I bought these for my daughter as a Christmas gift. They were a little small. So I called Christmas Eve. They exchanged and I had a replacement within three days. She loves them. Thank you, Zappos, for the incredible customer service! I am a forever customer!

I purchased Uggs for my granddaughter and they were too small since she had grown a bit since last year. I returned them and ordered another pair for her. I received them in two days and she was a very happy teenager!

Great purchase. These are really warm and look nice enough to wear at work especially when you don't want to change your shoes when walking outside from building to building.

Received these Uggs as a gift and they join my other two pair, both Bailey Button. These fit so well, I'm afraid to give other styles a try. These seem to be a comfortable height. I will continue to buy Uggs as long as they keep up their excellent quality.

Bought this boot as a Christmass gift for my wife. Her normal shoe size is 6, and this is the size I bought. It did not fit,the instep was too tight for her foot to go through and her toes touched the toe of the boot. We called Zappos and they immediately sent a #7, without waiting on the return. #7 fit perfectly, its warm, looks great, very comfortable and it has become her favorite winter shoe. We live in Washington state in an area where the winter temp is around freezing. Well worth the price. The copycat versions dont seem to hold up at all, becoming misshaped very quickly.

The fit is exactly right -- I like the button accent on the side. If you hate having cold feet in the winter, pull on these and a good pair of wool socks, and you're golden. I actually purchased these in a size two sizes bigger than my normal shoe because I had ankle surgery, and had to wear a brace for about a month. These were great, because they could be worn with a variety of pant colors and the brace could fit mostly inside. The only downside is that if it is not cold outside, your feet get a little sweaty!

Best online shoe shopping experience ever. I ordered a pair of Uggs and they were too big and I was able to exchange them online. The pair I exchanged them for came the very next day, I had not even sent the other shoes back yet. There was no hassle at all, best online shopping experience!?

These are my second pair of Uggs - my first were the Classic Short. Because of the design of this item, the shaft is looser and softer, but some warmth is compromised compared to the taller styles.

I am a size 8 wide. The size 8 was pretty tight on me. Then I read all the reviews and decided to opt for a size larger. Wise decision! Love the size 9 so much that I want to wear it all the time. Very warm and comfortable. Love the soft interior.

I love the snug fit of Uggs. They are as comfortable as bedroom slippers. The buttons on the side are so adorable! This is my 13th pair. You can wear them year round, and I received them the very next day. Wow what a treat!

I have 2 pair of Ugg's, but I bought these for my granddaughter. She didn't believe they would fit since I ordered one size smaller. She was so happy that they not only fit, but they are warm and so comfortable to wear.

I got them as a gift for someone n she loves them. I would advise you to spray them with some shoe spray or they will stain!

Uggs tend to run a bit large. I am a 6½ and ordered a 6; they fit perfectly. What else can I say? They are Uggs. Comfortable and warm!

My twelve year old daughter got these for her birthday and loves them. They are warm and comfortable. The only thing she would change is that after wearing them several times, the front flap above the button slightly folds forward revealing more fur. She wishes it stayed stiff and upright; an additional button in the design would accomplish that. I think they still look great though and would recommend these. Uggs last for years and are worth the money.

I love these boots. They fit and feel great. Perfect for the winter months! I usually wear a size 8.5 but ordered a size 9 based on Zappos' reviews. They fit great.

I ordered a size down as recommended in the product description but they were too small width and length wise. I'd recommend that you order your true shoe size. Zappos awesome and easy exchange policy and I had the next pair in a couple days! Love the color of these boots - everybody has tan boots - I wanted something different yet practical still. Comfy and warm!

Awesome boots! I ordered a half size smaller and they fit perfectly! I ordered one pair and decided I didn't love the color for me. Zappos customer service was amazing as usual! Please don't change! We ordered a lot of Christmas presents from Zappos this year, even if they were on sale elsewhere, because we knew we could return/exchange hassle-free if we needed to. I heart Zappos!
