and do exactly what they say they can. Buy them. They're worth it. A little stiff to put on (heel) initially, but soften up.

Love, love, love these shoes. Comfortable from the moment I first slipped them on. These are my new favorite go to shoes.

I'm 62 years old and have had lots of shoes. These are without question the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They're also the lightest shoes I've ever had. I wouldn't have thought that would make a difference but it's wonderful. I've never quite fallen in love with the way they look--they seem kind of lumpy and shapeless--but I'm still thrilled. Thanks, Zappos. You're the best.

Comfortable, nice looking and lots of support even if you are standing for a long time. I have enough room to wear socks with these shoes.

Extremely comfortable wear it all day long and walk a ton shoe. Good arch support.

I work on my feet for 8 hour shifts and have tried many different shoes but I think the Clark Waves are my best shoe yet. I should have taken another reviewer's advice and purchased them 1/2 size larger because I did have to return my 8s for 8 1/2s. Zappos shipping was fast and the return was super easy...and free! My only suggestion for this shoe is to wear bandaids on the back of your heel the first few times but you don't need to break them in otherwise. I brought extra shoes to work the first night I wore them but never put them on...quite comfortable shoes. I do wish there was as much padding under the toes as the heel but it's not a deal-breaker. I've also had many compliments on the style.

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes. I wear them to work, and I work at a hospital, so I'm on my feet a lot. I do have a pair for play, because they fit so well and are comfortable. I have a high instep and a wide foot, which makes a good fit hard to find. Not only that, but I get compliments on their looks! How can you go wrong?

Wow! Amazingly comfortable shoe! The Wave technology is Clark's comfort shoe. It's designed to hold your body in a proper position and assist in the rocking motion of the shoe/your gait. Has a removable bed for you ortho wearers. Comfortable from the get-go. I purchased the black and find it to be more of a black/brown color rather than a true black. Clarks, please make a loafer/dress shoe with the wave technology! I normally wear a 9M and took an 8.5 in this shoe.

I love these fabulous shoes! They are my favorite pair - and so gorgeous, unique, and fun! An unexpected plus, they have a very thick sole, so actually make me about an inch taller, as if I were wearing heels! I have a foot problem and wear orthotic inserts, so these are especially perfect for me! I've only worn them with pants so far, but plan on wearing them with skirt and leggings now that summer is here. Clarks are very well-made (I have a pair of sandals from them that have lasted years!), and I have to hand it to them for their incredible workmanship and design!

May have been a great shoe, but I couldn't get the right one on my foot - a first for me. I have high arches, but there just wasn't enough give in the tongue area. The left shoe felt fine. I can't say if they are comfortable or not. Very disappointed.

This is a beautiful shoe in construction and appearance. It does run large. I ordered 11W which I usually wear. This shoe has more depth, so you may not need a W. It also is much longer. I put in my orthotic over the removable shoe bed and a thick pair of socks. It felt better, but still too long and kept flopping on my heel when I walked. I'm going to see if they have half sizes. Thank you Zappos for your great customer service!

I love the comfort this shoe affords me while at the same time it looks very stylish. The only thing I didn't like is that I bought this shoe a little over a month ago and now it is on sale for less than I paid for it.

For my work, I needed a shoe that would be comfortable for the entire day. Very good arch support and feel wonderful all day long.

If only Clarks would make a 10.5! I ordered these in a ten, and they were a bit too short, but I loved them so much, that I went ahead and got the 11, even though I really needed a 10.5. I wore them all over England and Scotland, and they were so incredibly comfortable, light, and good support. Clarks are my favorite shoes, and usually I can get my foot into their 10, but this time, it just ran too short. Definitely recommend these shoes -- have gotten many compliments on them!

This shoe is fabulous. it is light,airy and attractive. I so wish Clarks would make a 10.5. 10 is a little short, and 11 is a little loose.I will probably keep the 11 and wear a thick sock because they are so comfortable and light and good looking!

Love these shoes! Not only comfortable as you expect from Clarks...but the Wave helps propel your steps. And the leather is more durable than many dressier shoes -- so they are perfect for work.

I previously had a pair of Clarks and found them quite comfortable so I wanted to replace them with a similar pair. The biggest problem with these shoes is that they are not meant for people with high arches. I literally could not get my feet in them without 5 minutes of effort the first few weeks. I thought they just needed to be broken in...uh no. I finally ended up cutting the elastic under the tongue of the shoe so that I could get my feet in. One of the rubber soles started peeling off after a few weeks of wear but since I had already altered the shoes I never bothered trying to exchange them. I would buy Clarks again but not this style.

The last 3 Privo's I have bought, including this one, have been much poorer quality. The nubuck on this is cheaper appearing. I am so frustrated with the quality of product coming out of China and the downgrading of what used to be good shoes by Privo.

Love Clarks and love these shoes. Very comfortable. I'm a commuter and walk to and from train/office about 2 miles each way and I can wear these shoes so don't have to carry an extra pair. These shoes are office appropriate. Will be buying another pair when these wear out.

Super comfy right away; used them for trip to Europe, which involved much walking with backache; navy color is lovely and looks great with dark jeans.

These are currently my most comfortable pair of shoes for work and play. Good arch support, true to size and width. And did I mention how comfortable they are? Wish they came in more colors because I would buy more.
