When I first put these on, they felt fantastic. However, I wore them to work for one day and I could not believe how much pain my knees and hips were when I got home. There is something about the arch of this shoe that caused my whole lower body to rebel. I had to return them.

I saw these on a friend who has more than one pair and loves them, but they didn't work for me at all. I wear size 9 and my foot is on the narrow side. Generally, I order a European 39 but I followed the guidelines and ordered a 40. I think the length was okay -- a little bit long -- but my big problem was with the leather upper. It has almost no structure and it fit like a very baggy, very expensive leather sock. I returned them and won't be trying again.

i ordered these in size 42 to get a little extra length over the size 41s I bought. The 42's, in the olive color, were NOT longer than the 41s (bronze color); however, the toe box on the olive boots was rounder and more spacious, which I liked. I am keeping the bronze 41s since they fit the length a little better than the olive ones that were supposed to be longer. But were not...

The boots would be great for someone with wide feet who wanted a very flexible shoe but they look cheap (I know there are not leather) but the construction where the zipper is looks unfinished. The soles feel like they would not hold up or be good in slicker conditions. I am retuning them.

These are very comfortable until you start walking around in them. The arch area is too pronounced, even for my high arches -- so it feels like a bump under your foot. And there is hardly any support in the front/toe area. They might be good as house slippers but not for any substantial walking outside.

The style of these are cute and I have another pair of Arcopedico shoes that are super comfortable. But the arch support in these boots is too high and caused my knee to ache.

The fit on this was different than another pair of the same boots I own. The right foot didn't zip up all the way....

I have bunions and was looking forward to the fit of these boots. They were very comfortable initially and looked like they would fit the bill of a walkable boot. However, the very firm arches of the boots hit my feet in just the wrong place. I wore them around the house twice and each time, my feet ached afterward. Back to Zappos they went - It was worth a try , though.

I was very disappointed with these boots and had to return them. They are great looking and the first time I wore them, they were super comfortable. However, the second time I wore them they had stretched out a lot, and by the third time, they were so stretched as to be unwearable. I wore normal, lightweight socks and did not use any additional insoles. I assume the material is just not sturdy enough.

I want to love these shoes, but the arch is disturbingly hard and prominent and felt in every step. The soles are very thin. That combination makes them just too uncomfortable for good walking shoes for my feet. If the manufacturer could just soften the arch and strengthen the soles, these would be perfect shoes.

Based on the plethora of 5-star reviews, I bought this boot hoping to use it for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, I found the boot quite narrow at the arch of the foot, and it felt like my foot was spilling over the edge of the sole in a way that made the arch feel like it was cutting into my foot. This may not be an issue for you if you have a high arch or a narrower foot, and the toe box is nicely roomy, but my flat feet said "absolutely not" to these the second I put them on.

Unfortunately, I'm having to return these. They look and feel big on my feet. Ordinarily, I would exchange for the next size down, but the look of the vegan "leather" didn't please me, either - it looks cheap. Oddly enough, I purchased the tall Liana in brown "suede" at the same time in the same size - they fit like a dream, and look much classier, as well.

I've loved other arcopedico shoes, but these boots were a big disappointment. The materials felt cheap, and the sizing did not fit like the shoes. I am returning, not exchanging. Bummer.

Felt flimsy - more like slippers than boots. Very thin leather-like material. Totally different than expected.

These boots seem more like slippers - very lightweight and thin. More for fashion than for function.

I’m returning because too small, fits like a bootie with excessively high sculpted hard plastic arch base, neoprene feeling with a microsuede surface. This is absolutely a vegan shoe. Not a match for me for style, size or the sculpted hard plastic vase. Hard no.

Don't know what other reviewers rec'd. Possibly one of the worst booties ever: the material is VERY thin; barely a sock. The sole has no cushioning: maybe 1/2 inch. You can feel the floor. I'm MEASURED at 11 or 11 1/2, but sizing has become so unreliable. The 12 (43 EU) fit the same as the Zion EU 42 (11- 11 1/2), and both barely fit - snug. Zion has similar issues with quality. I spoke to Zappos rep before ordering both, trying to clarify best sizing. Agreed to try both. Go figure. They both fit the same + horrid quality. What has happened with the shoe industry? Thank you Zappos for your return policy.

I can't describe how awful the fabric is, and it is flimsy. So hard to get your foot into because the fabric is flipping all over while you try to navigate your foot into the shoe. They should gift you a long shoe horn with this shoe. But then why bother, in my opinion, it is ugly. It may be appealing to someone else so don't go by my judgment of its aesthetic appeal.

Bizarre fabric, and notwithstanding that it was the right size I couldn't even get my foot in. A family member offered to assist and didn't succeed either.

I am so sad to have to return these. They are very cute and felt wonderful going on. I wore them at work today and I can't believe how much my body hurts. Not only do my feet hurt (toes mostly), but my shins, knees and hips are killing me. These shoes messed up my whole body. There is something odd about the placement of the arch, I think. I can't believe how much pain I am in from the feet up.

Ordered my normal size 11 M and my toes were at the end of the shoe, so uncomfortable. They were wide enough but the arch support seemed too far back in the shoe. The material felt good and I though style was cute. Disappointed not a good fit for me.

The boots were scuffed around the toes after I wore them twice, and started to come apart. I didn't have the mental energy to return them, but considering that they did not last at all, they were not worth the money at all.

Totally didn't like them. The fabric made them look cheap. The first time I tried them I fell off the side of the footbed because the fit was so sloppy.
