These are cute boots but get dirty looking very fast. I have had many pairs of Ugg slippers and boots and have never had trouble washing them. I washed these and one of the boots turned grey...the other boot was fine. I don't think I'll be buying Ugg's anytime soon.

UGG now manufactures their boots in China and this boot was a piece of crap I could buy at a discount store in the mall. I purchased 2 pair of UGG boots about 2 1/2 years ago and they were beautiful. This boot arrived and I thought something was funny just with the weight of the box. I opened and honestly thought I had been scammed. So I called Nordstom and found out, yes, the tag saying made in China was correct. This boot looked and felt like black felt and the pile inside appeared to be synthetic nylon. They claim it's sheepskin but no way. I have purchased sheepskin products for 20+ years and have never seen anything as cheap and misrepresented as this boot. The bottom used to be a nice rubber and now it appears to be plastic. I will never by an UGG product again. It's not Zappos fault. It's the same old story, a great product that you've always loved turns to greed. UGG doesn't give a crap now. They've sold a billion boots and now their using their name to scam people into thinking this is something of quality. I've purch UGG boots as a gift for my nieces in the past but would never give this as a gift. I would be embarrassed. Go to Old Navy, Aeropostle or Macys and they have a similar boot or better for 1/4 the price. I promise you, if you buy this boot, you will be sending it back. I received it and sent it back with the care kit I purchased the next day. I can't believe UGG sold us out. I see it every day from American companies, but would not have expected it from a successful Australian Co. Shame on you UGG Australia! If you have stock in this company, sell!

I ordered my normal size 7, and it fit like a cloud!! They are the prettiest tan color and the buttons are just adorable LOVE THEM

What can I say...they're Uggs: super soft inside, no arch support so not great for heavy walking, but super snuggly for regular, daily activities.

Great boots! Warm and comfy. They do run large, though. I wear 7.5 but in this boot I wear a 7.

Reviews are correct; they do run large. Normal size 8, ordered a 7 fit is great. Scotchgarding them didn't stain them either.

This is my first pair of Uggs and I love them! So comfy. I usually wear a 9.5, I ordered the 9 and they fit perfectly. I agree the button loop can make the opening feel a little loose, but just looping it around the button an extra time solves the problem. Great boots!

I first took the advice of past reviews and ordered one full size smaller because they said they ran large. I had to return and get my true size. From my experience they do not run large but rather true to size or small. The product itself is great, just an inconvenience in sizing.

I love these boots! They are very comfortable and warm. I had been wearing the short Ugg boots for several years (also comfortable), but these seem to fit better and have a nicer style. They are a bit roomy, so order a size down for a snugger fit.

This boot is amazing. I have been wearing Uggs for 11 years. love this style. I ordered a pair and they didn't come due to a major snowstorm and I called Zappos and they were so great in shipping me another pair and offered me a gift card for my inconvenience. Best company ever to work with regarding customer service and products.

I have worn uggs for 25 years. I have seven pairs in my closet. I just recently replaced some pairs and I got a couple pairs of this Bailey Button style. I love them. When I am running out the door to the market they are easy to pull on quickly and feel awesome like all Uggs do. I had to size down for these. I usually wear 8½ to a 9. I bought size 8 and they are so perfect.
