Love these boots. Cozy and great fit. Very true to size.

Thanks to the reviews of my fellow consumers I knew get my wife a size 8, rather than her standard 8½. They fit perfectly and she absolutely love them. What else needs to be said?

These are very comfortable right out of the box. I bought them for a trip to Vail. They kept my feet toasty warm in temperatures as low as 10° with nothing more than a thin pair of running socks.

These are so wonderful for the winter months. They are warm and comfortable. I wear them almost every day!

First off, I cannot give enough praise to Zappos, as a company! Fantastic job for getting the product out in record time and all for Free shipping (even on several returns;) Your employees Rock!! My 14 year old daughter loves these Bailey Button boots, and wears them every day. They seem to run true to size, even though I had read to go one size down - I ended up returning the smaller size and getting her normal size. The color she wanted was not available when we went to order them so we were put on a "wait list" and got an email soon after, saying the color we wanted was back in stock. Great service!! I never order boots from any other on-line company. I continually get excellent service from Zappos.com! Thank you!

I live in Iowa and we have very cold winters. I wore my gray Bailey Button Uggs outside today when the temperature was a -8 and my feet stayed very warm. Zappos has quick delivery. I would recommend these boots and Zappos to anyone!

I absolutely love these boots. It's been six years since I have purchased a pair of Uggs. I treated myself this Christmas. I normally wear them with skinny jeans or leggings. I love the chestnut color and the button accent. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Zappos has amazing customer service. I had to exchange because of a defect and it could not have gone better. I had my replacement pair the next day.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. They are warm and comfortable for anytime wear. Size run a little large so I size down.

I absolutely love my Bailey Button Uggs. This is my first pair of Uggs and I have worn them everyday since I got them. They keep my feet very warm in the snow. If you wear them in the snow be careful because they do not have much traction. As always Zappos' staff was amazing. I am very happy with my purchase and the Zappos team.

The boots are nice. They go with everything. I sprayed scotch guard on them and we have had a lot of snow and slush and they still look new. I like these better than the Ugg Short because they have a little more character and the lining in these are better. I wish they came in that wine color. That is probably my only complaint. Be sure to go with your true size. I ordered a size 5 in these. They fit great. I did initially order the Ugg Short and size 5 seemed too tight.

I absolutely love my boots. I am a size 7 1/2 but I purchased these in size 7. They are super comfy. The original shipment of boots came and were damaged. I called and the matter was squared away pronto. I received my replacements the next day!
