Great boot...comfortable, cute and easy to wear. I never wanted Uggs before and then I decided to try them and see what all the fuss was about. Great idea! I love them and want another pair in grey.

I am glad I purchased these boots. They are a good height, not too tall. I was looking for a shorter boot and these are perfect! They fit great!

I love these boots! Buying them from Zappos is such a great experience! I will only go to Zappos in the future.

These boots are super cute and keep your toes warm and cozy, but the button was problematic. The area above the button was very annoying and kept flopping down. By the second winter I wore these, the flap below the button was letting in cold breezes and occasionally snow on super cold days. If you are hoping to keep your ankles and legs warm, I recommend Uggs without any button or flap.

My girlfriend loves these. I think that they're the best looking Uggs that she has. Zappos prices are same as cheapest websites but, with free shipping and a great reputation, how could you go wrong?

Our daughter wanted these boots for Christmas. I knew that I could order from Zappos and have it within 2 days. For some reason, it took 5 days to receive. I'm guessing it was Christmas time so delivery was slow. Still had it in time for Christmas. The boots were also tighter than expected but she wore them a few times and they formed to her foot. Perfect boots!

I ordered these Ugg boots for my daughter for Xmas. She loves them and was thrilled to receive them. But the best part was ordering them from Zappos. It was easy, I didn't have to leave my house, the price was the same as in the stores that carry Uggs and they arrived within a few days. I will definitely order from Zappos again, I am very impressed!

This is my second pair of Uggs. The first pair which I still own are circa 2001 and still in great shape. I bought the Everglade Bailey Button Uggs on sale after Christmas this year to treat myself. They are so comfortable! These boots really were true to size.

This is my first shopping experience with Zappos. It was easy! I also had a coupon and there were no issues in using it. I love my boots!! They are exactly what I wanted - it helped though that I had tried them on in a store beforehand so that knew exactly what size I needed.

Love my little gray Uggs! This is my 2nd pair of Uggs and these are so easy to slip on and off...great for moms on the go. I use them as slippers as well in the cold months. True to size and as always, you don't need socks as they are plenty warm. I would recommend spraying them with a water repellent though. Got a few water spots on them before and it shows.

My daughter loves these boots. We ordered the classics first but exchanged them for the Baileys. Zappos made the exchange easy and painless. They are fantastic to deal with. I don't really agree with the whole "order a size smaller" thing with the Uggs. We just ordered her size and they fit great!

I purchased my first pair of these and love them. I am so addicted now I order a pair every payday. I now own 6 pair of Uggs boots. plus it doesn't help Zappos has had a sell on some of them.

I mean, what is there really to say? I've worn UGG's forever and love them. I already had these boots but got a new pair for Christmas as the ones I had were 3 years old. UGG's hold their value and can be resold when you replace them. I got my new pair, listed my used pair on eBay and got $85 for them. Wonderful boots to have!
