My first experience with Naot shoes, but wanted something comfortable for a lot of walking on a trip to Vegas. Did not have time to break the shoes in before my trip, so I was extremely pleased that the shoes were so comfortable for days of walking. I wore them continuously for 3 days and it felt like I was wearing bedroom slippers. I think they’re very attractive, have good arch support (for a high arch), and a nice wide toe box. This was also my first experience with Zappos and ‘ll definitely buy from Zappos again. I actually ordered another pair of shoes, too, but returned them as they weren’t as comfortable as the Naot Kirei. The return process was extremely easy.

These are so comfy, cute, and great shoes. They provide good support for walking. They look good with jeans and dresses. What more could you ask for? They are purple! I love these shoes!

I got these in the purple and they are great! These are actually cute, and not just cute for a comfort shoe. I love the purple sparkle, and the contrasting patent leather. Of course, I love the to die for comfort! Naot shoes are so insanely comfortable. I can walk for miles in them and be more comfortable than I am in my gym shoes! I love these, and plan to purchase another pair in black in the spring. They don't run quite as large as the other reviews suggest. I checked all of my shoes with European sizes and they are all 39, so I bought a 39 and it's fine. The Matai shoe in the 39 is a lot bigger. So FYI, if you are on the larger end of a size spectrum then don't order down.

These are my third pair of these wonderful shoes. They are perfect for all day long wear. These shoes look great with slacks, jeans, or casual dresses.

I have had issues with plantar fasciitis, so I have to be really careful about the shoes that I buy. Although rather expensive, these shoes were so instantly comfortable, they were well worth it! I can wear them for hours and not suffer with any foot pain issues. And they are cute, though I am not exactly a "metallic" trim kind of girl! Would love some in a slightly "tamer" finish, but otherwise, the best shoes I have.

Got these for my mom, but the edge of the shoe cut into her foot as if the toe box were too shallow/flat. And while beautiful and unique, doesn't look like a $200 shoe when the Spring Steps she kept are only $100 and actually look more finished. Otherwise, she said comfy and supportive soles, well-constructed, and the strap still looks nice instead of cheap with the velcro and is definitely long enough for her high instep.

Size 40 W is too long, and the back is slipping down. The forefoot has enough room for me. I also ordered size 39 W, and the length is correct, but the forefoot is too tight. My feet are somewhat wider but not much. Shoes are beautiful-light, leather is of good quality so is the craftmanship. Yet, they do not fit correctly-I have to return them. I like most of Naot designs-they have their own and unique style. Unfortunately for me, Naot changed the proportions. I still have a pair of sandals size 38 M and a pair of suede clogs size 39 M; I bought at Zappos around 15 years ago. They still fit perfectly, and they are almost like new. Something similar happened to Ecco shoes. Thank you, Zappos, for a great return policy so I can continue looking for a pair of shoes that fit.

Beautiful shoes-style, leather, and craftmanship. Lightweight too. Yet, they are too tight at the front, so they do not fit. I ordered 38 W and my feet are only slightly wider. I really regret but I have to return them. Thank you, Zappos, for your return policy.

Beautiful shoes. Unfortunately, due to an injury to my right foot the shoe does not fit well. We arch is too low, and adding an arch with design doesn't seem to work.

They're quality shoes, but not as wide as I'd hoped.

The Euro 39 is too small/tight for an American 8.5 medium. Sending back and going up to size 40.

The wide too narrow for my bunioned foot, otherwise a good looking and well made shoe.

I wore these shoes into the ground. They were really good for me when I had them. My feet have gotten somewhat smaller in recent times, so these no longer work for be. The soft upper on this shoe was quite nice and I liked the subtle detail of the slightly lighter color around the edge.

I love these shoes and have ordered the same style for years- when I ordered this one however it is almost a size too big- it may be due to the patent leather and the suede but I don't know. Just be aware

The shoes are too "tall." Even with an orthotic on top of the existing foot bed, there was a big gap between the top of my foot and the shoe. Made me sad, because I love them.

Normally I wear an 11 but ordered a 12 to give a toe on my left foot a little more room. The 12 didn’t do the job. So, unfortunately, am returning. Nice looking shoe with good arch support.

I own several pair of Naot shoes and value them for their smart sense of style, quality construction, and comfort. However, this particular style just did not fit me. They felt small and pinched my feet. I'm so sorry because they are a very cute shoe.

A bit too tight with my wool socks.

This is a very nice shoe, but was too narrow and my toe was hitting the front. I need to return. If it came in a wide size I would exchange. But way to narrow for me.

Great for wearing with casual skirts - for those of us who can no longer wear heels. I get compliments on them. They gap a bit on top, however, and I find that I am eager to swap them for my snug-fitting Keen Mary Jane house shoes when I get home, so that's why only 4 stars.

For this price, I was expecting a lot more. Overall, I wasn't that crazy about the style.

Would love to keep but toe box not roomy enough to keep my hammer toe from hurting with each step.

Loved these shoes, but they are tight across the toes, had to return.

Love these shoes, but had to return because the strap and the opening across the front of the shoe was painful for me. I have troubled feet..high arches and bunions. In other words I have difficulty finding comfortable shoes. I have a wide toe box and normal heel width so Mary Janes work best. Naot is a dependable brand with quality shoes. Do not let my review stop you from buying these shoes if you do not have difficult feet.
