Got these for pain in the balls of my feet - amazing difference compared to my other shoes. They have become my around the house shoes (confined to the house because the edge of the shoe that hits where my toes attach to the rest of my foot is very tight - have been stretching it manually so it's better, but could be an issue for others with wide-ish feet). Nice lightweight, soft footbed compared to other Danskos.

Cute with boyfriend jeans. Great leather detailing, nice color. They rub a bit across the top of the foot near the toes.

These have a really different footbed from the other light Dansko maryjanes I ordered. These don't have the monster arch in the center, and with my low arches these are much more comfortable. I wish the toe box was a little more roomy. I need a gel insert to push my foot back, but then it's fairly comfortable.

I am mixed on the comfort of this shoe. I've had trouble with plantar fasciitis, and this shoe provides great support. But I keep getting blisters from the hard leather where the shoe opens up near my toes. I bought the shoe to wear without socks, and I have to use moleskin to keep from blistering. I like them enough to keep trying. I do agree with the other reviewers about scuffing -- I've already had chunks of the black leather come off when I've bumped the front of the shoe into a concrete step.

The top of the toe box was very uncomfortable where the foot and the big toe meet. I'm still breaking them in, slowly, after a month, and can't wear them a whole day without a blister. I have lots of other Danskos and love them, just not the solitaire!

I love the look and style of this Dansko clog. I have been a big Dansko fan for many years because of the comfort their shoes provide especially the sole of the shoe which makes you feel like you are rocking when you walk so walking seems effortless. This style provides that same feel of effortlessness and looks really cute on my feet. I ordered a size bigger than I usually would based upon other reviews and am glad I did because it fits just right and my normal size would have been way too small. My only complaint is that the band that goes across the top of the foot is a bit too tight even though it has elastic on one side, I wish it had more give or wiggle room. I also cannot wear socks with these shoes even though they are a size bigger for me. I had to buy trouser socks to wear with them or knee highs hose. My feet tend to be a bit swollen and puffy all the time so for someone who does not have a problem with swollen puffy feet, the band on the top of the shoe may not bother you at all. Wish they had either put eleastic on both sides of that strap or made it an adjustable strap.

Purchased these shoes during my third trimester of pregnancy - they've made my feet and lower back very happy! The strap does have a snug fit (and I have wide feet); however, the elastic allows for a little bit of extra stretch to offer a comfortable fit. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe size and ordered a 38. The celery color is a very subtle, pale greenish/tan which will match anything in your Spring/Summer palette.

These clogs are very cute and very comfortable, but I had to order a whole size larger than normal. My mother had the same experience with the pair she ordered. Even at a whole size larger they are still rather narrow and just fit the length of my feet. I really like them though!

I love these shoes, they are gorgeous! I found them to be very comfortable as far as dressy shoes go. My only real complaint is that they scuffed up very quickly. But that’s nothing a little shoe polish won’t fix.

Very comfortable after break-in time.The foot bed has excellent arch support, and is great for my wide feet. The rough leather really shredded my feet for a week or so, so don't take them on vacation right away! The celery green is surprisingly versatile. I love it.

I was looking for a shoe that gave me height with no strain on my knees. These fit the bill. They give me total walking comfort. The only negative I would say is the front is a little more bulky looking than I would like but still very cute looking.

I was pleasantly surprised by this shoe. I put them on for the first time yesterday and ended up walking a couple of miles in them. They are light, offer a lot of support, which I need for my knees, and they broke in right away. I thought there was going to be some irritation in the toe area but that went away pretty quickly. Though I don't love the stitching on the strap I find this style very cute and nice-looking without socks. I have them in black but must say I don't like any of the other colors. I wish they came in a darker brown that I could wear with business clothes, like they do the black ones. Because they are so comfortable I feel like I need to buy another pair pretty soon while I can still get them.

This is a very cute shoe. The style is very eye catching, yet simple at the same time. Others have noticed this, too; in fact, as I was leaving dance class today, someone I had never met followed me out into the hallway to ask me where I bought this shoe. Two people in class admired the shoe as well. Unfortunately after over a dozen wearings, I have not yet been able to break this shoe in enough so that it is comfortable for an entire day. The curve of the leather on the left foot near the big toe rubs the skin just enough to bring up a blister after a few hours. Wearing socks does help, but I mostly prefer to wear this shoe sockless. A friend suggested putting a small piece of moleskin under the irritating leather; that’s a good idea and I will try it. Love this shoe and hope to wear it much more in the future. I just need to find a way to make it 100 percent comfortable.

I ordered this instead of the navy clog because it was slightly more stylish. While it's comfortable and fits true to size, I am disappointed that unlike its image it's not patent leather and has no sheen to it. They look almost black so you cant really see the blue in them unless it's high noon. They are still pretty, but just wish I would have bought the patent navy clogs now!

Good looking shoe --\r\n\r\nI was looking for a nice red clog and found the Dansko Solitare. The leather is soft and it really is a good looking shoe and reasonably comfortable. I have bunions and the cut does aggravate them some. They get more comfortable as the day goes on. I am disappointed because the other reviewers all raved about them! I am keeping them and wear them fairly frequently. They just aren\'t as comfortable as my Sudinis!\r\nSorry!

I am quite happy with these clogs. They're cute, go with jeans and trousers. Only wish the mary-jane strap was softer; it needs a little padding. I think they run a bit small. I'm swimming in the same size Dansko open-back clogs.

Super comfy - These Danskos have terrific arch support and nice padding for all day comfort. I am a huge fan of Danskos, I just wish they would come out with some shoes that this comfortable but don't look so clunky! I am looking for something that looks a little more dainty, so I am sending these back. But the comfort can't be beat.
