I got these in the red before that color was discontinued -- I am constantly getting compliments from other women who uniformly tell me how cute they are and ask where I got them. As for the fit -- the instep is rather snug, which can get uncomfortable after wearing them for a few hours (particularly in warm weather). As with some other Dansko clogs, they do tend to run a little small, so you should order a 1/2 size larger than that specified by Dansko.

This clogs are indeed very cute and look great on my feet. They look equally wonderful with jeans, pants, or even skirts. They are, however, too narrow for my feet. They rub, terribly, at the widest part of my right foot, which makes them unwearable. I gave them a lot of breaking in time, and they still rub. It's a shame because they are very good looking!

I like the style of these Danskos. Not as supportive as the more closed styles, but fine if one does not intend to walk all day.

Took a few days to break in, but very comfortable. However, I was hoping for more arch support.

These shoes are really comfortable. I have a really narrow instep, but kept them anyway. First I had to take them to the shoe repair and get the straps shortened. Felt so much better, but now are too loose, so I have to put inserts in them. Love the style, but wish they had an adjustable strap across the foot for us narrow people! It's really hard to find cute, fashionable shoes with good arch support that will stay on your foot.

I absolutely love these shoes! They felt great right out of the box. So I ordered additional pairs in all three colors! Now the down side is that I never wear socks or stockings and the shoe liner came loose within the first couple of months - in all three pairs! It is very Annoying to pay that much for them and have them not stay together!

I am a pharmacist and stand nine hours per day. I bought these shoes because they looked comfortable and appropriate for work, but sadly they did not stand the test of time. The footbed padding wore down and flattened quickly. Like in a month's time. I then started developing severe ankle and heel pain because of it. Even worse, the insert lost its adhesive and came right off (maybe from my feet sweating all the time?). But it is so upsetting because the insert is sewn in at the heel so it is not like I can just take it out and place a new one in. So now I am stuck with shoes whose inserts are not glued down in place and crinkle up under the balls of my feet when I have them on and walk around for any longer than a few minutes. It is uncomfortable and itchy. Add that to the heel pain from the flattened insert that is not staying on. So much for an expensive pair of shoes. I think it may be better suited for a job at which you are not on your feet all day.

Dansko has changed. I've always worn a 39 in Dasko and they were big enough to wear a thick hand knit sock. These fit like they are barely an American size 8 (which I wear) and are a hair bit small in just nylons. The strap is too far back and cut into my ankle. The outer side was tight. They are supper cute poorly designed for comfort.

Buyer beware! They scuff easily and the color does not run all the way through the leather. I am constantly applying black shoe polish to the entire shoe to cover. The black color flakes over time. It's a great shoe and very comfortable and you just need to be OK with shoe polish if you purchase these shoes. For the money, I might reconsider next time.

I'm an avid Dansko shoe buyer. This shoe is my first disappointment. I gave 1 star for comfort because this style cuts into the tops of my feet. Even after 6-7 wears it is still cutting. Same thing happened to my sister with this style. I gave 5 stars for style because I love the look of the shoe. I gave an overall score of 2 stars because not only does the shoe cut, but the liner of the left shoe started to lift after the 2nd wear. I love Danskos and will continue to buy them, but I don't recommend this style.

These clogs are perfect and so adorable! So light and flexible with a secure fit. The arch support is amazing. My size is 41 (10.5-11). I am a 10.5 and they fit perfectly. Feel great without socks or stockings. So pretty and not clunky looking.

These are the most comfortable Dansko\'s I\'ve ever owned. Cute styling - I get lots of compliments. The heel not quite as clonky looking as some other styles. A bit more refined looking. Wear all day right out of the box. Like walking on a cloud. Love them!

This is a very comfortable shoe that it true to size. It has a cushy platform so it\'s fine for walking. I got them in blue and the color is great

This is a really comfortable clog. Pretty too! True to size and good arch support.

I love these. They are so cute with jeans or skirts. Love the look of a wood clog, without the weight.

Really cute shoes for work. I usually work 8-12 hours shifts, standing the whole time, and these hold up really well! My only complaint is that they rubbed the underside of toes at first, but not anymore. I do have to wear them with knee highs. They are not comfortable on bare feet.

These shoes are the most comfortable & right of the box comfortable. I work at a university and a lot of people wear these shoes that is how I herd about them.\r\n\r\nThey are worth every penny.

These shoes are great! They are comfortable on my feet all day and into the night. I get many compliments and people are surprised to learn they are Danskos. The variety of colors is very cute and I'm embarrassed to admit I have nearly all of them.

I like these shoes a lot and have rec'd many compliments on them. I bought them for work (I'm an RN), and I do wear them to work, but I also wear them with skirts. They're comfy and cute. I wish the heel were just a bit higher, but no real complaints about these shoes. Like them and would recommend them. And I bought my usual Dansko size, there was no problem with sizing. I had tried on a pair in a store - but didn't like the color they had, so I knew which size to order.

This clog looks great with both jeans and skirts--very comfortable from the first day I wore them. I get so many compliments on them and would highly recommend.

This shoe is therapeutic. Looks really cute, can wear with dresses, too. I have a very wide feet and broken toes on my left foot, a collapsed arch, and on the left foot it feel narrow by the toe room. I keep wearing them, but it looks like it was never worn. Holds on the shape of new shoe. I wish that I could buy the same with a little wider toe room. The heel feels great. When I have nerve pain on my injured foot by flat shoes, I put them on and the pain is gone!

I am very pleased with this shoe. I purchased in navy and it\'s a great, cute shoe. Very comfortable and I\'ve received a lot of compliments on them so far. I plan to get this in at least one other color in the next few months.

I have had issues in the past with Dansko. I appreciate the fact that each shoe is (supposedly) hand finished, but that makes for irregularities in the sizing. And, however charmingly old world-ish that concept may be when I want a pair of shoes, I want to be able to order my size, and have them fit. I usually can't do that with Danskos; I have to try the sizes around my normal size. This one was true to size, though, and the color is gorgeous. In person, it's a muted green with a touch of blue. I haven't a clue what I'll wear it with, but I don't care! It is also surprisingly dressy, even given the very roomy toe box, and it doesn't move around like many clogs do (due, I think, to the high elasticized instep strap). This is a very pretty shoe!

A very cute sturdy shoe! The celery color is a good neutral. Best for a wider foot, I am sure I will wear this shoe till it wears out.

I am a loyal fan of Dansko. When I am at work I am on my feet for 8 hours at a time and the best shoes I have ever found are the Dansko open back clogs (Sonya style). I wanted to try a shoe that is a little more summery- so I purchased the Solitaire. LOVE IT! Just as comfy as the clogs but cuter. I will probably get a lot more use out of them than I even bargained for because they look cute with casual capris. Love me some Zappos too. :)
