I ordered these in boysenberry on Thursday after 10 pm. Super speedy shipping came in 12 hours. Free next day shipping. The color is as shown a rich deep purple. I'm not a purple fan but I'm in love with it. Comfy fit as always, this particular style runs true to size.

Well I will not get into the virtues of the Ugg brand, as everyone knows. But I am going to review the shipping, customer service, etc. this is the number one company online, through an error I bought Columbia products on their site and had to pay shipping both ways. Everything you buy at Zappos is free, both ways. I bought these boots on the 12/26 at 1:00 PM, CST, and I received them via UPS at 11:00 AM, on 12/27. Customer service representatives are so friendly, I always end up having a 10 minute conversation when I call. They are so nice and have great attitudes. You should buy everything on this site. I can purchase all the items I bought through Columbia's website here. That is what I am going to do. You can not go wrong ordering from Zappos.

I have purchased these a few times as gifts, and twice for same person because they love them so much. The fit and comfort makes for easy gift giving, and the service of Zappos makes the gift giving a much better experience.

Super soft and cozy. I have great difficulty finding boots that will fit due to an very high instep and a wide foot. These fit wonderfully. Thanks Zappos for perfect service!

Way cool boots! I have had numerous compliments on these boots in the gray color. Even my 7 year old grandson told me he really liked my new boots! I normally wear an 8, and these were true to size, although there's no arch support. These boots are definitely worth the price.

First, Zappos customer services is the BEST! UGG boots are very comfortable. I have three pairs and no complaints at all. I wear 8.5 got 8 they fit perfect. They’re great with jeans tucked in.

I got these in chestnut size 9 and they are very comfy and cute but girls at school have the boot folding over the button because they wear them so much so I'm a bit worried!

I ordered my first pair, babied them and the elastic string that goes around the button broke anyway. Zappos has excellent customer service and sent me a replacement pair immediately (received in 2 days), gave me 2 weeks to return the others and so far, second pair is okay. I do like them but the brown is lighter than pictured and they are overpriced. But Zappos service rocks!

I knew what to expect with this brand except for the fact that the black dye is so deep that it rubbed off on my feet and pants the first time I wore them! I have since found out that this is not unusual with the dyed colors.

I really wanted to like these boots, but they were too wide in the heel even with thicker socks and my heel kept slipping around. I have the smaller mini Bailey Button and they fit just fine. These are great looking boots, if you like Uggs like I do. Because of the wide heel I had to return them.

I really like this style of Ugg's over the classic style. The area over the ankle is not as snug as the Classic style and it's a lot easier to put on and take off. Only thing is that after only a few times wearing these boots, the elastic around the button snapped! Not good, considering the reputation and price of Ugg boots. But Zappos came to the rescue! They gave me an advance credit for the defective boot and are sending a new pair for next day delivery. Yay Zappos!

These shoes are comfy and cute, but... I have to wear socks so they fit. If I went down a whole size, they fit tight and I could not wear socks with them. I need the 8.5 size, Uggs. Now let me say that I have loved Uggs for over 15 years and have bought many pairs, for myself and husband - but no more. If Uggs can not make half sizes in Australia, not China - then I will go to a different brand. If I want shoes made in China, I could pay a fraction of the price, and get the correct size.

Don't get me wrong, these Uggs are great but the have so many flaws. The flaps kept sagging and they get so dirty even if you put the cleaning solution on. After a couple weeks of wearing them it looked like I got them from the trash. Second, the sizes run really big. I got size 6. I was swimming in them they felt like a size 8. But everybody has different judgment for the sizes. I get a different pair every year and I get the short Uggs every year. The short Uggs don't get a lot of good use out of them; they wear out way too quickly my best friend bought the tall Uggs and they looked like she bought them a day ago instead of a year ago. I love Uggs but they have some flaws but if your looking for comfort there great. They are a great fashion statement too.

I wanted to love these! At that price, you really have to have high hopes. I'm so disappointed. They feel furry and odd inside and they're very stiff and uncomfortable to walk in. I got the dark brown color hoping they'd hide stains and go with lots of my clothes, but they just look blah, nothing special. Too bad I've worn them and can't return them.

Excellent boots for the winter. I live in these boots during the fall and winter along with my black short ones.

These are great boots. They are the correct size, comfortable and I love the gray. My daughter has these exact boots. And I have always liked them, so decide to treat my self to a pair

I bought these for my wife for her birthday and she loves them! Comfy, cute, and 5 stars! (And Zappos service is awesome.)

The UGG boots were sold out and unavailable locally. Zappos had them and delivered them quickly. I have used Zappos before and will continue to use it. Easy, reliable, huge selection.

These Uggs are my favorite pair. You have to keep them clean, but they are great.
