I bought this style in black. I love them, and they are very comfortable. I wear a size 9, and it is true to size, and I can wear socks with them and they are still very comfortable and warm. I also purchased the recommended care kit, since it is highly recommended to use the water and stain repellent before first wear. I take very good care of my shoes, so I did not mind spending a little extra on the care kit to keep them looking new. I am now thinking about purchasing the chestnut or grey color!

I ordered these boots to wear while my broken ankle healed (recommendation from friend who had same situation last winter). Was worried my feet wb too hot but I love these and wear them anytime I can. One con- the black does stain my feet but perhaps I should wear socks with them. I was also expecting them to be super big but they fit true to size.

LOVE my Uggs! I screwed up & ordered them in mushroom rather than the slightly darker tan color, but I love them anyway. I love Zappos, too. The free shipping both ways is great & I received my boots 23 hours after placing my order!! Crazy fast!

I love my sand color Uggs! I just got mine in October and there are still clean! I would totally recommend buying the cleaner if you live somewhere with snow. Uggs stretch out a lot! My toe was touching the end of the boot but after i wore them i couple of times they stretch out. They are so soft when you first get them, but i don't know if they will stay that way or not. I get new Uggs every year last year I got the 3 bailey button, year before tall classic, and the year before i got the the short classic (that's all I could remember). I loved all of those! I would also recommend getting like brown, sand, or black just because the colors will go with everything! I hope this has helped you! Enjoy you Uggs like I did!

Love them! Cozy, warm, and comfortable. I didn't size down like many people say to. I did that with my last pair and after a while a small hole was created right above where my big toe is. This has happened to other people in reviews I've read. I stay to true to size which is good for extra socks/tights in the winter!

I love these Uggs! They are cozy, comfortable, easy to slip on and off and fit in my usual size even with thick socks. Not the best arch support but perfect for cold night, and my jeggings tuck right in with no problem. The color is also beautiful and the button detail is super cute! Try them out!

Love these boots. Walking the dog won't be quite so onerus this year. Stick your bare feet in them and go. And as warm as your feet will be they don't get too hot.

When I ordered these boots I had a credit to use so rather than confusing myself (easily done) I utilized the call center. The lady who helped me was personable, fun, energetic. Made it simple. Wasn't guaranteed next day delivery because of the time I ordered but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived next day. Job well done Zappos.

Just received my Bailey one-button boot in navy size 7. This is my 3rd pair of Bailey's & same quality, comfort, & fit that I expected. I normally wear a 7 1/2 wide in other brands. This 7 B/med fits perfectly. I was a bit concerned re the navy color choice, but, to me, it is a perfect navy -- not a dark/black navy, but a true standard blue navy. In the description it looks more periwinkle, but in reality is a 100% navy blue. These are perfect for blue jeans which is why I took a chance on the color. So glad I did! Thank you Zappos for the quick delivery! As always, a trustworthy site & great service.

These are definitely comfortable. I usually buy a size 9 so I did for these as well. They are a little big but I think they would have been too small if I went down to an 8. I wear them to the ice rink to watch the boys play hockey and wear them with wool socks. They keep my feet pretty warm. My toes are always cold. No luck finding a boot to fix that issue. I also wear them around the house like slippers without socks. Very warm and cozy. No issues with the buttons on mine. I like how you can fold the tops down for a different look if you want.

I wish I could give these boots more than 5 stars - they're fabulous! I was a little worried about the size after reading other reviews, but they were perfect in the size 6 I normally wear. They're so cute and so warm. I'm looking forward to a Chicago winter with warm toes this year!

Love this boot. It is comfortable and warm. I ordered down a size and had to send it back, but Zappos sent me the next size up without even having to pay for it as long as the ones that were too small were sent back within 2 weeks. You can't beat that kind of service. I will probably get a taller pair next year. I live in snow country and they are perfect for keeping my feet warm.

I ordered these in an 8, they were a bit snug. Returning was a breeze, customer service made it so easy. But I was so sad because my size was sold out. My sister had ordered these for me for my birthday. I got an email on Oct,30 that they were back in stock. I called in to do the exchange, customer service was so awesome, they upgraded my status so I would receive them next day...which happens to be my birthday. The agent knew it was my birthday and was able to get them here on the actual day. What an awesome day.And the boots are great!

A real classic. Girl-friend wears hers all the time, inside and outside the home. She wear a size 8 and they fit true to size. Never any problem when it comes to Uggs.

Love the Bailey Button, comfortable, stylish and keeps your feet warm. Order one size smaller than your normal size. Short enough to wear pants over and stylish enough to wear over your pants.

Of course the boots are awesome. But, buying them from Zappos makes the experience even better. I love, love, love Zappos customer service and free quick shipping. Plus, their product videos are super helpful. They are the best!

These just might be the best thing to ever happen to my feet! After years of buying the knock offs I broke down this year and invested in the real thing and it has been worth every penny!

Got them for a gift for a friend and she absolutely loved them, they fit good and were just perfect! Now I want to get myself a pair. :)

I wear a size 9 narrow and have a high arch the arch could be a little more supportive but I really love the boot. I have found with all my Uggs. I wear one size smaller then normal. Uggs do run large.
