These boots are great and so comfortable I can wear them all day. They look good with straight jeans tucked into them.

I love these boots. They can be dressed up or down i.e., jeans or skirts. They are very comfortable. I walked all over NYC in them over Christmas and they never hurt my feet. My 23 year old daughter fell in love with them so we ordered her a pair too. Worth every penny!

I have these boots in black and just ordered the dark brown. I stand at my job for long hours and they are so comfortable. Really my very favorite boots! Extremely versatile.

I have never received more compliments. I love these boots - the fit is perfect. They look great with jeggings. The calf width is not too large - and not recommended for larger calves.

This boot is lovely; the leather is soft and shiny and supple. The silhouette is gorgeous, unfortunately it was very loose in the toe box and slightly tight at the top of the shaft. I thought I had average calves, but apparently 14½ inches is not average. I would like to try a size down, but no one seems to have an 8.

I love these boots. Hip and modern, not a big heel, comfortable for walking. Just a bit different than the all leather black ones everyone else is wearing. A wonderful fit, foot and ankle appear sleek and narrow. Need to get some suede spray though quickly. Expensive, but worth it.

The Born Yvette is a lovely, simple boot style. It can be worn with semi- formal dresses as well as skinny jeans, etc. They're comfortable enough for non-problem feet but they are not 'comfort' shoes.

This boot is beautiful and exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately just a little too narrow for my foot. It also felt just a tad long. I usually fit well in a size 9 and I thought since it was suede I could get away with a regular width.

These boots are well made, with a nice light flannel-like lining. The veg nero leather has a slight sheen which is attractive. They fit my calves perfectly with jeans tucked in. I ordered my usual shoe size.

I ordered these boots in black suede and love them. After reading other reviews I ordered an 8 1/2 rather than my normal size of 9 and find they fit perfectly. They are super comfortable and can be worn casually or dressed up. The quality is very nice. I must say the first pair I ordered had a defect in the zipper. Zappos immediately sent out a new pair, before I even sent mine back, and they were just fine. What customer service! I don't think anyone would be disappointed in this boot. And with Zappos great free shipping on returns, you can't really go wrong trying them!

Gorgeous boots! A little pointier in the toe than I expected (and than I normally would wear), but toes still have wiggle room so they are comfortable. I wear a size 11 and surprisingly the pointy toes don't really make my feet look that much longer (which is what I was afraid of). Very beautiful leather, although the leather is a bit stiff and inflexible right out of the box. Fit is excellent - no heel slippage here. I have relatively narrow feet, and these fit me great, so might not work for those with wider feet, especially across the toes. The shaft (in a size 11) just fits my 15 1/4" calves. It has not been easy for me to find boots that are narrow enough in the heel but wide enough in the calf - so these are keepers! I would have liked the soles to have a little more cushioning, but they seem okay (and I can always add an insert if needed later).

These boots are gorgeous and super comfortable. I love them, they are very stylish. I have wider feet than an M but not as wide as a W and these boots are wonderfully roomy in the toe are so that my feet feel perfect in them. I usually favor La Canadienne boots because I live in a rainy climate and La Canadienne boots are waterproof. However, I am going to treat these boots with a water proofing spray and I am sure they will hold up very nicely.

Best looking boot I've had in decades. They fit perfectly right out of the box. They looked so good, they made me want to go out and buy more skirts and dresses to wear them with. I like them so much, I'm getting them in leather. My only slight complaint is that the suede seems to scuff easily. Even my teenager gave me a compliment.

I love these boots. The finish on the leather is beautiful. The calf was a little bit tight the first time I wore them, but the leather stretched to fit my leg very quickly. The foot fit perfectly. Because I live in Alaska, having a slight tread on the sole is important for walking on snow and ice. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

This is a great looking boot. They are extremely comfortable and look hot with leggings or skinny jeans. Just what I was looking for! The quality is exceptional as well. I would get them in brown if I could afford another pair!

I am so excited about these boots! It is already hot as heck here in Dallas, TX, but I can't wait until Fall. I read most of the reviews prior to purchase, so I felt really confident in the size and style of the boot. I typically wear a 9, but I ordered an 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I'm a slim to athletic build and they fit my calves very nicely with skinny jeans. If my calves were any bigger, I probably would not be able to zip them up while wearing the jeans. I've been walking around the house in them and they are very comfortable. I don't have an arch, so I'm not sure how the arch support would be for those with higher arches. This is my first time shopping on Zappos, but definitely not my last!

These boots are both gorgeous and comfortable. I ordered two pairs, one in black, one in brown. The leather is top quality, and the vegetable dye is lustrous with a faintly iridescent glow. I have another pair of Born boots, a different style, that I also love. I ordered these because I knew they would fit me well and be beautiful. The workmanship is of the highest quality.

These boots looks beautiful! I had never heard of Veg leather so was a bit skeptical about buying these shoes, but the leather is beautiful. The boots are one size too large, so I had to buy one size smaller than my normal size, and they still have wiggle room in the toes. The arch support is medium at best, but I wear them with insoles. Gorgeous with both skirts and jeans. Buy them, you'll not regret it!

Boots look great, very comfortable. They run 1/2 size small, as I wear a 7 1/2 and returned mine for a 7. But lots of great comments on them. A friend had them and I ordered them after seeing hers!
