I typically wear a size 9 and i ordered my Hunter boots in the same size. I felt they really did fit true to size. The comments left previously about the narrowness of the calf are absolutely true. If you continuously walk up any hills of any proportion and have calves to match, I would probably opt for the wider calf version. While the boots do fit my legs, i cannot tuck anything inside of them thicker than a sock, which is okay with me. I have extremely flat feet (bordering on rolling arches) and these boots were extremely comfortable for my feet!

I love them! Perfect for rainy or slushy days walking about the city. At first I was nervous about the gloss, but it is hardly noticeable and keeps the boots looking like new. Great purchase if you are going to get your feet wet!

These shoes are very comfortable. They surprisingly have great support, too. I went a whole size down and they fit perfectly. Zappos shipped them out the same day I ordered them, and they arrived the very next day!

Love them! I’m 5’4” and they hit right at the bottom of my knee. I’m between a 7 and a 7 and a half. Ordered the 7, perfect fit. I can wear with or without huge socks or wellies.

I’m a repeat very satisfied Zappos customer. An accident 3yrs ago, I rely almost exclusively to shopping online, it’s faster than public transportation. I love Zappos, their excellent in handling my orders, returns and exchanges should the occasion arise; delivering as and when promised. These boots are great for rain or snow. They’re not lined, using them for snow, I recommend ordering a size larger for athletic calves and using heavy socks for warmth. I ordered a size 7 that worked perfect. The boot shaft works well with skinny jeans. The foot size was large enough to wear with very heavy socks. Ordered beige, they look better then pictured. Overall, I highly recommend these boots and think they are well worth the money, plus they look great.

I purchased these boots right before all the snow/rain hit the NJ/NY area. They are perfect. So comfortable and cute, too. They are a little cold for the snow, but if you get the Hunter insert booties (or wear thick socks), they are great!

I received these boots a few weeks ago and love them. They are very comfortable and keep your feet dry and warm. The wellie socks are great for added warmth in deep snow. I purchased my normal size, but they do run big. I like having the extra room for the wellie socks or pants tucked into the boots. The color is great too. Very cute with jeans!

After having purchased and returned no less than 4 pairs of rainboots in other brands, I have finally found the pair that is perfect -- these are sleek, slim, and cute. Alas, I did order the wrong size. I usually wear a 7, and I ordered a 6 based on all of the reviews indicating to go down a size. The 6 is a smidge small for me - my toes jut against the very end and I know that would become very uncomfortable after awhile. So I'm exchanging these for a 7. Based on my experience I'd say these run 1/2 a size big, not a whole size big. The beige is a pretty, go with everything neutral.

I have been wanting a pair of Hunter Boots for a while and the latest cold snap sent me over the edge! I’m a true size 7 and ordered a 7. They are a bit big but the 6 was too small. I plan on getting the lining and that should fix the problem. They are perfect for our wet season and double as a nice fishing boot as well. They are a must, no matter what state you are in. I glossy Lava and couldn't be happier with the color. The pop of color is refreshing in these cold, drab winter months.

I LOVE my new original Hunter Wellington boots! They are totally comfy and cute. I highly recommend them for rain, snow/cold weather, and being outdoors. The perfect boot that is not only durable, but also hip! Glossy is the way to go.

I love my Hunter Wellies and so do a lot of other people judging from the compliments I have received. I could not find these boots at any retailer in metro Atlanta but easily found them at Zappos and they were delivered within 4 days. The color was exactly as pictured on the website and they fit perfectly. These boots are both practical and stylish.

Had a hard time finding these boots, but it was definitely worth it! They are great for not only rain, but for the snow, and when you buy the welly socks, they make a perfect winter boot. I usually wear a 9-9.5 and bought the size 9 boots which has a little extra room, but you need this room if you are going to buy the socks to go with them!! Only downfall is they work best with a skinny jean/pant. You can definitely wear them with a flared pant, just takes some extra maneuvering to put them on. Overall, I highly recommend these boots and think they are well worth the money, plus they look great.

I ordered size 8/39UK Graphite Gloss. Graphite is gray, it is shiny and pretty. The size seemed perfect, a little roomy in the toes, but I don’t think I would have room for the fleecy liners. It was a little difficult to pull boots off, but that is expected for rainboots. They felt light and cushy to walk in, very well molded to the foot. My feet did not look huge in the boots which was a plus, since I am hyperaware of my large tootsies and shoes that accentuate that, so these made me happy. I wear a solid 8.5, I am 5’5” with average or shorter legs and normal to slightly muscular calves. The boots hit me right below the knee. I could fit them over bootcut or skinny jeans. Skinny jeans were more comfortable and less bunched. I recommend them! If I were to use the fleece liners, I might go up to a size 9.

These boots are the perfect light grey color, a little lighter than the picture above. They aren’t as glossy as the picture either, but they don’t have the blooming problem that the non-glossy hunter boots have. That’s not to say that they’re dull, as the gloss, in my opinion, is just perfect. They do run a little large, so order a size down. They arrived right on time with a box I can use them to pack them in for traveling, and were in perfect condition. They’re the best rain boots I’ve ever owned and would definitely buy another pair.

Wow! I purchased these boots last night and they arrived today! That is amazing service by Zappos! I wear a 5/5.5 shoe size and I am 5’2”. I purchased a size 5 women’s figuring it would be really huge. It is probably a 1/2 size bigger, so if I wear thick socks or put an insole in, they will fit perfectly. Also, some pervious feedback on the height of the boot: for my height, they are a perfect knee high boot. I am looking forward to wearing these at the dog park, especially after all the rain!

I LOVE this boot. It’s totally worth the money. I live in Chicago with rain, cold, and snow and it’s perfect for all seasons. If I wear heavy socks, I don’t even really need the Welly fleece socks. The boots do run big. I typically wear a 7.5 in gym shoes and my Uggs are an 8, but these 7s are perfect. Loose enough for big socks, but not too big that they fall off. The gloss is great and the color makes me want to wear them all the time. I even bought my mom a pair of the shorter ones too. HIGHLY recommend if you like a good quality stylish product.

I ordered these boots to replace a cheaper pair of rainboots. They came in the mail right away (love Zappos service!). But about the boots - size: fit relatively true to size. I'm a ladies 8, and ordered as such. Read reviews that they ran large, but the fit is perfect for thick socks or fleece liners, which are essential in the wet, slushy Chicago weather. I have large calves, although I'm average size everywhere else. These boots fit over my monster calves (comfortably!). The height may be a bit tall if you have shorter legs, but the fleece liners help keep it comfy. I've had them for about a month in the winter, and so far I'm very pleased and have received many compliments on these boots. The color is spunky, fun, and perky for the drab Chicago style.

I purchased the Hunter boots for my daughter. She loves them. They run about a half size larger, but if you are using them in the winter, you need the room for thick socks as there is no lining. Definitely recommend the Hunter boot socks which can be rolled down over the top edge of the boot.The socks add warmth and style. Would buy another pair for sure. If you\'re buying on line, Zappos is great. We received the boots in a couple days, much to my surprise as it was Christmas rush.

These boots were a Christmas present, and I was eager to wear them right away. I am about 5'4" and they come up just below my knee, giving me lots of coverage in the snow, but they are not insulated! I usually wear a size 8, and the 8 in these allowed me just enough room to wear a pair of nice, thick socks. They're a little tricky to drive in, not offering a lot of flexibility, but they are stylish and practical in inclement weather to "boot" (get it?).

These boots are very comfortable and fit true to size. I don\'t have very long legs and my calves are very muscular, so muscular in fact that I often can\'t stuff them into boots I try on. Luckily, I had no issues with these boots as they are wide enough at the top to fit my calves comfortably and there is room left over so that I can stuff my jeans into them.

I bought these for my girlfriend for christmas and she couldn\'t be happier. They fit a size small(like Uggs)she wears a size 7 shoe and 6 in Ugg and now Hunter. Unlike a few comments, she can easily fit a skinny jean inside her tall boot even with the Hunter Sock, she is also 5\'5\'\'. These boots are great for snow and water as we had had plenty of both in the recent weeks. They wont be the warmest boots you have ever had but make no mistakes these boots are for all weather conditions within reason. A great buy for anyone.
