First of all amazing assistance & service from Zappos! Thank you! The Uggs brand is synonymous with comfort for me. I have a few pairs including my favorite which is the Kensington for outside. High quality and far from "ugg"ly! Thanks Zappos for consistently being so wonderful!

When I received my boots they appeared to be a bit lighter than they show on the Internet but I really love them they are comfy and cute and I received them pretty quick!

I have two pairs of Bailey boots in sand and brown and love them. This is my second season in them, I wore them through the summer with shorts (we do that in California) and am happy to wear them into another fall. Walking in Uggs is not dainty. You kinda of scuff along. It is part of the surfer thing, regardless of your age. They definitely bring out the kid in you.

Love these! Got these in the peacock color! They are way better than the classic shorts, which is what I have been getting for years! Why didn't anyone tell me? And the color is awesome! I've been wanting this color forever, and they finally made it! These Bailey buttons are way better for us girls with thick calves! Awesome! And Zappos is awesome as ever, they were here the next day, as always! What could be better?

It's the color, stupid! How cool are these! Any brand can make a boot in tan or black that mimic Uggs (and they do!). Perk up your day and everyone around you with these luxury boots in an appealing grape color. Go for it!

I purchased these in navy because I own them in brown and absolutely love them. I wear them through the entire winter and the comfort is beyond belief! I live in the northeast and even wear them in the snow. Just be sure to use the water resistant spray made by Ugs prior to wearing. This will be my third winter for the brown pair. The navy is beautiful and looks great with jeans.

First of all the customer service at Zappos is the best! I do a lot of shopping and this company is by far the best of any other retailer! I purchased my black Bailey Buttons back in late December and was having problems with the color fading so I called Zappos Saturday 3/19/11 in the afternoon. The friendly customer service person I talked with sent me out a new pair immediately, but this time in gray. I got them Monday 3/21/11 at 10:30 am, even before I had a chance to take my old pair to ups and drop them off! Amazing service! I will be purchasing all my Uggs from Zappos from now on! I love Uggs and cant wait to wear my new gray ones, they are drying right now because I sprayed them with the protector. Thank you Zappos!

I could wear these boots all day. Very comfortable. I'm a size 8 and bought these in a 7. Felt a little tight at first but after wearing around house for a couple hours they were perfect! Highly recommended. Don't go with other brand Uggs are the best!

Love my new Bailey Buttons! They have more room in the top to tuck in your jeans, plus you can fold them down for a new look.

So comfortable and love the open top! I have muscular calves and sometimes have trouble with things being too tight above the ankle so these are perfect.

My daughter absolutely loves her new boots. We bought them for her as a gift for her 18th birthday. She raves about how comfortable they are to wear all day long and likes the fit as well. Thanks Zappos!

When it comes to buying boots and shoes, I rely on Zappos. I ordered boots and received them the next day. The color of my Uggs is so beautiful like a breath of fresh air. Ugg Bailey button has always been my favorite. So comfortable. I teach kindergarten and the children love my Uggs and the beautiful color. I recommend Uggs for warmth and comfort.

Very warm and comfortable! Ordered a size down based on other reviews and they fit perfectly. I ordered my boots on a Wednesday after 1pm, and to my surprise, Zappos upgraded my order to next day shipping. Got my boots 24 hours later. Way to go Zappos!

I really need 6.5 but I ordered a 7 because I have wide feet and the 6 seemed tight. They're a little wide in the heel but they're really warm. I'm spending a lot of time at hockey games and these are keeping me nice and comfortable. I just may need socks or a second liner in the heel if I'm doing any real walking in them.

Love my new Uggs! But then again, I have six pair - all different styles and colors! And have bought a couple of pairs for my mom, niece, and cousin!

Very cute boots - a nice, gray color, which is hard to find. The bottom of the boot doesn't offer the same amount of traction that the original boots have, but they are still great!

No socks needed! These shoes are comfortable and true to size. Order 1/2 size smaller than normal. The first couple of wears felt tight but they conform to your feet fairly quickly. These shoes keep your feet warm when it is cold. Very stylish with jeans and khaki's!

I ordered Jester Red Bailey Button Ugg boots and then they got mailed out and signed. I was happy to bring the box up. I opened the Ugg boot box and saw these beautiful Ugg boots. Medium brick red boots with candy colored berry red sheepskin fur and a sandy beige colored wood button. The Ugg boot is comfortable, soft, and smooth. I will be buying some red clothes to match my new Uggs. Thank You Zappos!

So comfy - love them as always. Nothing is better than these. It fits like all classics. I always order one size down from my usual shoe size. After wearing any classic Uggs, you'll never want to wear another shoe - ever! I own too many now!

I love the color on these, but I was so disappointed that they were small. This is weird to me, because I just bought 5 pairs of boots, and I was an 8 1/2 to a 9 in all of them. I would say that these run a full size small. It was actually cutting off the circulation to my feet after 20 minutes. I am so sad, because I wanted to keep them and not go through the hassle of returning them, but I think they have to go back for a 10. Boo! I love the color though and so happy to see that they went on sale.

I love these boots. My daughter bought a different color and we swap out. They are comfortable and look great.
