I have tried these shoes in 2 different sizes. They are very cute but the decoration around the opening is a very stiff leather. I have an extremely high instep and wide toes (think Hobbit) but even in a W the opening was too tight across the top of my foot.

Once again, my problem is the fact that European shoes don’t come in half sizes. I usual wear 7.5-8 wide shoes. Following the advice of some reviewers, I ordered size 38 wide, the equivalent of US size 7. The Kirei ALMOST worked for me. The toe box was adequately wide and the heel did not slip when I walked. The shoe is also very attractive. However, the tip of the shoe is oddly shaped. My big toe had plenty of room, but the sharp angle of the front of the shoe cut off space that my other four toes needed. They were pressed right up against the front of the shoe leather—very annoying. If I size up to a 39, a whole size, the shoe would be too long and would slip around while I walked. If there was an equivalent Euro size to 7.5, this shoe would have worked for me. Since no such thing exists, I had to return these shoes.

I had to return these shoes because the sizing was too small. I've worn a 12M or 43 Euro for many years, but these were too small, and sadly, larger sizes are not available. The length felt a size too small, and the toe box is quite tight. The quality seems good and more stylish than many Mary Janes, but I didn't think they were worth the price. I've tried on many comparable shoes that cost far less.

A few reviews suggested I go a size smaller since the shoe ran large. I completely disagree. I am an 8.5 and I got an 8.0 based on the review recommendation. It was way too tight. I don't even know for sure if an 8.5 would fit (maybe a 9 based on how tight the 8 was?), so I was hesitant to purchase a replacement pair. Very cute and comfy shoe though. Naot never disappoints. I really appreciate Zappo.com's return policy. They made it so easy to send back a pair that didn't fit.

I really like these shoes but unfortunately they didn't fit my bad feet! I have a bunion on my one foot and this style cuts right across it. I have bought several pairs of Naot before and they've been great. Real quality shoes...just bad feet!

I love how these look, but I am now convinced that Naot does not make a shoe that will fit me! This is the second pair I've tried, and returned, recently, and I loved the styling of both, but they just don't work!!

Love the fit. This is my second pair of Naot Kirei. The other ones lasted me about 5 seasons -- (winter). I have a wide foot and need arch support. These have a wide toe box and a nice strap that has Velcro which gives me adjustability depending on the thickness of my socks. Although the footbed is comfortable, I was able to use my Vionic insert that helps with my stability, and it fits very well. I loved the shoe so much that I'm keeping the old pair to wear around the yard. They're really not worn out, but the strap is a little frayed so I thought it was time to get another pair.

I have other size 41 shoes which are longer in length than these. You need to order a half size bigger and hope the width stays the same! They were very comfortable.

Initial feeling was that I would have to return them as they felt too tight in the toes. Disappointing, as the shoes are really cute and the width was fine. I then discovered that the insoles could be removed. I replaced them with a thinner insole and now they fit perfect!

I bought these in the metal leather/pewter leather/gray leather and they weren't even sort of gray. They're various shades of brown, slightly toward taupe and bronze. Icky combination. And they fit quite differently from all the other Naot Koru shoes I have -- they seem both a bit longer and a bit wider (especially in the heel). Not enough to size down one, but enough so I don't think I can wear them comfortably. So I won't keep them. Darn, because I need some new maryjanes like this. Sigh. Great arch support and slightly clunky, as usual.

These were a replacement for the exact same shoe and style. The soles never wear out, but the suede and trim do normally age. This is one of the most comfortable of the Naot brand hence all the color choices. I like the blue as it goes with almost everything and stays relatively cleaner. Wore these on a trip to Europe and walked alot on uneven pavement. Very satisfied.

I really wanted to like these and was loathed to return them but the strap across my arch wasn't long enough and my arch is about average. The hooks of the velcro closure were exposed making for a fuzz attracter. The comfort of the footbed was great. I'll have to try other Naot brand shoes in the future.

I'm a 9.5 and these darling shoes only come in full sizes and both the 9 and 10 didn't work out. Sorry that they're going back as I was look for a casual maryjane shoe. Footbed is very comfortable and the brown leather is soft, just the right color.

I was looking for a sturdy pair of work shoes for retail and thought with all of the reviews of people walking for miles that these would work. Unfortunately they don't seem as sturdy as what I'm looking for, they're definitely a flexible walking shoe and not up for more heavy use (I run into shelving and accidentally kick things quite a bit). The arch also hit my foot too far towards my toes to be comfortable.

I have wide feet and the width “wide” is comfortable. The color is too similar to another pair of shoes I own, will return for another color. Well made.

pretty. comfy. but a tad on the small size. When my feet swell at the end of a day they will be too tight.

The write-up for these shoes said they ran large and to order a size smaller--but they were too small!!! I would like to exchange them for my regular size,39.

I have a bunion and had to order wides. I think the length felt a little short - I'm a 9 1/2 and the 41 squeezed my toes slightly. However, the main issue was my heel - even with the mary jane strap I walked right out of these shoes. Sending back.

Finding shoes that fit is so hard! I wear 11.5 M, but often have to order 12's. I ordered a pair of 11's in this style and a pair of 12's. I did manage to get my foot into both sizes, however, they were way too tight - even the 12, which didn't really seem any bigger than the 11. And the foot bed was really uncomfy - make of cork or some hard material and the arch support "bump" wasn't in the right spot - it hit near the front of my heel which is why I gave the shoe a poor review on arch support. Returned.

These are very cute and I was so excited to see that Zappos sold them in a wide width since I knew the regular width did not work for me. Unfortunately, they still do not have enough height in the toe box to work for me especially since the insole that comes with the shoe does not have as much metatarsal support as many Naots do. I will need to stick with the Naot Sea from the Shell collection. Though it is a bit clunkier in style, it is immensely more comfortable for me. So .... I have needed to return these.

I wanted to love these shoes - I needed fancy flats for summer, but these were just too tight on my poor bunions. Since there's not leather in that area, I could not foresee it getting any better.

I was looking for a neutral colored shoe for travel. The footbed is comfortable. It has good arch support. The toe box is generous and accommodated my bunions. Unfortunately, my foot and the vamp of the shoe were not a good match as the top of my foot began to rub up again the curved, sewn seam. (I have the same problem with Dansko clogs.)

Overall, this is a very nice shoe. The wide size wasn't super wide, but my foot fit fairly comfortably. This shoe made my foot look narrow, so that was a plus. The left shoe felt great - the cushioning was nice, but not overly cushy, and the lining felt good against my bare foot. The right shoe, however, had one spot where the stitching rubbed. Though I couldn't feel any rough spots on the heel lining, it did rub uncomfortably on my right heel. While the leather on the shoe itself was nice and soft, the straps were a bit stiff, though not completely uncomfortable. Had this been a $75 shoe, I could have overlooked these things, figured out a way to deal with these issues, and would be raving about how great it is. However, since this shoe cost over $180, I expect it to be perfect (not necessarily perfect for MY foot, but perfectly manufactured with no scratchy parts that rub and potentially cause blisters).

I tortured my feet for years in pretty, but very narrow and pointed shoes - now paying for it. I've been searching for a shoe that feels fantastic on my foot and doesn't look orthopedic; finally found it in the Kirei - felt amazing right out of the box. While it's not the most stylish shoe, it doesn't have the "grandma" look I hate in many comfortable shoes. I typically wear a 9.5 with a foot that is 3.75 " wide. Ordered the 41 (10) and regular width. It's just a bit big, but plenty of toe room. Love this shoe!

These shoes are super cute but I have loss of fat pad ball of my foot and there just isn't enough sole on the shoe to absorb shock out in the world. It would make a nice slipper in the house but so expensive for that. Can't keep. Sad. Love Naot and these shoes in particular.
