The shoes arrived on the date scheduled. I have purchased Naot shoes for years due to the comfortable fit from the first day they were worn. My first experience ordering from Zappos has been a positive one.

The shoes are OK will probably stretch a bit with wearing them, love the arch support and style.

I really wanted to love these shoes. They look like good looking, more dressy walking shoes for my trip to Paris. But - they are too thin at the sole. I added a Dr. Scholls insert and then they started to feel like they rubbed my heal. These shoes are too expensive not to be just right.

Very comfortable to wear

These are great shoes and the wide width is great. However, the length is a little short, for size 41. I can wear them, but I may have needed 42 wide for a little more length. Or, they might have been too big. I live in the USVI where there are no stores to try on such shoes.

A dressier maryjane good for going out to dinner but not hiking the Appalachian Trail. Nice material and nicely finished. I can slip a thin orthotic under their insole.

This is the second pair of Naot Kirei shoes for me. My old ones ( several years ago) are still wearable and look good but the Velcro straps have been failing on them. This is an extremely comfortable and attractive shoe that compliments anything from a skirt to slacks or a dress. I wear them traveling and they are mainstays. well made. Wish I could re-do the Velcro!

After buying and returning almost a half dozen pair of shoes because none fit properly, I was so pleased to finally find a pair that fits. It's somewhat challenging to have a medium width over the bunion area but a narrow heel. While I was forced to get a pair of Mary Jane styled shoes to keep the heel in, these shoes are narrower in the back than most and hug my heel so I'm no slipping up and down in the back.

Gorgeous shoes, beautifully made, soft leather, They make feet look smaller, but the size is also about one full size smaller smaller. Sad to not be able to keep them.

It’s hard to find shoes that are cute and fit large feet. I purchased this shoe twice because the first pair were slightly to tight. The second pair were perfect. It’s those slight variations that can make all the difference.

I don’t like the spot these shoes cut across at top of foot. Felt tight and didn’t flatter my feet.

I generally wear a 9N. I can make the 40 M work with my orthopoedic insert and the strap adjusted all the way. It is quite comfortable and looks quite nice. I think I'll try this shoe in black as well as the navy.

This review is for the Naot Kirel in Violet Nubuck/Bordeaux Leather/Rumba Leather and Polar Sea Leather/Blue Velvet Suede/Navy Patent Leather. I have been suffering with metatarsalgia / Morton's Neuroma-like symptoms for the past six month and have had to give up all my regular shoes and sandals. The only pair I can tolerate is the Aetrex Jillian sandal. Looking for a closed-toe shoe led me to try these Naots. Given my restrictions, I think their style and overall fabrication is lovely. The size was also good wearing with socks (I wear 10-10.5M and purchased them in size 11M). Unfortunately I will have to return them both. These shoes, despite a well cushioned footbed which is quite comfortable, sits on a too-flexible sole. And this is the deal breaker for me since without a firm sole the metatarsals and foot doesn't get enough support. Another alternative I'm experimenting with is the Aetrex Cheryl which sits on the same bed as the Jillian but is closed-toed. Hope this review helps others dealing with similar foot issues.

Shoe was nice style but the vamp was too tight. I’m returning it and ordering another style.

I kept this shoe in 36 because I really like the Polar Sea blue color. (My favorite was the Rongo, but the 35 was too short.) I may be between sizes, because the 36 was a tad large. The different textures in the surface add interest. For me, the built in arch was too high. I used an insert to adjust the velcro strap, which helped with the arch and the extra width. The leather is somewhat stiff and not that forgiving. I wore them around the house for several hours, but they are just not that comfortable for my particular feet. I am hoping more wear will break them in. I finally decided they would work for short distances like to restaurant or theater, but I would not wear them for all-day walking.

Following the reviews that said that this shoe runs large, I ordered a half size down. While the shoe bed was really comfortable, it was way too tight in the toes. Thank you Zappos for your generous return policy. You are the best! I'm only sorry that once again, I wasn't able to keep these shoes.

They run small and the wide is not very wide. I normally wear a 10.5 wide but had to get a size 12 wide, but it fits great and feels comfortable walking all day.

I wouldn’t say the wide is a true wide in comparison with other shoes but they are wide enough for me. The material forms some to your foot also so they stretch a little. Overall very comfortable. Don’t love the patent strap - wish it was the same style as the base of the shoe but what can you do? These will be great for me for work.

I love this shoe. I purchased it in blue and have worn them daily since they came out of the box six months ago. I decided to buy another color and chose the Antique Brown Suede combo. On the website, they look like a lovely cognac color. When they arrived, the color wasn't rich like the photo, it was a duller brown. I had them send them two more times with the same result. The color doesn't match the photo. I suspect the manufacturer has changed the color, as my friend has an older pair, and they are the lovely cognac color. I decided to get the gray ones instead. For comfort, these are outstanding. I walk my dog a lot and wear these all the time.

The right shoe fits fine and provides adequate support for walking. The left shoe, on my slightly longer foot, is presses on the tip of my toe. These will be shoes for mostly sitting. The next size, 39, was too large.

This is my second pair of Naot Kireis. These were still more comfortable right out of the box compared to other shoes, but they do seem to run a little bit smaller than my black pair. I have foot issues and this brand and style shoe works well for me. I believe if I wear them around the house with thick socks they will stretch out enough to be as comfortable as my first pair are.

This is a superb shoe, comfortable straight out of the box: I have already walked several miles in it and no chafing or blisters. Highly recommend it if you like the style. Only negative point: expensive!

I find these to be super comfortable, but I ordered a 12 for the best fit. I also own them in size 11, and they *just* fit the length of my foot with a footie on. The 12 is not loose or floppy, and I have better toe room. These are dress shoes--there is no room for anything other than a light trouser sock. This is my fourth pair of this style of Naot shoes. I have found that they're sizing varies a lot between styles--boots are generally much smaller than you would expect.
