These are attractive pack boots but they are for COLD temps and SNOW. Not for looking "cute". Order one size smaller than your normal shoe size. All my other Sorel boots I have sized up a half. You need a full size for these. Arrived two weeks before we had 11 inches of snow. Rode ATV and went sledding all day with one pair of wool socks on. NEVER got cold toes!! Large toe box allows for toe warmers if you like. My husband saw mine and remembered his pair at his parent's house from high school. He wore his all weekend too!

I bought the WOMEN'S JOAN OF ARCTIC BOOT for my daughter for Christmas. When I opened them I tried them on myself to see how they fit, I liked them so much I kept the pair and ordered her a new pair. One for me One for you Very happy with my purchases!

I live in the Rocky Mountains, and needed a sturdy warm pair of boots for winter. These fit the bill. They're tall enough that snow doesn't get into them easily and keep my feet toasty. Keep in mind when ordering, they run a little large, which worked perfectly in my favor because I have wide width feet. I purchased a size 7.5 (usually a size 7W) and have plenty of wiggle room with thick socks. I recommend these boots to everyone!

Sorel, you all never disappoint! After my first and second pair in the past 2 years still held up against the rain and snow, I thought this time I'd purchase a pair as a gift for my best friend, my sister. When she opened the box in front of me her face lit up. It made me really happy to make her smile and you guys were a part of that! I was tempted to buy the identical boots for myself after seeing hers in person, but I've got my eye on a red wine colored pair right now! She absolutely loves these and she says they feel great on her feet. How on Earth you all make these boots so comfortable and functional without compromising a cute classy look is beyond me. I appreciate the time that goes into designing shoes/boots that are sturdy and beautiful as well. I just want to thank you guys for making the perfect boot for me to give my sister as an early Christmas present.

I've worn them a few times and not only do I get compliments on them but are warm and no snow gets in. Which is the most important. The quality of the product is worth every penny.

Ordered these in fawn and couldn't be more excited to wear them. They are so cute and so warm! Not sure I'll be able to walk miles in them, but they are still very comfy and the style and coziness and great.

I've always wanted to buy sorel boots and I finally did. The look and shape of it is great. The feel on my feet is great. It's super warm and comfortable to walk in! I highly recommend this product.

Living in sunny Key West, Florida, the need for snow boots are not usually needed. So a few years ago, my husband borrowed a pair of Caribou Wool Boots for a winter vacation and fell in love with them. So I bought him a pair recently and they are true to size and keep his feet warm. They should last a long time since he will only use them occasionally.

The only bummer about these boots is they arrived a day after a snowstorm :( :) They're amazing though and I've worn them ever since, even with no snow on the ground. They keep my feet SO warm and are super comfortable. The nature of snow boots is they're a little clunkier than regular boots but that just means there's room for your cozy wool socks inside. If you live anywhere in the mountains, northern parts of the US, anywhere it's cold... or even if you're going on a winter vacation, you should definitely try these on for size. I love them! Now I just have to get a shorter pair for the non-snow days!

Strong boot with plenty of insulation, removable liner and great grip in the snow and ice. Perfect fit.

I purchased first the Lolla Bootie- something fashionable and functional that I can wear in and out of clients homes during the harsh Michigan winter. I wore them for a week, fell head over heels, and needed more. Purchased the Joan of Arctic and it snowed the day the boots were delivered- my feet- what joy they felt- oh, so dry and happy on that snowy fateful day. Buy these, you'll thank yourself while sipping cocoa in a snow storm because you'll be too cozy to be uncomfortable in your new Sorel boots

These boots offer amazing warmth, deep treads on the soles and great styling; PLUS THEYRE COMFORABLE!! I wear work boots all day and I was skeptical when my wife ordered these. The last thing I need, is to put on "boots" at the end of my days. However, I went on a hike with these straight out of the box. The footbed is very comfortable and they're lightweight. We walked in packed snow for hours, with no foot fatigue. The soles have deep enough tread, so I was stable the entire way. I read reviews that they ran large so I went down by a half size.

I bought it for winter. It's perfect. Sorel is Sorel no doubt about it.

I needed a boot for the MN deep winter and this is one a few boots I could find that will keep my toes warm when I'm out for extended periods of time. The lace up style allows those with more athletic calves to still wear the tall boot. Though the tounge of the boot does not fully pull out...so it can still be a little challenging getting your foot down and in...but not as challenging as other tall boots in the long a plus this way of designing makes sure snow stays out rather than coming in. Pretty design, but wish the pulls on the side were functional rather than decorative pulls that are snapped on. The first time I put the boots on I tried to use them pulls and the snaps quickly came undone. Otherwise they are really nice boots.
