I bought these boots as a Christmas gift. They were delivered on time and my daughter-in-law loves them. I bought a size smaller than she normally wears and she says they fit perfectly.

Immediate ahhhhhhh. I got these in a size 6 in gray and absolutely love them. I used to think they were kind of overpriced and living in Arizona where it is not really cold they would be a waste of money, I could not be more wrong. They are totally worth every penny. I ordered my regular size 6 and they fit perfectly. They are super soft inside and easy to get on and off. They are pricey, but worth it. I plan on getting another pair.

My son gave these boots to me for Christmas. They were on my dream wish list. I was so surprised when I received them. They are so comfortable on my arthritic feet I just love them! He purchased my exact size (11) and they fit perfectly!

I love these boots! Zappos was unbelievably quick in shipping. I was unsure if you should order a size smaller like some of the other Uggs but I didn't and ordered my usual size. They were perfect and fit perfect.

Not much to say except that they are exactly as advertised. My wife had tried them on before in the local shoe store, and these are an exact match. Recommended.

Awesome boot as always from UGG, but the best part of the purchase is ordering from Zappos! They are amazing. Order arrive the next day with VIP service and the returns if necessary are painless. I totally recommend that you should order everything you could from Zappos.

Ordering was very easy. I go up to date e-mails on shopmetn status. The boots came in less time than was promised. These were a christmas gift for my daughter. She loved them! She has another pair that are quite a few years old. She slipped the new ones on and said her feet "felt like they were stepping on sunshine and rainbows". Couldn't ask for anything better than that!

I love Zappos! My granddaughter loved her Uggs that I purchased for Christmas. You save on taxes and shipping and handling too. I've bought several pairs of shoes for my self as well. deliver is fast, and if you do have to send the items back Zappos pays the shipping and handling, which is a Plus. Thanks Zappos.

My daughter loves her Uggs, and you can't beat Zappos' fantastic service! I would recommend ordering from Zappos anytime. They are extremely reliable, super fast and they offer fair prices on quality products. I will definitely order Uggs and other things from Zappos again.

I normally wear 7 1/2 but ordered 7 based on reviews. I have to return because they are too tight across the top. Otherwise, very cute!

What can I say Uggs are the most comfortable footwear out there! I love the chestnut color and the button. Zappos is the best online retailer I have ever used!

My daughter has huge feet! I could not find her size 11 brown bailey button in any store so I chose to go through Zappos. Not only was it extremely easy to order from here, we ordered on a Monday and got the boots on Wednesday! Not to mention that the boots fit, are amazing, and she loves them! They are so warm and they look great too! She was actually petting the fuzzy inside. :) Thank you Zappos, you are a gem!

Great boots! This color is a little lighter than I expected but nice. One thing to consider - no half sizes: I actually wear a size 7 1/2 so I bought an 8. They are fine with socks but a little big without.

These boots were exactly what my great-granddaughter wanted. They were in perfect condition and she loved them. Zappos provided fast Service and wonderful sales people.

They are so soft, I'm in love, seriously, in love. I never want to take them off, I wouldn't if I didn't have too. They're supportive too, and so cute, I've gotten tons of compliments which of course helps to boost my confidence. Thanks Zappos!

Zappos has the best customer service I have ever received. When I got a tear in one of my boots they mailed me another pair no questions asked. The ripped pair I returned at my convenience with free shipping. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

This is my fourth pair of Uggs. They're very warm and comfortable. I will say these are a bit more snug than previous pairs. It could be just that they have yet to be worn in, unlike my older pairs. Overall I'm really happy with these, although I will say the top part is not sturdy since the two sides are basically just kept together with a button, I wouldn't recommend wearing these in any real snow. You'll probably get some unwanted snow in the boot.

Zappos is the only place we order shoes from since we moved overseas. We ordered these the 2nd of December and recieved them two weeks later. Tru to size and amazing! I will only order UGGS from Zappos, I know I am getting the real product and very quick!

Loved the shorts Uggs better than I thought and the fit was perfect to size. Sometimes I wear them with the front flipped down and the back up, very versatile and great looking with skinny jeans. Loved my Uggs!
