These are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned! They are also wonderful at maintaining a comfortable temperature. My feet are never too hot or too cold. Just make sure you wear socks if you are going to go walking through a lot of snow. The snow tends to get in the side of the boot by the button. :)

Very comfy. The rabbit fur sheds a bit. Usually buy size 9 1/2 and bought them size 10. They fit fine. Not made for snow, obviously. But it's okay if the snow is plowed and not freshly fallen.

I ordered these for my daughter who typically wears an 8. They were too big, so we are returning for a size 7. Other than that they are fine!

These are great boots: warm and very comfortable. I wish they had 1/2 sizes; ordering down worked fine, but I really can't wear them with thick socks.

These are very comfortable and keep my feet warm. They fit tighter than my old UGG boots. The opening is narrower. I haven't had a problem yet because the style allows for more stretch when putting them on. I feel like they fit more true to size rather than big like my other pair of UGG boots.

Unless you are wearing these without socks... or have a narrow foot, do not go down the size as recommended. I actually went up to a 9... I wear about an 8 and with socks they are perfect. If you need a lot of arch support this might be a problem for you.

I am really confused with Ugg sizing. I have Coquette in size 9, but I was barely able to squeeze into size 11 for Bailey.

These are great boots, I love being able to fold them down. I already owned 2 pairs of Ugg boots and 1 pair of Ugg slippers. I had bought those in a 9 thinking they fit better than an 8 (I normally wear 8 1/2). I decided to try these in 8 because, let's be honest, Ugg boots do look ginormous. I was happy to find 8s did work - so I now join those who have happily sized down. Love the boots, bought them in grey and look forward to lots of wear from them. Beware, I wouldn't use the Ugg water repellent spray, that left splatter marks all over them. I recommend an aerosol spray instead on this light color for more even application. I'm only marking it down 1 star for the price and because they don't come with replaceable insoles.

I was so happy to get an unexpected overnight delivery of my Ugg Bailey Button boots during a cold week in Florida. Thank you Zappo's for the amazingly fast service! I am still assessing the fit but I found these run pretty true to size. I'd recommend ordering the same size as your regular shoe size.

I resisted buying UGGs for a few years now and last month I gave in and bought the Bailey Button. I love them! Its not hype. They are really warm and comfortable. For a mom with an "on the go lifestyle," they are perfect. It does have its downside- can't wear it in snow or rain. You must take care with sealers and conditioners. But think of this way- the days you will wear them, they will make you feel warm and comfy.

After many years of faking it (buying knock-off Uggs) I finally decided to get the real thing! I saw the Bailey Button and thought they could be the perfect boot for me. I chose the Sand color because I figure it might show salt stains less than a darker color as well as coordinate with all my winter wardrobe. (I also purchased a care kit to take care of my investment) Upon receiving my Uggs in about 4 days, the fit was too tight and the care kit didn't ship at the same time. I had purchased size 8 after reading reviews that they run large. I wear a size 8.5 in almost every kind of shoe, so I figured a half size down would be enough. But, no...my toes were smashed up against the tip of the boot. I called Zappos and talked to a very nice representative who promptly sent me a returning label by e-mail and sent a size 9 with 1 Business day shipping. She also told me my care kit was in a separate shipment since they were updating their systems. She also gave me VIP status (next day shipping free on my next Zappos.com purchase) for the inconvenience of it all. Overall, besides getting the size wrong at first. Everything worked out and I'm so glad I got my Bailey Buttons and my care kit.

I have wanted a pair of Uggs for a long time, and I just recently ordered them. At first I was a little skeptical of the sizing (everyone says different things). But after I got them, I found that ordering one size to one half size down was perfect, if you want them to fit like your regular shoes. But you also have to take into consideration the size of your arch; while a size 7 fits me perfectly (normally I'm a size 7 1/2), I have high arches, and the shoes can be a little difficult to put on. Hopefully this will go away after I break them in. But other than that, I absolutely love these boots!

There is absolutely NO arch support. NONE. But, my teen daughter doesn't care. They are warm and stylish. She loves them. Warning: don't sit on the light color boots - the blue from denim will transfer to suede.

Instep is very tight. Does anyone know if the instep seam can be stretched out? These boots are very snug, especially at instep seam. They are darling and comfortable otherwise. Perfect too for people with large legs because the loop around the button is elastic and they open right up to fit. I love these boots.

These boots are very warm , and my feet do not sweat in them the way they do with faux linings, but I should have gotten the classic model. The sides held together by the button do not overlap enough to keep out drafts, and cold ankles was the whole reason I wanted a pair. Also, the side seems makes them floppy and sloppy looking. Great product, just not the style for me. Also, there's no arch support; they're okay for around home, but I wouldn't want to walk too far in them. And buy the care kit: the least little spill stains them.

Great for running errands would have gotten the taller version for snow - these are so short that the snow gets in the tops. Outsole not good for snow either - really slick. Love them but keeping them for short runs!

Purchased the Black Baileys, one for myself from another department store, one from Zappos both black. Although they are very comfortable both turn your feet black. Very disappointing.

I got these boots last Christmas as a gift from my parents in the Chesnut color. I thought they were amazing until after a few wears... the flap above the button is starting to fold down which is ruining the cuteness of the boot. I will never buy a pair of UGGs w/flaps again because of this problem. Now I can't wear them everyday because of the folding flap, and I don't want that to get worse. Not worth the money. Other than that problem... it's a good boot that always keeps my feet warm.

Uggs need to step it up in the quality department or lower the price. These are cute shoes, but the fur is not soft, at least in the black color. I found similar shoes for less than half the cost which are better quality.
