Overall this experience was great as always! The only hiccup was the delivery time. I know it was the week before Christmas, but the order said it would take two business days to arrive. It actually took five. I understand the holiday rush, but if the website at least has a notice that shopping may take longer due to the holiday that would have been helpful! Cheers!

These are well made boots with great insulation inside with leather exterior. Reading other reviews, I decided to go with my normal size but found that it was too snug and ended up exchanging these boots for half a size up. I have worn them only once so far since it only snowed once in 2015. I am looking forward to wearing them more!

Looooove theses boots! So happy I bought them before our recent Tahoe trip. Haven't taken them off. They are comfy, warm and stylish. Only regret is that I waited so many y are to buy them!! People say to buy large. I'm a 7.5 and I went with the 8... I had room for arch insoles and thick socks. Perfect.

These boots are so adorable! I have narrow feet so they are a little wide for me in the toe box but the overall size, 9½, fit perfectly. The quality of materials and construction is great and they are really comfortable. I live in Southern California so I do not need winter boots often but they are perfectly suited for snow and cold temperatures. They are stylish, functional, well made, and comfortable. I LOVE these boots!! I have wanted a pair of sorel's since I was little but since I live in moderate weather never felt I could splurge on them. Thanks to my birthday these beauties are mine!!
I have wide feet and calves and usually have to order a 9 simply to fit but the 8.5 fit great with room to spare (or wear thicker socks). I would say they defiantly run wide. They are comfortable, keep your feet dry in snow, warm and I like the the liner comes out to dry if needed.
FYI the NORI color is really a deep green. I thought it was a dark brown from the pictures and was surprised to open box and see green. I still love them but be warned.

I have worn men's Sorel caribou style fer years when living in Alaska because they work (to about -20° if you keep moving)! After Sorel made a ladies style, Joan of Arctic. I got sometime for a new pair. I wore them out in California and they leaked water in because of cement wear in winter six years old maybe, but still very warm feet even when wet. They probably will last forever if you only used them in snow. People who know quality always say "Nice boots!" I have a Sorel parka, too. It is too warm for California. The construction is excellent! I honestly think that their products rule! You do get what you pay for. I think they run a hair big and a little clunky. But I like that.

I bought these boots for a out of state trip. They were perfect! They are warm and comfortable. I am typically a size 9 and I ordered a size 8½. They were perfect. They provide minimal arch support but they kept my feet dry and warm. They aer the best choice for winter.

This boot is awesome! I'm 5'7 and wear a true size 9. Based on a the other reviews I did order a half size down (8.5) and I'm so glad I did. They fit perfectly with enough room for a thick layer of socks. So stylish and worth every penny!

I found these to run a 1/2 size small. I am a size 5. I originally order a size 5 and had to send back for 5.5. The foot bed seemed to short in the 5. I felt like my toes were hitting the very front of the boot (and that was with thin socks). The 5.5 is definitely better. I can wear thick socks with no problem. A comfortable amount of room. I purchased the shale color. It is a true grey color. I thought the color was so different. I am very happy with this purchase. I love Zappos free shipping & free returns policy.

While the quality and looks of the boot are superb, I found the length of the boot too short for me. I would have ordered a size larger, however, I am a Size 12 and, once again, the boots do not fit. That is so frustrating. I found Columbia brand boots to run short as well. As I live in Southern California, I am lucky that I do not need boots on a daily basis, but it would be nice to have some warm and stylish boots for when I hit the mountains to ski and play in the snow. I wish manufacturers would see how many women need larger sizes, and when they do, to ensure that they do run true.

After trying a few different styles I settled on these. I absolutely love them! I typically wear 8½ - 9 and have a wide foot and calf. The 8½ fits well. I tried the 8 in a local store and my toes were touching. This has room for winter sock without being tight in the top of my foot. I was worried that the height of the boots and the fur trim would add to my already big calves but I can lace them up loose or snug and they look really cute. There is room to fit normal or boot cut jeans inside. I have not tried them in the snow yet so I cannot comment on traction, warmth or waterproofness.
