This is my second pair of these and I love them as much as the first! They run true to size for Uggs and I love the button because the opening is slightly larger than on the classics, it makes it easier to tuck your jeans in.

This was my first pair of Uggs, needless to say, those of you who have purchased Uggs before are a step ahead of me. These are simply the most comfortable shoes in the world! You can not go wrong on this purchase.

All the Ugg products we purchased were packed well and as promised. The company stands behind their return policy. I had a sizing issue with my wife's first pair of Uggs and they gave me credit as soon as they received them back they even emailed me the return label. That is really great customer service!

These boots are super cute! I was a little apprehensive about purchasing these due to the button; on the side. However, these turned out to be cute and comfortable. I wear a 6.5 and purchased a 6. They fit perfectly, I would suggest ordering a size down if you're on the smaller size or a size up if you typically can go up a size. The button is strong and I have no worries that my children can pull it off out of curiosity. I love the idea you can roll down the boot for a new look. I highly recommend these and look forward to purchasing more colors in this exact boot.

I love all of my Uggs, and I love the Ugg Bailey Button! These are very Narrow. I recommend ordering a size up! Other than that they are just as fabulous as all the other Ugg products!

This is a great boot-comfy and stable. Provides great support. I normally wear a size 8 shoe-the 7 fit perfectly with no slippage. I find that UGGs often do run large on me. Very pretty grey color. This style looks a scant narrower than some UGG's-a plus for me, as I like the look better. My daughter has a very high arch and these boots were tight across the top of her foot. She prefers other UGG styles.

Awesome boots. Got them for the wife for Christmas. She already has the Bailey button in chestnut, now black. All her outfits are complete.

Got these as a Christmas present that was completely a surprise! I love these boots. They are really comfortable and I love the color. I would recommend these to anyone. The soles are better quality than earlier styles. Plan to wear the heck out of these.

I am very satisfied with Zappos. I never shopped online until I need to find some Uggs. Then I came across Zappos I then decided, whoa, I can get anything on Zappos. I know I will definitely rely on Zappos for any future online purchases.

Even though the item description says they run large, I found that they were true to size. Also seemed a little shorter in real life than in the picture.

My granddaughter lives in them since she got them. The size was right on. I was told to buy one size smaller then she wears and was perfect. She said is the most comfortable shoe.

These boots live up to the traditional UGG products. They're very comfortable, warm, and I love them. The only thing I had a concern on was that the bottom of the boot had a sticker on it "fur from Australia, made in China."
