The fit and craftsmanship are first class. Very comfortable out of the box.

I am beyond happy with my Fifth Aves. I purchased them in brown and absolutely love the color. The fit of them is also terrific.

Excellent craftsmanship. Very comfortable even the first time you wear' them. Spend a little more than other brands and get a shoe you'll arrange your outfit around instead of the other way around.

Overall, I'm very happy with the shoes as they are a welcomed additional to my Allen Edmond fleet of fine shoes.

I've just worn these new shoes two days in a row. The first day I took an older pair of shoes with me as "backup" in case the new shoe break in period was too tough on my feet. Not the case. In fact, I feel bad that I even anticipated a problem. This is my sixth pair of AE shoes I've purchased in the last 20 years. I rotate through using them and I am extremely pleased with all of them. To me there is no other dress shoe to consider.

Great shoe that can be worn with a suit as well as with more business casual attire and look good in both instances. The color is excellent and goes very well with many different clothing options

I currently have 12 pairs of AE shoes in my wardrobe. The fit is excellent and I consider them a great value when you consider the years of wear and recrafting capability. I am often complimented on my shoes and take great pride in their care. You can pay more for other brands, but AE takes a back seat to no one.

These shoes are of the highest quality materials. I am not a shoe aficionado necessarily, but these are amazing. If you want a good pair of shoes, AE should be on your list!!

I'm really happy with this shoe. It has a sleek design with a bit of style in a simple brogue along the base of the cap. I picked it up in chili, and think it's a really beautiful color. They work great with a sport coat and trouser combination and even with a nice pair of dark blue jeans. If you are looking for a classy shoe that isn't too formal, this is a great choice.

I have 9-pair of Johnston & Murphy shoes, boots and chukkas, but the two pair of Allen Edmonds, the Strand cap-toe and the Fifth Ave. cap-toe are by far the most comfortable. I look forward to the next pair of Allen Edmonds.

I used the online sizing guide and found out that narrow shoes are my width preference. The colour, and material quality are outstanding. I have received numerous compliments about my new favourite dress shoes.

My first pair of Allen Edmonds, I love it. However, I never tried on the shoes in store and bought it in my regular size - 6D. The fit of the shoes are a little bit tight on the sides, caused some obvious bowing as well. Even though the bowing doesn't bother me that much, it may bother other people. I may have needed to go a different or wider size, or maybe my feet are just not suitable with 5 last.

These shoes are great, I just wish they could cost less. You do get what you pay for.

These shoes are another wonderful example of Allen Edmonds understated beauty. I was a little worried that the color would be redder than I wanted (based on the "dark chili" name), but they are a perfect chestnut brown. True to size.
