I recently bought a pair for my mom and a pair for myself. I absolutely LOVE these boots and so does my mom. This winter in NY has been absolutely brutal but these boots have yet to disappoint. They keep my feet nice and warm; I looked over some of the reviews before I bought them because I am always nervous when it comes to purchasing shoes online. I ordered my shoe size and they fit perfectly. At first they felt a little snug but my cousin told me that over time they stretch. If you have a regular sized foot (one that is not narrow), do yourself a favor and order your normal shoe size. No need to order a size up or down, unless you like swimming in your shoes.

This was the first pair of Uggs I have ever bought. They are well worth the cost. Very comfy and sturdy shoes. Great shoes!

I bought these for my 15 year old daughter she loves these boots. She also has the Bailey boot but these are her go to.

These boots are very comfy and stylish and I wear them often in the cooler weather. I have never bought the real Ughs until now, but have always had knock-offs. These are worth the extra price, I feel.

I already own a few pairs of UGGS and these did not let me down. They are super cute with the comfort expected from UGG. Love them! And as always, I am super pleased with the extra fast service from Zappos! Also, I wear a size 9 show regularly and ordered a size 8. They fit perfectly.

Resisted buying Uggs for years - thought they looked like 2 huge baked potatoes on your feet. My sister loves them so finally I gave in and tried the Bailey Button. I love them!! Super warm in the minus 15 degree temps we are having. Also have the Bailey Triplet. Spray on the waterproofer and go. I usually wear an 7.5 or 8 Wide, but this 7 medium was perfect.

These are my first pair of Uggs - purchased in the coldest winter on record in Michigan! My office is cold on a normal day, but this winter it is freezing! I am normally a 10.5 and, after reading many reviews, decided to get a size 9. The size is perfect and the boots are so comfortable and warm...just what I need.

My Uggs are the most comfortable shoes I own. No break-in period. Wear them all day right out of the box. Fit and width are true. I have an eight year old pair I am still wearing and have no reason to believe I won't be wearing this pair years from now. Warm and cozy. Love them!

Cute as a button! This is my second pair of the Ugg Bailey Button boots. I love the style of the boot, classic yet a little quirky with the button. For my previous pair I chose the gray. I loved them so much that I completely wore them out. I purchased the black this time around, and they are just as great. My only complaint, and I have found this issue with other black Uggs, they turn the bottom of my heel black. Hopefully this is just temporary.

Zappos make returning items painless. I had to return a Christmas gift for size; the customer care was outstanding.

These boots are great! They keep my feet really warm. I get so many compliments on how cute they are compared to the plain one, guess it's based on what you prefer. I would definitely buy myself another pair!

Very warm and comfortable. Walked around Gatlinburg all day and my feet never bothered me and I'm 70. Only drawback is it's a little hard to keep pants in the shoe. I guess I need skinny jeans.

The boots are very nice and comfortable the only complaint is that I ordered 1 size down and had to return for my regular size. Other than that the boots are awesome.

What can I say, they're Ugg's. They look cute and are really comfy and warm, but have no arch support. I have bought many pairs of Ugg lookalikes and thought I would splurge and buy myself a lovely Christmas gift. I like them but I don't know if I like them so much I can justify the cost? But hey, if you have the money go for it!

I ordered these for my daughter. They came super fast and are very cute and comfy. Can fold down to show of the nice fur lining. Would recommend!

I love these boots! I live in MN and with it being as cold as it is, these boots keep my feet warm and dry. Plus, they are adorable. I can't say for sure if they are true to size - I just had a baby two weeks ago and my feet are still swollen.

Go a size smaller! I read this from other reviews, ordered a size smaller and felt it was too small. Returned for my normal size, and found after wearing several times the boot stretched - I'm still wearing it but wish I had kept the size smaller. I later purchased another pair of Uggs in a size smaller and after wearing once, they were perfect. I love the Uggs wish I hadn't been such a tightwad and had tried them years ago!

Love these boots. It definitely was a good idea to buy the size smaller (I wear a 7.5 and bought the 7). They fit perfectly and are so very comfortable.

Beautiful boots. The everglade color is so much nicer than pictured. I'm a size 9, but usually buy size 8 Uggs. Not in this style. The 9 fits like a glove. I'm sure they will get looser, but not as much as classic styles.

My daughter ordered these for my 85 year old mother who has very wide feet and uses a walker. The fit was great; which is amazing because of her width and she loves them; she says the button keeps them snug.
